Why We Support the BJP - Because India Deserves Better

We are some of us - young and professionals. Till some time ago, we assumed that our contribution to the 2009 elections and the future of India would be our one vote. But, somewhere along the line, things changed. Maybe it was 26/11 and seeing some of us out on the streets demanding action. Maybe it was seeing Obama become President, and see politics really change in America, bottom-up. Whatever it was, we have woken up to the fact that we have to do more - much more - if we are going to rewrite our future and rebuild our India into the glorious country that it once was.

We know we are on the wrong track when security warnings sent on September 24 for the event that happened on 26/11 are ignored and not acted on. We know we are on the wrong track when we cannot provide adequate electricity 24×7 in our homes and factories - and yet for the sake of votes our political parties offer free power to millions. We know we are on the wrong track when we have schemes like NREGS and bank loan write-offs which create wealth for the entire value chain - except for the one it is supposed to help. We know we are on the wrong track when we can barely add to the highways in five years. We know we are on the wrong track when a mother says that her biggest challenge of parenting is finding a good school for her daughter.

We are on the wrong track. And it is WE who put us there. By our apathy, by not voting, by accepting mediocrity, by not being part of the political process. The best we do is show up at candle-light vigils when we are shocked from our smugness, but don’t we need something more concrete and impactful?

We are India’s educated civil society. If we cannot act individually and as a team, then we forfeit the right to complain. Democracy comes with responsibilities and duties. It also comes with a generation having to make some sacrifices so the Tomorrow for our children can be better than our Today.

We have less than 90 days only to the elections. India has 2 national parties and a multitude of regional parties. We have to make a choice about the party at the Centre. We can wait for a utopian world and the creation of the Perfect Political Party. Or, we can pick the party with the lighter shades of grey.

A week ago, when some of us got together to talk about the elections and the future, we also made our choice. We decided to support the BJP - and work towards ensuring LK Advani becomes Prime Minister. The BJP may not be the Whitest of the parties, but in our view, it is by far, the better, cleaner, more democratic, less feudal and more promising of the two national options. More importantly, we also realised that in the 2009 Elections, the way things stand, unless the BJP gets 50-75 more seats on its own above the 130 it got in the 2004 elections, there is little hope of the BJP forming a government at the centre.

Thus was formed Friends of BJP. We are neither all signed-up members nor agree with everything and everybody in the party has always said. But we firmly believe that, in 2009, the BJP and LK Advani are the best hopes for India. We have a clear short-term goal, and a grander long-term vision for Friends of BJP.

The 90-day goal is to get BJP to 200+ seats - in the 15th Lok Sabha. This will mean a massive outreach programme through all means at our disposal to get the silent supporters to be more vocal, and the undecideds to be swung the BJP way. Bringing about a BJP government at the centre with Advani at the helm will then bring into focus the longer-term vision. That is about a government that is two-way, that listens to us, that we can feel a part of. Technologies like the Internet and mobile give us the tools to self-organise and make our voices heard. The India of 2009 is very different from that of 2004. The 2009 Elections will be the first where urban India can actually make a difference.

We have to become the Voice of India. For 60 years, we have been Led. And for many of those years, Led down a wrong path. The time has now come for us to Lead.

We Support the BJP. Because India Deserves Better.

Just wondering if Gujarat 2002, can be classified as Terrorism.

Will be interested to hear your thoughts on this.

Gujarat 2002 has already happened…so move along. India needs leaders that are strong and vocal against terrorism and corruption on all levels.

not being just apart of support system at BJP the genesis belongs to the ability to think and act responsibly. That was & will remain the difference. This is by doing things which are not just easy but are necessary

I am a friend of BJP because I actually believe that the party is working for development of the nation. We saw lot of infrastructure & other reforms development during the NDA regime under the leadership of Honourable Mr. Atal Bihari Bajpayee. The progress we saw in 8 years was much more than the progress we saw in 50 years of Congress rule when only rich became richer and poor poorer. Mafias were on the top. I really want to see BJP changing our country and I will, infact we will continously keep voting for the party.

  8. saurav on February 26th, 2009 12:28 pm

can anyone one from “Friends of BJP” answer that in 6 years of BJP/NDA rule, Why the following was not done as promised?

    a. Article 356.
    b. Attack on Pakistan after parliment attack.
    c. Ram Temple.
    d. Stop cross border infiltration.

If someone can answer this, I will vote for BJP in 2009 otherwise my vote goes to Congress.

RAM Temple at ayodhya is not asimple issue it is sensitive .bjp shouid take action on pok in next comimg 5 yr otherwise there is no option 4 saving our country.

  11. Avinash on February 26th, 2009 1:42 pm

I like your concept, but i have noticed that every time the popularity of BJP was down they just gave a statement that the Ram Temple will be constructed at Babri Masjid site, but nothing really happenend. Babri Masjid was demolished only with the blessings of Mr. Klyan Singh, none of the other leaders of BJP including Vajpayee and Advani had the guts to do that and on top our greatest Hindutva leader Advani also declared that “Jinnah was a Secular leader”. Disgusting isn’t it.
I am a fan of India(Hindutvya), but I have got the feeling that though most corrupt but Congree can make a better govt than anybody else, sorry to say that

BJP advocates conservative social policies, self reliance, robust economic growth, foreign policy driven by a nationalist agenda, and strong national defense.
Why to support BJP good question? But answer in one word is “ We all RSS idiology oriented citizen of India doesn’t have strong substitute of BJP”
Now the face of BJP is much different than earlier.
Every time playing with the emotion of common public is not possible. Prabhu RAM keval election me hi yad aate hain! Ram Janm Bhumi Movement was the greatest movement in the history of India, but todays possition is ?
BJP is having blood realation with RSS, but today are they follows Idiology of RSS? Except Hon. Narendra Modiji.
If BJP declares Hon. Narendra Modiji as prime ministerial candidate then the whole picture would be different.

  13. VBRAO on February 26th, 2009 2:57 pm

Sir,I always feel that BJP should come to power with absolute majority.Till then it should work like a strong opposition and roar like a lion.India or Bharat or Hindustan is loosing its identity though we have a strong force of one billion people because of our lopsided policies. BJP should make the people understand what nationalism means and what hindutva means.
1.Public should know the pseudo secular policies of Political parties and in long run it will ruin the country.
2.Talk about the benifits of common code to all people of this country irrespective of their religion
    3.Ban reservations based on religion.
4.Family planning compulsary for all people irrespective of their religion.
    5. close all religion based schools serving the purpose of fundamentalism.
6.Protect the interests of minority hindus in bangla desh , pakistan, indonesia, malaysia
7.east pakistan is the result of sacrifices made by our brave soldiers , but now hindus in bangla desh are getting worst treatment.
8.Liberation of all temples which were demolished by muslim rulers.ex: kashi temple
    9.Removal of special status to J&K , ARTICLE 370
    10. delare a war on terrorism . India must be free from terrorist
    11. stop infiltration from bangla desh

I am from maharashtra , But I am against Sharad Pawar , He wants to be a PM of INDIA but I am against him , His party is most corrupted party in Maharashtra , They spoiled Maharashtra but I dont want to spoil INDIA by voting him .

    Hey Junta,

Nice to hear anti-BJP slogans and chants. Gr888 but can some ardent fan of Congress tell what they have done in last 5 years except:
    1. Increase in Terrorism
    2. Killing our best institutions: IITs, AIIMS and IIMs
    3. Fiscal deficit reaching (will reach) 11%. Whoa, I want to understand how did they manage to that with record tax collections for last 4 years. If Congress wants to win vote by giving out bribes (subsidies) and you do accept that bribe then plz go ahead and take bribe. Remember when you purchase subsidized fuel/gas you are made to pay by other hand in the name of cess. In reality you (honest tax paying citizens) are subsidizing those people who lavishly consume fuel/gas but don’t pay taxes.
    4. Congress was forced to take continue good work done by BJP, everybody said that. Then if country did progress why the credit is going to Congress, though congress managed to wipe out all progress by giving 2.5 lakh crore of subsidies (bribes as I call it).

Please just don’t say I hate BJP because you want to attain moral high ground. Justify your comments as well.

    Regards
    Mayank

only BJP can change India…. BJP has much talented and experienced candidates so that they can tackle and resolve any kind of situations/issue specially terrorism & economy very easily. BLP plannig & execution also very good.

  18. Suresh Gupta on February 27th, 2009 2:57 pm

Yes,India Deserves Better, and for that BJP has to perform better. To perform better, BJP has to re-project itself as a party with difference. Something new has to be injected into the election campaign this time. So far, nothing new is being seen. I have given some suggestions but no response from BJP Campaign Office or its leadership.

People want change, both in policies and programmes. BJP should use this election as a change agent for itself and for India. Election is a process and should be carried out as a process. That process approach is missing. It is essential if BJP wants to win.

My vote goes to the BJP as much to get the BJP into government as to stop the Kaang-rayce from coming anywhere close to power.

The [Congre]gation of [S]pineless [S]ycophants has done enough damage to India. Time to show them the door and then firmly shut it. I don’t think Kaangresis have the guts or the strength of character or even the willingness to stand up to the Taliban, which is now only a “5-hour drive away” from India, as Arun Jaitley so eloquently put it.

We need to make sure that this doesn’t once again become a case of one group of Hindus (Kaangrayce, Commies, Mulayam, Laloo, Jayalalitha, Pawar) scoring a self-goal to keep another group of Hindus (BJP) out of power just so that the first group can earn some brownie points form the rest of the India and the world.

I am a ardent supporter of BJP and RSS from the begining. I’m from Mumbai and I’m a 3rd year law student. I have also my mail id and chat id — bjpthebest@yahoo.com !!! I really wish to see BJP returning back to power after a gap of disastrous 5 years of Congress-led UPA govt at centre and Congress-NCP Democratic Front in Maharashtra.
But seeing the current scenario… I think its a difficult affair. I say this for many reasons. Reason-1: I cant see much efforts taken by my mother-party BJP for returning to power…atleast in Maharashtra. If any such efforts are made… let people know them… BJP leaders should publicize their efforts like those ‘KHAN’gress people.
Reason-2: People have gone out of their wits to judge the right party! They cant see how far has the ‘KHAN’gress party has ruined our nation right from 1947..and esp during last 5 years! I cant trust our voters anymore! They dont vote wisely!
Reason-3: BJP should look for strengthening their grassroot workers…as WE the BJP are a cadre-based organization. RSS should have more say than what it has right now. More intellectuals and professionals should be inducted in party. Also more attention needs to be given to rural-voters because they are the ultimate voters who make a difference on a large scale than that of us urban voters.
Atlast…I will say…BJP should also adopt those dirty tactics adopted by ‘Khan’gress party…as ‘loha hee lohe ko katta hain’
Wishing our BJP all the best for coming LOK-Sabha and Maharashtra Assembly elections. Jai Hind.. Jai Maharashtra…Jai Sri Ram!

    Hi All

Jago, it is the time to wake up. Now the elections for 15th Lok Sabha is announced and we have a great task to perform. Let us all work to see that Advaniji becomes our next vibrant PM. Surely we shall be missing our great leader, visionary, great speaker, truely Indian Sh. Atalji during this election. We all wish him a health life.
Now we all must work together to see that the poll percentage to an extend that Congress will not have any option other the accepting the defeat.
Let us all work together for a great future of India and make Advaniji as our next PM.

i want people here to think and rationalize about whether RSS (not BJP) can emulate a Hezbollah model in Lebanon? they run their own hospitals, schools and sort of social security. a state within state.
if the Indian state is not gonna provide what Hindus want, may be Hindus need to take care of things on their own?

  28. PJ Singh on March 3rd, 2009 5:30 pm

I am a strong supporter of BJP & genuinely want the party to come to power.Very humbly Iwish to make a few suggestions as under:
During campaigning party leaders should emphasise more on development, infrastructure&local issues rather than focus on terrorism & internal security which do not cut much ice with the masses.
Besides pin pointing the failiures of NDA Govt. BJP should very clearly tell voters as to what will the party do to MITIGATE THE SUFFERING OF MASSES & FOR THE BETTERMENT OF THE COUNTRY.
Generally people hate politicions as they feel that they are corrupt, forget promises made during election campaign &behave like Maharajas after coming to power. If the party makes this an imp. issue during campaigning & convinces voters that party leaders will not get detatched from the public and will not behave like VVIPs
clamouring for perks and NSG security, the party would strike the right cord with voters and will garner tremendous amount of votes.
    Thanks

    Major PJ Singh(Retd.)

I like EMS Namboodiripad, first CM of Kerala who forsighly planned how create entire state a 100% literate state. I like Rajiv Gandhi who can able to turn India’s future to a good another direction thorugh his forsight. I like Narasinha Rao who lead our nation when our country facing aserious economic trouble.I like Honarable former Prime Minister Shri Atal Biharari Bajpai who give due importance to our urgently needed infrastructural facilities. Entire period of INA ruling was very good for economy, infrastructure, security, etc.
I hate Indian National Congress who is cheatingthis greate nation for @ 50 years offering lot but not delivering nothing. It divided the society such a macro level i.e. Women - Men level.

    sirs,

i am a small supporter of BJP and would like it to win. However, I feel that that the advertisement campaign of BJP should be a positive one detailing how it will tackle all major issues and also mention where the ruling party has gone wrong on such issues. People in India get put off by a negative and gory campaign and I request the top brass of the BJP to consider my humble suggestion seriously.

How do we call the support for the party which itself is led by terrorist? We all are known to fact like “Ghar ka Bhedi lanka dhayay”! So may be BJP leaders may be one of them. Because most of them have long criminal records. Think over it people. You can make a difference. This people went for negotition in kandhar may be that could have brought many lacs of terrorist out. Agreeing to agony of 26/11 but if we look other point we fought to terror and may be saved other thousands which could have been killed if negotiated.Think on facts and believe dnt agree to words of foolish charmers. Face the reality. Talk about methods of solving terrorism not people who can solve it.

  33. Prasanna on March 6th, 2009 9:50 am

During the NDA’s regime, most the changes BJP tried to make were opposed by their alliance partners. This was the major reason of their inability to resolve the Ram Temple issue, scrapping of Article 370 and enacting or even proposing for a Uniform Civil Code. I myself used to see how fervently they face opposition while trying to push ahead with economic reforms. I am not a big fan of disinvestment as it’s good in case of decentralizing non-regulatory government liabilities, but also like to remind about the opposition they faced in doing that.

The handicapped nature of administration was the critical problem during NDAs rule. For that to change this time the BJP has to come to power with more number of seats on it’s own and with lesser coalition partners.

What is in Indian Hindu psychic, that, they always like to be ruled by foreigners and non-Hindus. Even a donkey on the street knows, that, at present the Super PM is a foreigner Catholic, sorrouned by Christian and Muslim advisers, and running the country with her slave PM and tainted slave president and hell bent to devide the nation.

When will the Hindus stop deviding themselves and take control of running their own country and affairs? There are so many Omichands among Hindus.

    Vande Mataram!!

The time has come for the revolution; not against any external power but against the corrupt and greedy politicians of our own country.
I believe that BJP has the agenda and esteem to bounce back to the power with the help from the youths of the country.

BJP has to engage the young and motivated Indians in the active politics. Just “India Deserves Better” won’t fetch votes or power in center. There are so many people in the society who are far better than their local representatives but are getting crushed because of the goon politicians. First BJP has to be determined not to entitle the candidacy to the criminals. This will assert the support from Indians, especially youngsters.

I’m a software engineer by profession but I don’t like to serve someone who is taking profits out of India and pilling their own reserves. I fear the history will be repeated; that, One EAST INDIA COMPANY ruled our nation for 150years and then tore our country in 3 parts. Now there are so many foreign companies in India which are sucking the brains out of India and making huge profits out of them. And god knows how long they will rule us, but we can stop them if we unite under one able leadership and I believe leaders like Mr. Advani, Mr. Modi has that ability in them. I’m not against globalization or IT as such but want to have the employers of Indians only so that the profits will be stay back here.

I’ve a strong feeling against the black hole for brains i.e. BPO, KPO and S/W industry. We are working on the sub standard works and getting paid in pennies. But if BJP decides something and promise to swing the current scenario then it will touch the hearts of many Indians who has strong feelings for India.

Only concern with current political representatives from any party is that they are not in politics for the well being of the society but for oneself. This is very hurting scene in the land of Gandhiji, Netaji, Bhagat Singh, Lokmanya Tilak…

BJP should have a strong next generation leaders following and is being prepared under the guidance of our honorable Mr. Advani.

One more thing I would like to mention:
Everyone knew that Mr. Pramod Mahajan was a great diplomat who glued BJP in very good manner but I’ve a question here. As a young person from his constituency district that is Beed District, what did he do for us? We rarely saw him coming to us or our village in Ashti Taluka. I never saw him doing any work in our region. So I never felt any attachment or love towards him because we didn’t know him properly. Inversaly look at Mr. Sharad Pawar in Baramati; his is the name which everyone from Baramati carries proudly.
I hope to see more of Mr. Gopinath Munde visiting every corner of the state and taking care of the issues that society is facing. Our District do not have Railway link which is really very disturbing fact even after having so many famed leaders from Beed. This is just one example which I know and I’m sure of many other such scenarios. Look at the power crisis, unemployment, inflation, poverty, education, farmers suicides (I’m a son of Farmer and I know what all they have been through).

One more thing about higher education, the government had announced the educational loan support for the needy and eligible candidates. But when approached the banks I discovered that the loans are disbursed to the candidates whose parents have enough property/savings/land in tangible with the loan amount. This was a huge setback to my further studies plan (MA in international relations and politics, University of East Anglia, UK). I was shocked to see the truth and the claims made by the government. I hope to see the major change in the policies of the education in India and support for the students who wish to study abroad. One suggestion is that the candidate who studies in foreign countries has to sign some sort of pact with the nation in order to give it back to the society for the help he/she received.

I will be joining active politics in few months for that I’ll give up my software profession very soon for my country to accomplish that I’m studying all of the national parties’ agenda and BJP is the favorite.

Hope to see more of the BJP in the people’s heart not for the promises made in elections but for their accomplishments.

Jai Bhavani!! Jai Shivaji!! Vande Mataram!!

  38. Raj on March 10th, 2009 12:34 am

    Hello All,

I think it is really heart warming to see more and more youngsters and educated people are getting involved in politics and look for a change in our country. This is my first post, please do consider this as my personal views

    a) Yes! Mr.Advani as PM of India is the need of the hour and nobody doubts and questions that. He is the man of a strong vision and he and his strong intellectual will take India back in the right direction. You need to understand during previous NDA’s tenure lots and lots of domestic and international good projects were implemented and this UPA govt. did nothing big for country’s growth but still reap the fruits sowed by NDA.
    b) Infact Mr.Advani’s is trying to project himself as a tech prime minister and trying to woo the educated people, I would say around 80 to 90% of the educated people are going to vote for NDA and he would rather do concentrate and spend more time to obtain votes for illiterate and low class people.
    c) Yes, NDA infact has their own problems, but I would say it is really wrong to pinpoint Modi for each and everything, People are not really realizing how strong modi in Gujarat, even though he did the mistake in Gujarat riots, he wants to get out of that and do remember he has changed Gujarat in to a ultra modern state and it is really impressive to know that even Gujarat minorities are supporting his growth plans and they have started to slowly forgive him for his past mistakes. In spite of appreciating his continuous efforts, UPA is doing its own political blame on Modi trying to shade his image which is never going to happen.
    d) My assumption and prediction is just to woo the middle class and lower class people NDA has taken the Ayodhya issue again. Just sit back and think, because if they go to them and talk about 26/11, or ISI or Global terror nobody understands it and they will not vote him but if he speaks Ram mandir he would cash some vote for it….this is what infact actually happening.
    e) People will start to realize the mistakes this UPA govt has done after 5 years from now..This Govt had successfully split the people based on religion and just ploying like British Raj system.. Gone are the days people talked about caste politics and it looks like henceforth it is going to be Religion politics..Whole world knows Mr.Azharuddin sold India for money, now it looks like he is going to contest elections. More painful is to know what Mrs.Sonia Gandhi and Rajasekar Reddy doing in A.P.More painful is to hear the words from a Cabinet minister about Mangalore, yes what happened in Mangalore pub is wrong, but the real fact is Ramsena did go there only because of some many complaints from neighbors and that specific area’s resident association.. I think the whole issue is being wrongly projected by ruling government and media especially. Look what’s happening now, Mangalore mayor did the right thing by filing FIR on the minister Renuka choudry, she deserves for these types of proactive comments(Talibanisation) on Mangalore city.
    f) My sincere advise is not even 20% of us(educated and e-techies) are going to vote, but we hope Mr.Advani to win and how is that going to happen if you are not going to Vote.

    a) Please do cast your vote without failed
    b) I would say each one of us will at least have 70 to 80 friends in our address book, send an email to all of them and bring awareness to them and ask them to communicate to their friends.
    c) If you have minority friends, speak to them and discuss with them and try to make them understand with facts what is actually happening.
    d) When you are free on weekends, when you spend time with your friends, neighbors, relatives speak about these factors and bring awareness to them….ask everybody to go a vote…

Guys this is our country and it is our responsibility to bring the country up. Let us give India in better shape to our next generation.

    Regards
    Raj

    Hi

This is in response to Sandeep Shelke’s post.

Whilst all of us believe substantially in BJP’s election manifesto, we need to take a balanced view of global developments and gain a deeper understanding f vedic religion and its disappearance from public life.

India was one of the earliest global trading nations of the world and India and China together contrlled over 50 % of world trade with India having a greater share than China until 18th c.

International trade and commerce is indeed beneficial. However I agree policy makers cannot be mindless in this.

Also strongly recommend websites of RSS and VHP so that prejudices against them are removed.

To Saurav: it was the NDA in power, not the BJP…understand the difference. Go through this and think whether u really want to vote for teh Congress/UPA
    http://www.lkadvani.in/forum/viewtopic.php?f=12&t=2861&p=0

How many years did the NDA have to rule? It takes time to undo more than 50 years of monumental blunders. The NDA inherited this legacy from the Congress. Do you still want to vote for the Congress? The best thing for our country is BJP rule, NDA is second best. So, vote for the best.

I am an student studying BE in an engineering college in India and I feel that BJP will do better for India’s development.

One instance is that, for 15 years an underground bridge project was kept pending at the municipalty. But, when the BJP came to power (in Karnataka), everything changed and the bridge was completed in under 1 month. I can’t imagine the speed at which development works are being initiated here…

But the power crisis has made the BJP look weaker in Karnataka. I hope BJP wins this year’s elections

Hey, I personally feel BJP should lead the nation after the elections. BJP should think positive and bury their differences in the interest of nation to eliminate the corrupt and mafia government once for all. The government has operated so far on remote and we have had enough of sufferings in the congress government. When Modiji can change the lives of all GUJARATHI in 5 years why not my great Leader ADVANI Ji can do wonder for the entire national underhis stewardship !!! I am sure and humble my BJP leaders will close their differnces and act proactively prove an alternative to the NATION to avoid burial of democracy with the hands of Congress. PLEASE ACT NOW AND DO NOT REPEND LATER !!! WITH MY BEST WISHES TO THE PARTY FOR ITS EARLY LEAD R SM New Delhi

I also support BJP and want to see it in power without any outside support.

I also like to voice my opinion on our democratic setup.

In 60 years of democracy what we have achieved is nothing compared to other countries. Our people are still not having even basic things like potable drinking water, sanitation, food and education. Why politician forget to mention these basic things in their manifesto including BJP? This whole democratic setup is being used to quench the thirst of power and nothing. We need to have an retrospective analysis on why our 70% people are suffering. In my view its all due to copycat, visionless and toothless democracy. Democracy is not at all suited for a country with such a poor literacy ratio. (1951 - it was mere 18.33, 2001 - 65.38; it’s only 61% as on 2008 - source CIA factbook). You can understand the motive of our legendry politicians of that time is to only rule the nation.

In this democratic setup neither politician nor bureaucrats are held responsible for their wrongdoings. There is no accountability attached to them. If we have some measured to curb these, it is being nullified by our old aged copycat judiciary system.

In short Indian democracy is nothing more than a mess, and to clear this mess we need to have a single party at the centre for at least 15 years with more representation from youth who has courage to change things.

To begin with we should ask a question. Do we need the UPA to come back to power? The answer is an emphatic no. Time has come to hang a govt. which could not hang a convicted terrorism. Since independence Congress has created fear psychosis among minorities and dalits about right wing parties like BJP. Now with this Grand old party is a victim of fear psychosis itself but of a different kind. Fear of losing the minority votes. Any govt. which puts vote bank politics ahead of nation’s security has no right to continue. We Indians the most tolerant of all people retaliate only pushed to the wall. Time has come to retaliate democratically. It is better t call a spade a spade rather than fear being branded as communal.
We need a strong & experienced leader like Advani than a rubber stamp PM like Manmohan Singh. This country has seen how Sonia takes all credit (if any) and hides behind the protection cover thrown by her shameless partymen whenever she bungles. a leader is one who can take criticism and credit in equal stride and strive for the development of nation fearlessly.

i have been a bjp supporter and have voted in all elections for bjp depsite the fact that my father is a leftist…but i dont see any reason for me to vote for bjp this elections….all of it written above has no meaning….

let me take you back to december, 2008 first week..A senior BJP leader on Monday (Dec 1) triggered a fresh controversy by saying some women with “lipstick and powder on their face” were indulging in demonstrations and abusing politicians. The BJP, however, has distanced itself from Mukhtar Naqvi’s comments saying that Naqvi is entitled to his own beliefs.

“Some women wearing lipstick and powder have taken to streets in Mumbai and are abusing politicians spreading dissatisfaction against democracy. This is what terrorists are doing in Jammu and Kashmir,” party vice president Muqtar Abbas Naqvi said.

He said “in difficult times like this” some groups have decided to “wage a war against democracy” rather than waging war against the menace of terror. “These are difficult times for the nation. In times like this we should unite in our war against terror and the Pak sponsored attacks rather than waging war against the democratic institutions,” Naqvi said.

Demonstrations are one’s right in a democracy but it is sad to know that some media organisations have joined hands to present the politicians in a bad light. The channels are also engaged in presenting unfounded things to rake up a negative image of the politicians, he said.

The BJP has distanced itself from Mukhtar Naqvi’s comments and BJP General Secretary Arun Jaitley has said that Naqvi is entitled to his own beliefs and added that the public is outraged over the government’s inability to curb terror.

Arun Jaitley, General Secretary, BJP said, “I have heard Naqvi’s remark on anti-politician protests. It is his own belief. The BJP feels that there is public outrage over Mumbai terror attacks as the government has net been able to carry proper investigations into it. Tough steps by the government to curb terror will satisfy the public.”

Meanwhile, party spokesperson Rajiv Pratap Rudy has sought to down play Naqvi’s statement and said “he did not mean to say that. His words were presented in a wrong contest. BJP does not subscribe to any such views.

So bjp and friends of bjp ….is mr.naqvi getting the tickets this time ?

and for all these years when bjp ruled why didnt mr.advani implement the setting up of federal buareau….

whats the difference if its bjp or congress…are they any different ?

    I guess no.

    Invite comments on the below

Why did not BJP apologise for Godhra?

Godhra and the consequent killings were so to speak the defining event which would ensure that BJP is termed as communal for a couple of decades in the least. Large numbers of fence-sitters who nevertheless looked up to BJP for middle class representation have distanced themselves in part due to horror shows hosted by Barkha and their ilk and in part due to neo liberal peer pressure.

However, a public apology by Vajpayee/Advani and swift action to take offenders to task would have gone a long way in making amends instead of the party standing in the witness box and reacting to Srikrishna and other commissions etc.

In this background, it is important that the BJP comes clean on its so called ‘communal agenda’ and relation it shares with affiliates such as VHP, RSS, Bajrang Dal.

I myself have been to the RSS office in Chennai and have interacted with activists and found them to be patriotic and harmless (sometimes impotent tto, considering their numbers once swelled to a million men).

    Numbers never lie

IFMR an independent b school has published a UPA v/s NDA in the below link.

BJP should use more data driven arguments as the news media would always hold communalism against the BJP.
    http://ifmr.ac.in/cdf/editorialtables.xls

How communists hold power in WB

Among all states in India, WB stands unique. Casual conversations with some friends of mine revealed that marxists have held sway thanks to Bangaldeshi voter-immigrants and voting at gun point especially in rural areas.

    Fight all over India

BJP scored over INC in 2004 on seats won/seats contested ratio. BJP should start contesting in more seats a cross India like BSP started doing since early 2000.

    Fellow Indians,

Why we need a change is for the following reasons

    1. The number a bomb blasts in the country have increased dramatically in the last few years and the number of attaks are more than the guilty caught after those attacks.

    2. No one can gaurantee a safe journey in our local buses and trains. The confidence levels are so low after these bomb attacks across the nation.

    3. Is the Prime Minister of the biggest Democracy in the world need to be so obidient to their party leadership rather than the people of the country itself. it is true is one of the greatest economist india ever produced. Definitely he is the best finance minister Bharat had till date. But prime minister i think is a different material altoghter.

    4. Indian’s dream of travelling abroad to be more successful and richer. when will this version change. we have potential and intelligent man power, but their is a serious lack of vision.

    5. Indian culture is under fire. i need not mention about the kind of movies, the pub cultures and what not. Its time to think about what we are losing.

    6. Finally, one thing, cow is considered sacred in hindu religion and cant we protect cow. please dont let things happen as they are happening. raise your voice to make a change for a better bharat.

    “India-A Secular country.”

I dont agree with this, looking at the present situation in India.

What is happening to we Hindus are not acceptable.

Missionaries funded by Foreign funding,Pakistan supported Jihadis are spoiling our India.UPA govt is worried abt Malegaon & Orissa cases but it has least worry abt other blasts which have occured in India.

Please be fair,I am not telling that only Hindus should have power in India.

Because of vote politics, cong is masking lots & lots of issues.

We need a clean govt which helps to acheive the vision 2020 of Abdul kalam making India a Developed Nation.

    So “I support BJP”.

Congress is very proud about the “Slumdog Millionaire” because every parents will be proud abt their childrens(Cong helped India to develops slums :-) )

We are proud of the BJP and remember the golden period when they were in power last time. The National highways which were developed, how the country had a positive outlook then, it was a golden period in Indian democracy.

We don’t want more Slumdog millionaires made on Inidan soil. This time lets vote for the BJP.

  64. Rajesh on March 20th, 2009 4:54 pm

Why we need to support BJP in ths electon :

    1. BJP is against terrorism and wants to take strong action against the perpetrators, while Congress is just playing with fire for the sake of votes banks - dangerous to India’s security.

    2. Prices during NDA regime was well within limits whereas prices of food and essentials have gone up so high durng UPA stint and Congress is fooling the people by saying inflaton has come down!.

    3. Major nfrastructure development projects were conceived and started by NDA govt. like Golden Quadrilateral Projects, Super Highways, Ports, Rly lines, Telecom (Mobile), etc. which kickstarted the high growth of our economy, whereas UPA just wants to take credit for the good work iniated by NDA. Life has only become miserable during UPA’s tenure.

    4. Social issues like forced conversion etc. have become so rampant during the congress regime which may alter the country’s social demography in a few years and that would be a permanent damage, which cannot be chnaged for ever.

    5. UPA doees not have any leader of charisma who can inspire the youth and others. MM Singh is a mere puppet of Sonia and can never be a role model for Indian youth.

    6. UPA shamelessly follows the dictat of USA for everything, including ts internal security issues (like Mumbai attack) - There cannot be a more slavish approach than this. The Congress’s reacton to Mumbai attack is simply ameturish and shameful. It’s vote bank politics may consume this country’s sovereignity if gone unchecked.

    7. UPA has brought miserry to the country and its people - price rise, unemployment, social unrest, shortage of cooking gas, corruption, terrorism, economic downturn etc. We need an able leader to lead the country.

    8. UPA project Rahul as its PM canddate!. A Man who hardly knows the problems of this country and rarely opens his mouth on the issues will be imposed as a PM on India ?. Don’t we deserve an able and efficient administrator to lead ths country ?

Finally, the country is at crossroads. The unprecedented economic recession and global problems needs a visionary leader and cohesive team to deal with. The country needs to keep its head high in esteem and not to be consumed by a bunch of terrorists or be told by USA what it should do next. So, I think BJP lead NDA would be a better choice for India.

Of late politics has become a game of football played by one set of mighty people and their family members. The ‘Right to Equality and Equal opportunity’ has just remained in the books. The vote bank politics has weakened the integrity of the people and is proving detrimental to the security of the country. Our so-called neighbour “Pakistan” has made our country a firing range to test their arms and ammunition. The inflation and the market depression have shattered the dreams of the young Indians. BJP should stop inhouse fighting as it doesnt suit it since they are not like others. BJP is supposed to be party of disciplene. They have a very big campaigning point… ‘ELECTRICITY’. They should see how they turn that to their advantage completely because Electricity is life and very important for everybody from rich people to poor ones. Also Corruption, good Governance are other points. They say Corruption cant be wiped, i say why cant it be? In Countries like Canada, Netherlands there is only 3 % Corruption. How is it possible there? Are they Gods? Here it is 97 % which needs to be changed. Its like what the inputs are outputs will be likewise so if good people become top bosses naturally good things will trickle down. If a Peon becomes Principal of a school, what can be expected of that school??? If Funds are a problem for the Party then they should collect donations from well wishers and give receipts.

  74. Rajendra Patil on March 23rd, 2009 12:07 am

Just spread everywhere, send about 100 people as suggested earlier by a supporter here to each constituency or a section likewise to interact with people and common man who gets tempted and fooled by wrong methods used by Congress and tell them what things which Congress could have done but haven’t done since 1947 like CORRUPTION, RESERVATION, DEVELOPMENT, POPULATION CONTROL and other vital issues which are related to them directly. A saying for the Congress, “You can fool all people sometimes, some people sometimes, BUT NOT ALL PEOPLE ALL TIMES”.

BJP can do justics to India only when they come to power with full majority.I want BJP and not NDA meaning the PM should be able to do what he wants and not what his alliance partner wants. For that to happen BJP needs to grow in all states. I see no steps taken by BJP for that. I see no presence of BJP in TN.
What can this group do about this?

  77. Mukesh KR sharma on March 23rd, 2009 12:59 pm

    Hi BJP,
    i am from Dhanbad Jharkhand
There is a big problem in bjp gives ticket only to older persons but we new generation Voter want young, energetic, litterate persons as a MP of our city DHANBAD, but last time Bjp gives Ticket to Rita varma who is not liked by Dhanbad people because in 10 year of her MP life she nothing did for the development of Dhanbad that can seen by people…So if you want to win the seat from Dhanbad then Put a young Leader as MP …
other wise you will again loose your seat….

    Thanks

The ideas by Sri.Atal Bihari Vajpayee Ji’s Government till 2004 will make BJP to win in coming LOKSABHA ELECTION 2009. Definitely BJP will win LOKSABHA ELECTION 2009 and save BHARAT from all problems faced by the PEOPLES OF BHARAT for the past 5 years Congress Government.

BJP means POWER OF PROTECTING BHARAT.

BJP should have learnt lesson from Delhi Poles. But sorry to say there is no change in the policies. In my openion LKA should not declare him self as a next PM, it should be left for the the MPs elected to choose their leader as per our constitution. Why we are drifting from our democracy? Still time is there, it is general feeling feeling in NCR that we should not declare name of PM before hand. Can it be rectified now?

HI… ya ya NCR has a felling of not declaring or deciding th PM(so sad:(…)..this is their HERITAGE.
they are even slow in making decisions…. right frm 1947-1995…. feelings shud not matter in national events. planning has to be done… this is where congress has failed in past 50 year.
Its evident tat v don’t see a difference in past 5years too..
ther r majorliy concerned vit alliance vit regional parties.
both PERSON and PARTY are equally important(This is infact fair in democracy).y has NCR failed to realise ths even after 50years.

BJP has a LEADER and hence the party is LEAD in proper direction n BJP has th ability to become the LEADER.

    Debashish,

you look very desperate man. If you think today you will sleep and tomorrow everything will change then that is not going to happen at least in this country where there are more destroyer than creators.

Things are tackled one at a time…if you want to see the change in BJP Ruled state go and visit villages of those state. I am from a small town of Rajasthan called Barmer (border district completely ignored by all the govts. always facing drought)..But last BJP govt has changed the fate of my district. My town has become investment hub because of different projects started by last BJP govt.

If you want to see the change go to gujrat, each and every village of gujrat is having 24 hour electricity. Is it not a change?

If you want to see a change go to MP, where roads are much better then before..

Now if you are so irritated by the life of metros and you can not see gaddhe on the road…To tum jaakar khatam kar do…Kab tak govt ke liye rote rahoge…

    Debashish,

Why are u thanking Rajiv Gandhi for the work done by BJP govt..During Rajiv gandhi, my mother had to travel 3 kms to get 1 bucket water.

About literacy rate and % of people below poverty line, I can assure you that it is much better than what it was five years before.

But people here in rajasthan vote only for caste due to which BJP lost election in Rajasthan. But it will do much better in Loksabha election.

  113. Arvind Jain on March 24th, 2009 3:21 pm

I have one question for you, you seem to be very inspired by Gandhi family. I just want to know, Is it birth right of Gandhi Family to rule over india. What rahul gandhi had to do to become PM candidate for congress, can a normal ROOT level congress worker ever dream to lead this contry..

  114. Narsil on March 24th, 2009 3:29 pm

@Arvind : Maybe your mother had not heard of taps. :P Which when installed at home, no one would have to travel 3Km for a bucket of water. You are cheap bastards who expect govt to get you everything at your door steps. Learn to spend.

BJP should be banned in India. They have no clue what moving forward means. Come on, we’re in the 21st century its time to get rid of shitty rituals and hindutva. They need to realise that people have no time for it. BJP govt has given 180Crs for the development of temples in Karnataka, dont you think we could spend that in a better way? BJP destroyed everyone’s mindset with their Hindutva policies. I’m a hindu and I’m disguested that a religion is being used to win elections.

  115. loveall on March 24th, 2009 3:43 pm

You can not be a Hindu who is talking in such a language about mother. My mother had to travel that much because there were no water supply in our village and we had to travel to water tanker which used to come twice in a week. Those were the days of Congress govt.

I too do not like religion to be used in elections and you think congress does not use religion, caste for winining election.

hai.Congress aur anya so called secular parties es varg ke logon ko apane vote bank ke liye target karte hein.Unhe malum hai ki es varg ke logon se roti aadi ka vayada karke aasani se vote hasil kiya ja sakta hai..Gharib aur ashikshit log apni asiksha ke karan en dalon ke paapon ko samajh nahi paate aur jhothe vayadon ki jaal mein aasani se fans jate hein.Kyonki Unhe to bas do vaqt ki roti se hi matlab hota hai .Aur es tarah ye dal en masoomo ka fayada utha le jate hein.BJP ko chahiye ki es tarah ki janta (gharib, asikshit gaon wale aadi) ke saamne unki sthaniya bhasha mein congress dwara kiye kushasan ka bhanda phod kare aur bataye ki kis tarah UPA sarkar ki nitiyan unke liye aur desh ke liye khatarnak hein.

BJP ko chahiye ki gaon -gaon mein jakar logon ko jagruk kare aur unhe apni nitiyon ke baare mein bataye ki kis tarah ka vikas wah gaon-gaon mein karne ja rahi hai ,jisase unki gharibi door ho sakti hai.Yadi BJP yah prayas karti hai to nishchit hi usey purn bahumat milne ki sambhavna ho sakti hai.

I have not seen the War Ministr of Germany’s Hitler, Mr.Goebuls, if I am correct. He is now reborn in the form of three individuals viz., Rajdeep, Arnob and Barkka , who have now given a definition to “hate” with the blessings of all secular religious pritests and politicians. All speeches made by Hindus suporting for Hindu causes, are to be defined as “hate”speeches. To be more precise, according to them, the genocide of pandits in Kashmir are not acts of hate but “lovers” fight” by jehadis. That is why they say No Hindu men, but women”.

  126. Sunil Rana on March 25th, 2009 2:07 pm

I have so many points to discuss but I will put some of them here..
Reservation is the most favorite card of almost every Party by one way or other. After more than 60 yrs of Independence, why Reservation ? do you think reservation can solve any problem ? no and never. Because reservation is based on Cast and communities basis, I ll tell you one thing “Jatian (casts) garib nahin hoti log(people) garib hote hain”. And there are rich and poor in every cast. instead of reservation make the people capable so that they not need reservation. Make the education free for all, there should be some social security system so that people below poverty line can be identified and proper assistance could be provide to them.
Every politician has a cast or community background here, every cast, sub cast, religion has their own leaders and they think and fight(so called) for that community, but what about India. Hindu , Muslim, Sikh, Christians , har religion.. jat , gujjar, S. Cast. S. Tribe, aadibassi, ye basi woh basi har cast, Punjab, Haryana kerla, Andhra,.. .. ….etc har state ko represent karne wala Mil jayega par bade dukh ki baat hai ki mere Hindustan main Hindustan ka koi Hindustan ko represent karne wala nahin. Everyone has a narrow thinking; I can understand politics is now, a pure business but do this business with honesty.
Now about RAM Mandir in Ayaodhya.. Very Simple how many Muslims knew about Ayodhya before this Babri Masjid issue ? but 100% Hindus knows about small town/city Ayaodhya why?Hindus has an emotional attachment about Ayodhya because of Ram, but ask one question who oppose this that who was Babar ? do they have for emotions for him like hindus for Ram ? No.. no matters we believe in Allah or Ram, the important thing is faith and we should respect each other’s faith.
I hope BJP will be able to solve such issues for ever..
    JAI HIND

2.ram temple issue will not be done by them because they will say ,they are secular.
    3. infiltration will not be reduced becos they dont have proper plan.

2.ram temple will be constucted only if all the hindus unite, so the only cannot do it allone.

    @Narsil.
Religion is our mother and every religion believe the same. I’m hearing 1st time,some1 talking about getting rid of his own mother.
Are you not ashamed of speaking about your mother in such 3rd grade filthy language?

    Thank God!!!
Being in 21st century my religion(Hindutva) has taught me to respect my MOTHER..

    @ narsil

hello mr.narsil, i believe you dont eat food!! talking in such a idotic language.
first identify yourself with your religion.
Its evident from your words that you are not a hindu.
but still if u are a hindu hang yourself for talking such words about your mother. if your not a hindu you are a curse to your religion.

u may be in any century, Hindutva has saved our country in all times of danger. whatever may be the rituals performed in a religion, if you cant accept them atleast respect them. Dont forget that you are also born because of a (your so called)shitty ritual.

Hindutva has its own principles and it never condemns others.
Hindutva is not just the cultural and traditional base for the country, its the part of the country.
No wrong in BJP declairing Hindutva as its agenda.

also mr.narsil first try to respect mother(woman-may be your close one or enemy). If even mrs.sonia gandhi comes to me i’ll first tell her NAMASKAR. HINDUTVA has taught me to do so..

Nasril , No HINDU talk like that .Today entire world is seing our religion . Peace , tolerance,Freedom and respect is the foundation of our religion. We dont kill others in the name of jihad. We dont tease or kill others in the name of religion. We dont promote our religion. Yoga/ Ayurveda is the boon given to us . Hinduism is the greatest religion in the world. This is not man made religion unlike others. The religion has the grace from Heavens.Vedas and Bagavad Gita came from the mouth of the God. Rituals are optional. No compulsion . We dont hang or kill if you convert to other religion.Thousands of years our muslims and christians are living in this country is because of our tolerant religion. I am proud of being a Hindu. We never said our great is super and only God in this universe like others.Matru Devo BHAVA , Pitru devo bhava, acharya devo bhava . atidhi devo bhava are our principles.

Mr Debasish Kumar, I am astonished to see your replie on 4BJP website. You have no place here to play a attack game. Go and work for your people of choice. Dont spoil the spirit of true people who want to continue to see the change agent BJP who ruled for only 5 years and gave a stunning stunning performance for the hopeless congress party to retrospect and retrospect. What the hell our country has achieved in past 60 years of congress rule as against 5 years of BJP rule. Go man .. Read the history of racism, local politics, votes in the name of minorities, religion based quotas, playing double standards when it comes to the security of the country, assuring voters of AP to give free power and thus misleading people. Ye free power in one state, IPL not to happen in their states, not to fight against terrorism and stay cool by saying India is a patient country… Come on … I am feeling sorry for the hopeless politics of congres for years together. Lets change for better…

I agree with your view, butchering of cows should be stopped not only in Kerala and West Bengal but should be banned across India. In a country like Bharat we all pray to cows as God and we give equal importance as our Mother. It is a shame that many Hindus in Kerala have made habbit of eating Beef. We should stop killing innocent Cows and “I REQUEST BJP TO BAN COW SLAUGHTER” if it comes to power.

I have seen this interesting quote in an english news portal which I feel is something we need to dwell on ..Because IPL may not be far reaching in terms of the electorate but trust me its going to catch up with urban classes particularly..so we are looking at atleast 15 million voters..chew on this.. “Meanwhile, the country has been deprived of a tournament that brought many hours of joy to our cricket crazy land. In recent days I have met many angry cricket fans who admit that one reason why they will be voting against the Sonia-Manmohan Government is the IPL. This is not as facetious as it sounds if you remember that national security is an issue that dominates almost all others in the coming election. Everyone remembers Mumbai.”

I support the BJP because I totally convinced that only thing that stands between BHARATH and GREATNESS is the Congress party.

We must never forget taht this party was setup by the British (Mr. A. O. Hume, the founder) to rule India post Independence by a group of brown sahibs with British mentality - with utter dislike and contempt for anything Bharathiya or Indianness.

  145. Chaitanya Joshi on April 4th, 2009 10:14 pm

    My Mahrashtrian Background
People assume that I would be closer to Shiv Sena being a Maharashtrian.I don’t like the Shiv Sena simply because they have no agenda, they have no policy or programme. Raj Thackeray is able to garner support simply because the original residents of Maharashtra are made to feel like second class citizens, railway exams advertised only in UP and Bihar and held in Maharashtra, no wonder the locals feel hurt, I don’t agree with Raj completely, maybe what Raj says is true, yes we are all Indian’s but when you go away from your state you MUST respect the language and traditions of the state where you reside.
Growth during the BJP and appeasement of Muslims by the Congress Government
We saw real growth when the BJP was in power, at least the urban people did, the Congress did little but to bask in the process of reform so what do they do now? Appease the Muslims play vote back, the pseudo-secularists who says it’s a crime to call oneself a Hindu, but it’s ok to say if you are Muslim. These are the very people who do not want to Muslims of this country to be educated or grow.
Still fine, but this appeasement of Muslims and special treatment meted out to them is unfair, our PM who is no doubt a Very Decent Man and a very poor Prime minister, says that Muslims have the first right to the nations resources! Why not the POOR!!!, What nonsense I am a Hindu I expect no special treatment to either me or the Muslims or Catholics or the Sikhs, why financial aid to only Haj? why not to people who want to visit the Wailing wall, the Golden temple or Kashi /Mathura or even the Vatican city.
This preferential treatment is unacceptable, if any reservations have to be given, they must be given to the poor no matter what religion they are from, why should Hindus, Sikhs, Christians, Buddhists, feel like second class citizens? We don’t get a subsidy to visit our holy places!!! that’s why the BJP.

    Post 26 11
The gall of the Chief minister of Maharashtra, Vilasrao Deshmukh is to tell on national TV that Congress is all about Sacrifice!!! What utter bullshit, the fact that Sonia was de-facto PM is well known. I’m not willing to accept any person who is not born here and on this holy soil as a PM, I don’t care about the religion of the person who is PM /President or any post. Vilasrao says his sacrifice of resignation post 2611 is the way of the congress, what utter crap, he let such an incident take place and becomes a martyr, that’s why I’ve started hating the congress.

You know how many farmers have committed suicide and continue to do so in Andhra and Maharashtra, but who cares, the Kutch region of Gujarat is perennially in drought but grows crops with micro and drip irrigation, the state of Gujarat helps the farmers as well as the Industry.

    One Rule of law
Why can’t one rule of law be the same for all citizens no matter what their religion, impose the Shariat for all I care but there must be parity for all citizens , Why cant I buy property in kashmir?
.Did you see the Amarnath row, Omar Abdullah has the guts to say in parliament that it is their land that we are asking ,rights of passage, on a temporary basis was all the Amarnath board was asking! What bullshit Kashmir belongs to the country as does every state, but neither you or me can buy land in Kashmir
No Babri’s Please and what about justice to Rupen katyal
I don’t believe in the Babri demolition at all, the Gujarat incidences of Godhra and the subsequent riots are shameful! even the acts of the BJP to take terrorists out to Kandahar for the lives of the Indians on board was repugnant, so we don’t believe in everything the BJP says or Does the friends of the BJP is started by people like you and me inspired by the Obama campaign.
    Modi-fy the Nation
I have factories in Gujarat, we have 24 hours of power in Gujarat, we still dont have 24 Hours of power in Vasai or Thane, I am a Maharashtrian who went to Gujarat simply because of the better governance and ease of running my business. Modi gives power to EVERY village in Gujarat, drinking water to every village in Gujarat, every village in Gujarat has a broad band connection and every school has access to long distance education and the internet with every girl child in school, now that’s a man with vision and a programme, in every interview no matter how hard the so called journalist’s bait him, all he talks of is development!
I have seen the forward looking policies of Narendra Modi, we need people like Narendra Modi or Chandra Babu Naidu as PM both belong to totally different parties but both are very efficient administrators, both are worried about the health, growth and security of their citizens, not found with the Congress.

We need the BJP for good governance and also TO SAVE THIS NATION!

This is a very good forum to air one’s views. I am still a student, but I whole heartedly support the BJP. Its a shame that a great leader like mr Vajpayee is not politically active among us. Mr Advani is a capable substitute, no doubt about that. He is much better than Mr Singh and all the other multitude of leaders who dream of becoming th PM of this great country. In my honest opinion, it is the fault of the Indian middle class which allows other parties to come forward and implement their fault ridden policies. We as a middle class need to assert our franchise. By doing so, we would solve half the problems. I remember one dialogue in an hindi film, ‘No country is perfect, we have to make it perfect’. It is so shameful to see people getting attracted to ‘political’ leaders, who have absolutely no experience in politics. I sincerely hope that people begin to cast their votes with their brain not their hearts. India is a diverse country, but national issues are being sidelined by a focussed approach by political parties on regional politics. I wish the BJP all the best for the coming elections.

To my nation and its children

This is a land with plenty of water, but is the nature of the people which makes it complete.

We as the people of land never had a rigid ideological philosophy to lead the life, we always had life in which philosophy defined the ideology.

In the course of nation we did get the ghost of casteism, but we did get vedas, dharma, buddhism, sikhism and jainism as a boon.

It is the rise of attrocity based ideological islams invasion which changed the course of nation, and later the cunning british which looted the nation.

Well it may seem history but todays present is also hhistory for tomorrow, so we need to correct the wrongs of past and present for better future of the land.

I SUPPORT FOR BJP, because it stands for united HINDUS unlike the others who want to divide us on caste basis.

I SUPPORT FOR BJP, because it is not against anyone, Muslims and Christians should understand every religion has a land why do you want to reject this for HINDUS. MUSLIMS ABOVE have commented about the GODHRA, SIR can you speak for PANDITS IN THEIR OWN LAND.

I SUPPORT FOR BJP, because it stands for COMMON CIVIL CODE OF CONDUCT, by this all the problem of differences in religious ideologies will become nil. WHY DONT MUSLIMS SUPPORT THIS, WHEN THIS WILL APPLY TO HINDUS AND CHRISTIANS ALSO.

I SUPPORT FOR BJP, because it has many self volunteers in its party who are selfless and work for ideological cause than for self, we hardly see any in other parties who are just waiting to take advantage of position to be coming.

I SUPPORT FOR BJP, because they stand for non MACALLAY system, which i think will play a very important role in long term in creating greater nationalism than ever in the contrary to the belief linguistic division reduce it. This would also increase the realisation of HINDUS about their values and prevent it from degrading.

I SUPPORT FOR BJP, because it is flexible when needed to change and rigid when necessary, unlike the others who are casual.

WELL THE LIST CAN GO ON, BUT AT PRESENT THE MOST IMPORTANT ISSUE WE ARE LOSING THE CAPITAL(MONEY), WE CAN FILL IT BY GETTING BACK OUR MONEY IN ALL FOREIGN BANKS, I FEEL EVERY INDIAN A HINDU, A MUSLIM, A CHRISTIAN SHOULD MAKE A VOICE FOR THIS, AND IT IS ONLY BJP WHICH CAN DO IT, AS THE ACCOUNTS ARE HELD BY PERSONALITY CULTS WHICH THE BJP LACKS MOSTLY even if few would be there, like anywhere.

  157. shrek on April 10th, 2009 7:41 pm

    @Anusree-

I can answer the points one by one - but I’d much rather point out to a more erudite scholar ’s views - Mr.Arun Shourie - Please watch the five part video here http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=EPiU4y6zPCk&feature=related

The attack on pakistan - Any sane person would know that so soon after the Kargil war, we cannot afford another war. especially with a nuclear power like pakistan. Let us talk instead about why Afzal who has been convicted by hte highest judicial authority in India for the same crime you are talking about hasn’t been hung yet ?

Question about Ram Temple - It is not the central theme to BJP -Ram temple is but one of the many issues and frankly, I don’t care much for it. I would much rather vote for a government that takes governance seriously, be it BJP or some other party.

Article 356 - Why would you want to repeal that ?

Cross border infiltration - The levels during the NDA rule, and even during the rule of INC in 90s was much lower than that of the last UPA.

You quote the names of quite a few projects, but let me reiterate - Beginning a project or allocating funds to it doesn’t mean anything. Let me take just a few examples of the projects you are talking about

    1) Bharat Nirmaan
    2) NREGA - IMF calls it a hindrance to development
3)SEZs have been an unmitigated disaster thrust upon people who didnt want to part with their lands
    4) Domestic Violence act - Just watch the videos where Karan Thapar thoroughly dismantles Mrs.Renuka Choudhary on the particular implementations of this act.

I can point out the deficiencies in each one of the flagship programmes you mentioned, but you can search them by yourself just as well. Even after looking at the evidence if you are not ready to change your mind, it is a pointless dialogue and I bid you well.

WHY BJP IS NOT ASKING THESE QUESTIONS
Nowadays Prime minister manmohan singh and his political goddess, the chair person of UPA coalition Mrs Sonia Gandhi are playing very shrewdly with the sentiments of the nation. For this they are using the case of hijacking of IC 814 light of Indian airlines and release of 3 terrorists in kandhar in 1999. Surprisingly BJP seems to be on backfoot instead of giving a befitting reply in this context. Though it is a well known fact that the face of congress is dark black in this regard. History of Congress in regard of surrendering against anti national demands of terrorists is not less than a shamefull plethora. Therefore I would like to suggest congress and its pseudo patriotic leaders like Sonia Gandhi, manmohan singh, kapil sibbal and abhishek singhvi to first see their dark faces in the mirror of past. By doing this they will know the coward character and history of national betrayal by congress in this context.
I would like to remind BJP’s failed (till now) force of spokespersons a few Quickfire points which they have failed to put up before Congress and its psuedo patriotic leaders, to which I am sure that the congress will be answerable.
Those quick fire points which will proved to be burning and pinching are as under.
    1. 3 terrorists were released in kandhar because 166 innocent lives were at stake but will the congress tell the nation that was the life of congress stalwart GHULAM NABI AZAD’s brother in law was more valuable and precious than the lives of 166 passengers of IC 814 flight and 3 dreaded terrorists? which were released in September 1991 to save the life of tassaduq dev who is brother in law of GHULAM NABI AZAD, the then minister of parliamentary affairs of congress government at centre. AZAD is still the heavy weight pillar of congress.
    2. On the same line in august 1991 daughter(Nahida soz) of SAIFFUDDIN SOZ, the present state president of J&K congress committee was rescued from terrorists by unconditional release of hard core pak trained dreaded terrorist mushtaq ahmad and his goons.
    3. These two anti national shamefull incidents are not exception because on the same line in 24 february 1992 the son in law(Mustafa aslam ) of the then President of J&K Pradesh congress committee , Mr. GHULAM RASOOL KAR was saved by unconditional release of few dreaded terrorists. Like this in March 1992 life of Mr. NASARULLAH, son of former J&K minister G.M. MIR LASJAN was rescued by shamefull cowardly decision of the then congress government of releasing of 7 dreaded terrorists.
    4. I want to remind VOTERS of whole nation , specially the generation of young voters that on 21 august 1991 the then congress government bowed cowardly in front of hard core terrorist JAVED SHALLA and released him unconditionally alongwith five members of his terrorist gang for the rescue of the then executive director of INDIAN OIL CORPORATION Mr.G.K.DORAISWAMI. javed shalla was accused of kidnapping & murder of vice chancellor of Kashmir university and General manager of HMT in 1990.
    5. Besides all above mentioned shamefull examples of surrender of congress government in front of demands of terrorists, there are many more examples to Quote. One such shamefull incident is the safe passage been given to 40 terrorists at hazratbal shrine in srinagar 1n 1993 after being served them by delicious cuisine like shahi biryani for many days.
    6. Don’t forget that during may 1991 to may 1996 there was rule of Congress government at centre.jammu and kashnir was under president rule Present prime minister Mr. Manmohan singh and stalwarts of his current cabinate like Arjun singh , Sharad pawar, Pranab Mukherjee were holding strong and powerfull ministerial portfolios in that government during 91-96. MANMOHAN SINGH was finance minister of that government, SHARAD PAWAR was defence minister of that government, PRANAB MUKHERJEE was foreign minister of that government. ARJUN SINGH was HRD minister of that government
So now the nation wants to know that, will the congressi loud speakers like manmohan singh, sonia Gandhi, kapil sibbal & abhishek singhvi will answer the nation that the lives of brother in law of GHULAM NABI AZAD, daughter of soz & son in law of ghulam rasool kar were more precious and valuable than the lives of 166 passengers of IC 814 ?

    My dear fellow citizens,

Its again the election time.I would request all the patriotic indians to just spend few minutes before deciding to vote for a particular party.Imagine the appeasement politics of almost all the parties. When you have the majority voters (who are hindus) in India, why all the parties are going behind the minority votes. Is the majority votes irrelevent in indian voting system.Take any leader, starting from Lalu,Mulayam,Paswan,Mayavati,Karuna,Karat,Sonia,Naidu,Pawar,Azad;what are these people think about the majority population.Because hinduism teaches tolerence,a sikh became a primeminister and a muslim could become a president. Why the so called leaders hate hindus though they know very well that they are surviving because of the majority community. You are all responsible for the state of India today. We are asking help to other nations to conduct populous games. If conducted in our country during this recession could have helped our ecconomy to grow better.Shame on Kerala’s CPM leaders to receive the terror minded Madhani officially .How can Deva Gowda put his part’s name as secular JD.How come election commission approve this name.Who decides the secular credentials of a particular party. In kerala congress has a long alliance with Muslim league and they claim they are secular.Till yesterday Kalyan singh was a criminal.Suddenly he became a hero for samajwadi party.Shame on Mulayam. If BalThakery leave shivsena due to issues with Udhave then there will be big fight within congress and NCP to take back Thakery. What sort of politics you are playing .Do you have any moral values ?How come Naidu become friends with communists.During his last rule this same communists were on the blood path just to oppose all his liberal policies. Now you want to fight with Reddy,so they became your friends. Why did you leave NDA Mr.Naidu? You got the most personally as well as statewise from the NDA regime. You can have truck with MIM and still you are secular.Once you truck with BJP ,then you are communal. How the MIM’s are holding the Hyderabad seat?Because muslims are in majority.Did any one imagine, how many constistuencies muslims are in majority.Still there are large muslims elected to loksabha.Everysecond Karunanidi attacks hindus?Do you know why he uses the yello towel all the time.Jayalalitha brought the anti conversion law and its not against any particular religion. The chruch in Tamilnadu campaigned vigourously to outst her.Did the majority community take note of these things? Why can’t we vote once in a while decisively.Lets not give a chance to the regional parties.Their sole aim is to crush their opponents in their own states and grab puplic money and stick on to the chair by any means. They will never think of nationally and will try to create an enimity between the states so as to keep their ruling.Think whats happening in Tamil Nadu. When Raj talked about marati’s,he has been booked under so many CPC’s.How many people should be booked in Tamil nadu, for the way they are disintegrating India just by supporting the banned organization.I pray God that Srilanka should not hand over Prabhakaran to India if at all they caught him.Because you know about Indian politics, after all the trails are being completed, first Sonia goes and meets prabhakaran and request the government to just not punish him.Talking about IC hijacking issue.Do these congress men remembers that so many terrorists were released just for the sake of some few individuals.Imagine for 166 people including childrens, what the NDA government is done?I am still sure that Advani was not fully agreed for terrorists handover.Mayawati started a castiest BSP and today talking big of nationalism. How dare she is to book Varun under NSA.How many criminals are there in her cabinet and how many criminal MLA’s are there. Can’t you book them and put them under the bar just to show that you are following all the rules.BJP has done mistakes in the past.During NDA’s regime, the development works are in full swing.See some of the highways which were built during Vajpayee’s regime. It’s unforgettable.Inorder to pave way for a strong India,I request all to opt between the national parties that’s between congress and BJP.Give atleast anyone party a clear majority preferable this time BJP.I think Advani will be a better PM than all other odds. Some of his ideas are good like the preseidential form of government, simuntaniously conducting state and central elections to save money and for good governance, etc etc

Lets face it, Sonia Gandhi is quite right when she says that the internal threat to India is bigger than the eternal threat. Earlier she used to stay in italy, now she stays in India, so obviously the threat is bigger.

    Dear friends of BJP,

    Namaskar!

We, with the guidance from our BJP leaders, have to brought together a dedicated BJP connect platform for the mobile phone users.

The application, AKConnect, is available at ananth.rocketalk.com – accessible from your mobile phone’s web browser.

The application facilitates multimedia interaction between the leaders and the friends of BJP at several levels. People can connect with each other using their native language and in their own voice making it easier to communicate and share with likeminded individuals throughout India (or even the World).

A very powerful feature of the network is the multimedia group messaging between users. Users can also share this content with email addresses. It is no longer a one way SMS downstream.

Users can capture what is going around them on video, audio or photos in any combination and share with the friends of BJP or leaders of BJP.

Users do need a data plan (GPRS) for the application but the usage of the application itself is free.

This is the first attempt to get to the masses with internet access available only on their mobile phones.

We would greatly appreciate your telling your friends about this network to build strong connections across the country and a strong India. We strive to remove the barriers between the leaders and the masses and provide a platform for the natural, yet undiscovered, leaders.

We look forward to seeing you and all friends of BJP on the network.

Download from your mobile phone web browser from ananth.rocketalk.com

    Regards,

    Amita

I profoundly influenced by this innovative approach by a group of professionals who are not the pseudo nationalists. Instead of banking on dynasty idols and their sycophants, BJP is telling the Indians that our country not belongs to a political family and their shrewd, crooked divided and rule politics. Dirty appeasement politics is at its peak. We hope for much needed change. We need self respect and cultural identity that is being lost because of well calculated strategy and its actions by certain western oriented politically biased immature India media and its political mentors in Delhi, bunch of shadowy NGOs headed by double speaking dubious intellectuals and their fund managers in western world.

I firmly believe, by supporting a nationalist political party I am not against any of my fellow citizens who belong to any other religion, caste, creed and my aim is not to demolish any mosque or cultural identity of any other religion as always being painted by family run media outfits and pseudo secularists in our country. As a nationalist, I am bound to treat all my fellow citizens equal with due respect, courtesy and love.

We need progress oriented, honest and disciplined leaders like Shri LK Advani, Mr.Narendra Modi, Mr.Arun Jaitley, Mr.Arun Shourie etc to take forward India to the path of development, prosperity and to self dependence.

We need to educate the illiterate section of educated Indians that India is fast loosing its cultural identity, our morality, self respect, self dependence and our national security. As a professional I would very much like to be part of this initiative. Vande Mataram!.

BJP must raise a issue of SIT Report which has recently came out and media has intentially kept aside since it was in favour of BJP and Mr Narendra Modi.

In my point of view only BJP is a pure secular party, this time people of India must provide a chance with clear majority to BJP and see a change. I am sure we will see a new India with full growth and security.

Evil Christian Tactics in India Today
    April 19, 2009

    Chaitra Krushna Navami

Innocent and gullible Hindus are exploited by the Christian missionaries not only in remote areas but also in metro cities like the national capital, New Delhi. The racket of converting innocent Hindus to Christianity has been flourishing in Delhi and the surrounding areas for decades. So much so that the evangelists have become so brash and impudent that a Christian institution—Trans World Radio, India (TWR, India)—started compelling its Hindu employees to Christianity. When the employees outrightly rejected the proposal of their employer they were tortured in very inhuman ways and some of them were even sacked from their jobs. Those who are still in the service
are being subjected to ruthless, inhuman torture every day and are denied even the weekly off or holidays on festivals.

These employees have been served three months of ultimatum on March 23, to either embrace Christianity or quit the job. “We are working in very inhuman conditions. Though the management has five days a week office, we are denied even the weekly off on Sundays and other festivals like Holi, Deepavali, Republic Day, Independence Day or even Christmas. Everyday we are tortured through different methods. Life has become hell for us and nobody is ready to listen to our woes. We were warned on March 23 to embrace Christianity
within three months or resign from the job,” alleges Lal Singh Yadav, a cleaner in TWR-India. He said the TWR-India adopted all means—allurement of money, promotion, etc. as well as threat to remove from the jobs, if the non-Christian employees do not embrace Christianity.

Now the employees are denied even their salary and they have been told to collect donations if they wish to draw salary at the end of the month. “We are told that the institution has stopped getting aid for the Hindu employees and if you wish to draw your salary as a Hindu employee collect donations. We have been given receipt books to collect donations. We are constantly being told that if we become Christian we shall get higher salary
and other facilities,” alleged Lal Singh.

Meanwhile, the victims approached the Court of Metropolitan Magistrate, New Delhi, requesting to save them from the forced conversion. The court summoned the culprits and granted bail on March 28. According to the petition filed by the five employees of TWR-India (Ram Babu, Ghanshyam, Munna, Lal Singh and Hari Prasad) the officers of the TWR-India particularly Smt. Christine Swaroop Raj (Director HR), Smt Vinita Sahai (CEO), Smt. Dezy Sem, Supervisor, Shri Shakti Verma (Technical Director), have been pressuring and torturing them for the last few years to convert to Christianity.

Passing adverse comments upon Hinduism that Hinduism has many castes and the upper castes do not accept the lower caste i.e. Scheduled Castes and Scheduled Tribes is a daily routine there. In the month of June 2007, Smt. Vinita Sahai told Ram Babu, “Tum chamar chuhde aise hi kutte ki tarah rahoge aur tumeh sab kuchh jhelna parega agar tum isse bachna chahte ho to apna dharma badal kar Christian ban jao. When Ram Babu requested her not to comment like this she got furious and repeated the comment.

In the month of August 2007, Smt. Dezy Sen told Ghanshyam to convey to all the Hindu employees that hereafter they would have to take their meals only by sitting near the toilet. When Ghanshyam wanted to know the reason, she got infuriated and said, “Tum log bhangi ho aur tumeh toilet ke paas hi baith kar khana parega aur agar tum aisa nahin karoge to tumeh naukri se nikal diya jayega.” Thereafter the victims were forced to sit near the toilet in foul smell and were compelled to take their meals there only. The victims tolerated it, as they do not have any other source of income.

In October 2007, Ram Babu approached Shri Shakti Verma and apprised him of the maltreatment and harassment meted out to them and very humbly requested him to request the management not to harass them. But to the utmost shock and surprise, Shri Verma started abusing him in filthy language saying, “…tum sab chure chamaron ko jute maar kar bahar nikalenge.” The management of TWR-India levelled false allegations against Ram Babu for misbehaving with the seniors and also not performing the duties properly. A false and
frivolous inquiry was ordered against him and finally he was removed from the job. All the f ive victims were frequently called bhangi ka kutta. Not only this, the victims were called in the office by the accused persons and were made to sit for hours and were harassed and pressurised to convert their religion against their wish.

The victims were boycotted socially and were treated discriminately as neither they are allowed to sit along with other employees specially the Christian employees of the management nor they are allowed to interact with them. They adversely commented that until and unless they change their religion they would be treated in the same fashion and even may be worse than that. The aggrieved victims also lodged complaint with the Police Station in Hauz Khas with copies to DCP South, Lt. Governor of Delhi and Human Right Commission on January 10, 2008, but in vain.

    Congress Party: Handmaiden of Bishops?

    From Pioneer:

    Conversion’ rankles here

    Sidharth Mishra | Ranchi

The only concession that the Naxals allowed during Sunday’s bandh call was the Easter congregation in churches, which exist in the Jharkhand countryside in large numbers. From huge crowds outside the Ranchi Club to gatherings around smaller prayer houses in the countryside, the mood is celebratory. The day Jesus came back to life, is also the day of awakening in poll season.

The Congress candidate from Lohardagga, Union Minister for Tribal Affairs Rameshwar Oraon, cannot let the opportunity slip by. He ensured that local newspapers here on Sunday carried his statement that local Bishop Cardinal Thelspore Toppo has not extended support to his independent rival Chamra Linda. A statement on Toppo’s letterhead supporting Linda has been doing rounds in the countryside, putting the Congress candidate in a fix.

Today, the Congress survival is totally dependent on support from tribal Christians. Toppo’s certificate to Madhu Koda that he was a gentleman ensured that the Independent-led UPA Government survived for more than a year despite the Congress incharge of the State Ajay Maken crying foul and recommending every fortnight to the party high command that support to the Government be withdrawn.

Toppo, though never directly, often makes it clear where his preferences lie. Or let’s put it this way: He never minces words in his addresses about the harassment of Christians at the hands of RSS cadre, who too are present now in large numbers through organisations like Vikas Bharati and Bharatiya Vanvasi Parishad.

It is quite shocking the grip the missionaries and bishops have acquired over the Congress. Hindus will do well for their own safety to shun this party of courtiers like plague, otherwise they will one day end up begging the missionaries for mercy. Congress is controlled by the Indian church, and the Indian church in turn is funded by White Christians of the Vatican who work in tandem with the CIA and MI6. Simply great!

  181. Bikash on April 20th, 2009 1:08 pm

Long back in the 1950s, the Niyogi Committee report had warned exactly the same thing to the Nehru government. It discovered the seditious plans of the missionaries in the Chattisgarh and Jharkhand area and asked the government to immediately ban funding by Western evangelicals, prohibit proselytisation and deport all Western missionaries operating in the jungles, otherwise, it warned, the Western intelligence agencies through the Christianised tribals will sooner or later start a massive armed insurgency against the country for secession or capturing the state.

Nehru of course threw the report into the bin because it was spoiling his reputation as an “international statesman” with the Westerners (the very same Westerners who were sending in the missionaries!!).

The insurgency that the Niyogi Committee warned against has now arrived in the form of the Christian tribal Maoists of central India funded and armed by the missionaries operating in the same jungles. Don’t forget, the missonaries in India are recieving Rs 1,000 crores every month from Europe and America to do their seditious work and pay salaries to the Christian militia created by them. Traitors in the Congress are refusing to stop this money from coming into India under the influence of Sonia Gandhi.

Curse that turd-ball Nehru for not acting when this could have been nipped in the bud and the missionaries booted out from India. But he was too busy looking good to the Americans and British and licking their boots for a pat on his back. Truly, no bigger imbecile has ruled this land in the last 5000 years.

    [edit] The Rwandan Genocide
A Human Rights Watch report notes that the leaders of the Catholic Church refrained from condemning the 1994 genocide. Four days after the genocide began, the Catholic church issued a statement asking its followers to support the new government. Similarly, Archbishop Augustin Nshamihigo and Bishop Jonathan Ruhumuliza of the Church of the Province of Rwanda acted as spokespersons for the government in a news conference, blaming the rebel Rwandan Patriotic Front for the genocide. The lack of a clear stance from the leadership resulted in many clergy members continuing to attend local security committee meetings, in their roles as prominent members of the community, despite the work of those committees in organizing the mass killings. It further allowed politicians and propagandists to claim divine inspiration for the genocide; interim president Théodore Sindikubwabo assured listeners in a speech that God would help them against the “enemy”.
Many clergy did not protect civilians who sought their help, either out of fear for personal repercussions or out of desire to see them killed. A smaller number actively incited the genocide. These include most prominently Seventh-day Adventist Church pastor Elizaphan Ntakirutimana, who was convicted by the International Criminal Tribunal for Rwanda and the case of Theophister Mukakibibi and Maria Kisito, Rwandan nuns sentenced for helping to kill hundreds of Tutsi during Rwandan genocide. Also involved were Wenceslas Munyeshyaka and Athanase Seromba. At the same time, some individual members of the religious community attempted to protect civilians, sometimes at great risk to themselves. For example, Mgr. Thaddée Ntihinyurwa of Cyangugu preached against the genocide from the pulpit and tried unsuccessfully to rescue three Tutsi religious brothers from an attack, while Sr. Felicitas Niyitegeka of the Auxiliaires de l’Apostolat in Gisenyi smuggled Tutsis across the border into Zaire until she was executed by a militant militia in retaliation.[3].

this is actually what happens in ITALY to Indians and Hindus on the directives of the Head of Murder Inc the Pope.

Immigration is a sensitive issue, and passions run high, often bringing out the worst in people: And racism surely is a part of it. An Indian immigrant named Navtej Singh Sidhu was set on fire while sleeping on a park bench in Italy recently. Racist violence against Roma (or Gypsies) is increasing — although they have lived in Europe for centuries, they are discriminated against as outsiders and non-Whites. Russian skinheads have been convicted of killing 20 migrants — mostly non-Whites.

I’m strong supporter of Congress, but comapring the 5 yrs’ term of BJP & 50 yrs’ term of Congress, the policy implementation of BJP is best, specially about the Infrastructure & River project. Also the terrorism protection by Congress government for Muslim vote-bank will distroy the every Indian, as the PM state before 5-6 months that “the Muslim community has the first right on the Indian Income”. Also the cancellation of POTA will also help terrorist to attack on India as they will get internal help from the nation.

    Bikash,

The answer to EJ and Islamists is to maintain unity of Hindus. And here’s how we should do it:

    1) Support Reservation for SC/ST/Dalits so atleast they remain in hindu fold
    2) Oppose reservation for converts ie No reservation for SC/ST Muslims , SC/ST Christians ( Oxy-moron as you can’t be SC and Muslims/Christians). either you are SC/ST or Muslims/Christians.
    3) Integrate tribals in Hindu fold by providing education and development
    4) USe temple contributions for funding development of SC/ST/tribals

Above may not prevent but definitely reduce conversions

For existing hindus , encourage them to vote for BJP. BJP has offered them follows:

    1) Urban - Low tax - low interest regime
    2) Rural - low price for wheat/rice, development
    3) Defense - No tax , 1 rank 1 pension
    4) Terror - Zero tolerance

Only problem is BJP hasn’t marketed their manifesto and instead has fallen in Congress’s personality trap. UPA has to hide their performance as they have none to report and BJP is getting trapped. BJP should shift focus to her Original agenda ie Nationalism ,Development and growth.

    What do you say?

  187. Balramdas on April 20th, 2009 8:53 pm

    Respected Sirs,

I am a staunch BJP supporter. There is an urgent need to checkmate the GOP propaganda machine, and point out to the EC that excessive use of divisive lingo by the Media, as also near EXIT POLL like info being broadcast by the Media, (despite a ban on it), should be codemned and discouraged and reprimanded.

I am very pained to hear foreigners lecturing us that there is a greater threat to the Nation internally than from outside terrorist outfits. Also castigating RSS as though it is a foreign outfit. BJP should try and do more, we all are behind you, by summarizing the common strands of thoughts on Hinduism, Secularism, RSS, Religious Fundamentalism, Acqueisceance to Minorities, Article 370, Uniform Civil Code etc. This can be done by more effective communications, catchy ads repeatedly beamed on the Internet as well as the Electronic Media to all concerned, especially in a manner understood by the common man, and more importantly convey a strong BJP stance on the above issues to the Supreme Court of India and the EC. The current Election’09 blogs provide enough material by way of gun powder, as they have thrown up so many new ideas on the above issues. Besides, BJP should once and for all get rid of the stigma stemming from the old baggage dating back to 1949, ie., nearly half a century ago. Develop a White Paper on the subject as an adjunct to the Manifesto that decisively and convincingly steers BJP clear of the 1949 baggage and the stigma associated with it. Lot of think inputs are required in this context, and I feel this is the the task that BJP should better address immediately. Entrust it volunteers via a a good, seasoned BJP Supporter thinktank.

BJP should publicise more about themselves on how they can deliver better. Tell the Aam Janata that BJP will take initatives toward instituting a more decentralized polity and Governance structures by Jan 2010, and underline on their emergence and ensconcement in the next two years if BJP is returned to power with a decisive majority. That would inspire and conjure up visions of a Watershed Initiative, with BJP steering the Kashmir issue to a final peaceful resolution. I am sure BJP appreciates that people get alienated because of a far off Delhi rule that is incapable of hearing their voices directly and completely, and their messages get blurred, twisted in the din, and finally distorted, if conveyed via intermediary power brokers.

Strong Instututions are the pillars of democracy. Let us all learn to deal with the macro issues as “integrated sub-economies” with a service process orientation. It is important to develop a roadmap in this context, prioritate and implement the plans with well directed, concerted ground level action in this regard.

For example, we have so far had one IDBI for Industry, a NABARD for Agriculture, SIDBI for SMEs, EXIM Bank of India for the Export Sector. Now let us take care of the onerous, stupendous tsask of development of India’s vast human resources. There is an urgent need to institute an “Education Development Bank of India (EDBI)”, which assists the whole nation taking a quantum leap in quality education at all levels, — primary, secondary, college, universities and in institutions of higher learning (incl IITs), and newer ones a la IVY league Institutions in US. The main task of EDBI will be to fund public private initiatives for sustainable human resource develoopment, Edu Development, incl Vocational Skills development.

All the Panchayat, District and State level Boards of Education, Polytechnic Schools and Colleges, as well as the University Grants Commission will be stake holders in this maha yagdnya of a Develoment Bank that will make far reaching contributions to India’s “Flagging Education Economy” and catapult it as a success story and a model for other developing countries to emulate.

Nobel Laureate Dr Amartya Sen donated his Nobel Prize proceeds to an Edu Consultancy Organization in Bangladesh (where he was born). He chose to see that his funds help replicate a cause, so instead of a one off-donation to a “dissipative” Educational Institution, he donated to a Edu Consultancy, sort of mother institution. The idea in choosing an Edu Consultancy as the recipient was to assist with generating a series of positive, cascade of multiplier effects, and replicate the creation of several good schools, colleges and universities, whereby cost-benefits will accrue to the widest croos-section of people, triggering in turn multiplier effects on their own. All this with Aam Admi in focus. Use this as a BJP’s as a key differenting USP, by giving a rude shock to GOP for neglecting the setting up of a much needed “EDUCATION DEVELOPMENT BANK OF INDIA”.

In the recent ABC Nuclear deal, Manmohan’s GOP Govt completely overlooked the fact that India after all is on a level playing field with USA. It could have pressurized the USA to use its good offices to support India for a permanent seat on the UN Security Council, as a quid pro quo for signing the Nuclear deal. I do not know why neither the BJP nor the Left even talked about it.

There is also a need for stepping up, not just growth, but QUALITY OF GROWTH in India. Please read my Blog on “Quality in Infrastructure Development of India”. It is time that the Quality Mantra got permeated in everything that GOI, its institutions, and we as a people do. Then only there is some salvation for our country as somebody to reckon with in the Comity of Nations. So much for now. JAI HIND, JAI BHARAT,
    Thanking you, Sirs,

    Sincerely ,

I feel BJP is the only party that comprises some semblance of intellectuals. Some may be bumbling like Kiritbhai but the rest are genuine in their approach. There is no denying the fact that Modi in Gujarat is an example of a performing politician. Chattisgarh is another example. Nitish Kumar for all his denials is successfully toeing a BJP growth policy. I am sure the masses are slowly understanding this. My belief is that hindutva plank will soon fade and make way for a growth oriented approach as we see in Gujarat.

How long will Congress flaunt a poverty alleviation programme that never took off in earnestness? The Dutt family has never spoken of uplifting the slumdwellers to a decent life except fighting for water in their jhopdas. I am certain she will loose the elections if the slumdwellers that she claims to represent graduate to a dignified life through an active upliftment programme. The BJP on the other hand took a different approach to bring in prosperity by developing the infrastructure that people can use to their benefit.

My wheelchair-bound late son was most thrilled when I took him on his last Bharat Darshan ride as the roads that BJP gave us were the best he ever rode. BJP will have his blessings!

I am sure the party will get rid of the lumpen elements that it is forced to bed in some parts of the country. I believe the people will have their say on this issue sooner than later. UP is one state where the party can make real headway as neither the congress nor the other regional parties will make any major inroads. The people of UP deserve a dignified existence that they seem to have lost over time.

I believe in cyclical theory and India will regain its lost glory. I wish it happens this time.

  190. Suresh on April 22nd, 2009 12:59 pm

I have been watching the election feeds on pro-congress channels like NDTV (wish they are wrong this time also) and there is no word from any party on how they will tackle the recession that will eventually hit the masses. LK Advani has become too feeble in his assertions probably after the mouse roared at him. What will save this country is the infrastructure development that the BJP flaunts in its manifesto. There is so much to be done and only the Government can do it. He has to harp on this for the next 15 days at the top of his voice. This is one area the congress can never hit back as they have a pathetic record.

The next is HRD which is woefully lacking and to compound a complex issue Arjun Singh has mucked up the sector and the future of a bright generation. With that he has gone into oblivion on an unrelated issue. That a population of 700 million below the age of 35 needs the best HRD programme is something which nobody will deny. A good programme will put us way ahead of the rest of the world and take on a post recession world.

There is enough that BJP can promise and still achieve modest results. Let us prove all those SMSing pundits wrong on the outcome of polls. Give the BJP a respectable tally of votes.

India will never develop as long as pseudo secular and appeasement to minorities are encouraged by all the Governments. Their should be one rule, one code, one law , one policy. Congress and other regional parties are not understanding the impending danger of appaesing policies.Leaders only fooling the minorities as they want their votes to come to power. What we lack is national integaration and patriotism.Hindu psyche is fear and chalega attitude and also leaving all happennings to fate and destiny.Thats why we lack unity and courage. Non hindus are courageous and they take law into their hands and fight for their existence. They never let the happenings to destiny or fate. The difference is Hindus only talk and not act. Muslims act but not talk. Hindus think with wisdom befor act, others does not think before act. This is the real conflict in our society.

    Why we love BJP ?

As it is stick to it’s own ideology and it is the only 100% Indian party where as some parties are not perfect Indian .

But I earnestly appeal to the NDA and BJP that after comming back to power in May 2009 they should be closer to general people of India instead of hearing the words of some selfish people .

The main reason of defeat of NDA in 2004 is that BJP was ignored the interest of general people .People didn’t accept BJP’s economic policy .
BJP should appoint such a Finance Minister who will be closer to general people and he will look after interest of poor and middle class people instead of satisfying rich people .

  194. Prof Sanjib Bhattacharya on April 23rd, 2009 11:41 am

Frankly speaking though I support BJP , I was not satisfied with the economic policy of BJP in last NDA regime .

Only due to wrong economic policy BJP suffered a lot and they defeated in last Lok Sabha election in 2004 .

BJP should rectify it’s economic policy and come closer of general people of India .
As I am a real well wisher of BJP , I wrote the above lines .

I wish BJP’s landslide victory in forthcoming election .

Pseudo-secularism is the biggest threat to India. Hindus were oppressed during Mughal rule for 350 years and later on under British for another 150 years. Now Pseudo-secular political parties are oppressing Hindus every possible way. Adding to this , Media is acting like mafia supporting these pseudo-secular parties. It is really humiliating experience as a Hindu to see what is happening to Hindus in India ranging from issues like Ayodhya, Ram Sethu or Kashmiri Pandits or Illegal immigration from Bangladesh.

  196. Prof Sanjib Bhattacharya on April 23rd, 2009 1:54 pm

BJP is a nice party but problem is that when any party comes to power in India always all Ministers try to satisfy rich industrialist group and they neglect general people’s interest .

But I hope next NDA will be different and they will work for the interest of poor and middle class people .

In India CPM declared itself by it’s own activity as anti-poor party .

But as pro-poor party BJP should show CPM that there is a party by name BJP which is ready to back poor people of India aginst the all conspiracy plotted by
    CPM and other left parties.

NO EFFORTS OF CPM AND LEFT PARTIES AGAINST POOR AND MIDDLE CLASS WILL BE SUCCESSFUL AS BJP IS THERE !!!

BJP should raise itself above the Ram Mandir issue.
I can never imagine that a true Hindu would want communal riots like 1894 or 2002 for a ‘temple’.

BJP should have fielded a better candidate then L.K Adavani for the PM’s post.
Rest, time would tell the fate of the party soon.

If you go to Saudi, You can not take idols and pray . Moral Religious police will book you and put you in the jail. You can not recite slokas aloud.Non muslim ladies also should wear burkhas when they go out.Minorities christians and hindus in pakistan are really living dead bodies. They have no voice nor can aspire any public post. They are killed in fake blasphemy cases or put in the jail for years together. Hindu/ christian girls are forcefully converted and married by muslims.Bangla desh hindus and christians are constantly living with fear. The treatment meted out to non muslims in islamic countries is unpardonable. How come Indian Muslims want all benefits, Job and political reservations, equal rights , freedom ,sepearate law , seperate recognition, seperate status for J&K ? Is it not treachery? Why cant they advocate their counterparts to amend their constitutions based on Indian constitution and follow secular .

We cannot compare India with Saudi or Pakistan. India stands apart from all these Nations. Indians are known world over for their religious tolerance.
Why did all the developed countries choose to work with India and Indians ?
Its just because of our Secular and religious tolerant image.

If you want to make India another Taliban, governed by a group of extremists, you should go ahead and crush the minorities.

    I’m answering Saurav’s quesitions:

It was NDA’s rule and not BJP. NDA has a common minimum program in which the supporting parties has agreed upon to work towards it. Ram temple, article 370 was in BJP’s manifest and not in NDA’s manifesto. Though BJP wanted to punish Pakistan for its misdeeds, NDA partners and Congress dint’s allowed BJP. Give BJP a full majority and see the results

    d. Stop cross border infiltration.

I have been with BJP since 1980s when I was a student. In early 80s, I remeber, I was working as a polling agent at Jaipur. Girdhari Lal Bhargava was the BJP candidate contesting. As I sat waiting for people to get their slips done, I kept waiting. Most of the folks were going to the congress booth.

Later as the results were out, Mr Bhargav won by a decent margin. This is what is democracy and is so puzzling.

My father always voted for Congress except 1977. Since then, I and my family have been with BJP.

  209. Gyanesh on May 10th, 2009 12:27 pm

An advise to BJP from one of the friends. BJP usually is very vocal. Advaniji and the manifesto brought out so many things. some of them are very promising. Specially, the issue of bringing back the black money.

Here is the real issue. I have been talking to many folks who had been BJP supporters. They all drifted away because they saw and heard more words than actions. Op parakram was a mere fizzle.

BJP should learn to act even at the cost of sustaining the government be it a coalition. Most of the people supporting BJP are from those masses who can identify a difference between words and actions. Credibility of walking the talk is something this party has to gain. As I pray to god for BJP to come back to power, this is one thing, this party should keep in mind.

om prakash i find there is no use in entertaining any of your question as you are hell bent to vote for congress, Just for a simple clarification, i will post a counter-argument for 1 of your questions, if you raise the issue of pakistan not attacked after parliament, where the institution as well as its members were not harmed, how can you justify UPA’s action after 26/11.

  211. PJ Singh on May 10th, 2009 11:12 pm

Most of the serious problems being faced by our country like that of terrorism and border disputes have their roots in the blunders committed by congress governments.Kashmir problem and the consequent unrest&terrorism in the valley would have been non existent had Pt. Nehru not ordered cease fire when Indian Army was on the move and needed only two more days to throw out invaders from what is now POK.In 1962,with his belief in “Hindu-Chini bhaiism”Pt. Nehru called Indian Army a white elephant. The ill equipped Army faced a humiliating defeat when the mighty Chinese Army attacked and occupied a large chunk of territory in theEast. Thanks to the ’statesmanship’ of Pt. Nehru till today we havs serious border dispute with China. After 1965 war we returned strategic Kargil heights and in 1971 under the Simla agreement between Ms Indira Ghandhi& ZA Bhutto we returned 90000 POW,s without securing any tangible gains and made the sacrifices of our soldiers look meaningless. In 1984, after the assasination of Mrs. Gandhi Congress Govt. engineered genocidal violence against Sikhs and exhorted congress activists to massacre and burn alive thousands of members of a community without any intervention from the Police and yet the Congress party is allowed to be called ’secular’
In 1986-87 Mr Rajiv Gandhi sent Indian Peace Keeping Force to Sri Lanka which was an ill advised step and had no rational what so ever.Very few know that while about 550 soldiers died during Kargil war, more than 1200 Indian soldiers lost their lives in Sri Lanka during IPKF operation.
As Congress has been in power at the centre for almost 50 years,it has managed to distort the history of ourfreedom struggle. It has made the masses believe thatthe country owes its freedom entirely to Congress and the decisive role played by Bengal and Punjab revolutionaries,Neta Ji’s INA and hundreds of those sent to ‘Kala Pani’has been virtually obliterated.Leaders like Pt Nehru were given class ‘A’ treatment in jail but those in Cellular jail in Port Blair were tortured and hanged. These unsung heroes never returned to enjoy the fruits of freedom and never found aplace in the annals of freedom struggle-thanks to willy Congressmen.
Now also, their is an unending list of roads, colleges, universities, airports, schemes and awards named after Pt Nehru,Indira Gandhi and Rajiv Gandhi which will ensure that only this family is remembered by coming generations.Over the years BJP as the main opposition party should have raised its voice against such arbitrary acts. Why can’t we have some rules or guidelines to govern such matters?
Unless BJP goes on an aggressive campaign to set the records right and tell our illiterate masses that members of this family are not what they have been made to believe, the party can not cut much ice with such voters during elections.
To have the right impact on viewers, party spokesmen should be on the offensive during debates on TV channels. When Congress defends Bofors investigations, why don’t we simply ask them as to why was Quattrochi allowed to leave the country? When they talk about Kandhar why don’t we ask them whether they would have ignored the pleas of the relatives of 170 passengers and how was release of the daughter of Mr Mufti Sayed obtained by the Govt supported by Congress?

    Dear Friends,

I hope reality has dawned on all of you by now atleast. While we are all with the ideology of the BJP, we have to also understand that BJP cannot merely be a party which doesnt raise real issues, issues which are a bit media friendly maybe. And for “God” sake we need to be away from relegion while heart of heart knowing that Hindutva is what drives us. Being branded is something which has hurt BJP more than anything and we shouldnt play into other’s hands. BJP for one needs to induct young leaders who are not just mouthpieces of the octonogenerian leaders of the BJP but who can carve out their own identity with not “virulent” speeches as was delivered in Pilibhit, but delivering concrete results through tirless work.
What was Obama’s shibboleth for the last elections needs to BJP’s mantra in the coming years; “Change.”

All that BJP needs to is go ahead with its ambitious plans….Dont worry about the allies….Stop Playing Safe…Unite the hindus reach out to the masses…..Launch a nation wide revolt against religious conversions……Get young and vibrant leaders…..Instill a spirit of hindutva among the youth…..Taking the first step is everything…..Lets not get dishearteaned by the defeat….

One of my friend just came back from London. He went there to study. He was an average student but develop lot of intellectual due to meeting students from all over the world. When he came BJP already lost the “Lok-Sabha Election”.Since i was follower of BJP,i was living in a state of misery.I was asking question to myself that why people have chose Congress over BJP.BJP who raises the issue to stop illegal immigration, who supposts hindutva and it’s tradition not only this they have shown by buliding impeccable roads under theor governance. Anyway most of the people think like me,but congress maintained to keep people uneducated over 50 years and wouldn’t be surprised if they get induced.
Anyway about my friend who came from London, started saying bad things about India, since he was talking about corruption, mediocrity and so on,i resisted but he was in flow.Later on i asked him “If you feel so bad about India seeing the comparison with western countries, what have you done to India”,he said “ivoted and i voted for BJP”and i got my answer.
He was supporting the fact that everybody wants to promote their counrty, culture, religion but ifthe same things happens in India, why people raise their eyebrows,if there eyebrows are being raised they have no right to proclaim themselves an Indian.I was feeling that my misery was over.I will regain my thoughts again and i will fight for injustice, bad governance and stupid Congress

If that operation was not done the fleeing Talibans from pakistan would have entered India in 2001. BJP is too idealistic as they have taken vow to not to speak on National Security issues.

Why did Fleeing Talibanis remained in Pakistan and didn’t fleed to India. Pakistan would have loved to do so. It was because of Operation parakram.

But if BJP themselves choose to be silent on these issues and didn’t popularize it then no body can help them.

Maybe you should also think we are on the wrong track when people are massacred in thousands and the state machinery puts it as “conspiracy of the english media”. Maybe you should also think that we are on the wrong track when young women are beaten up for wearing Jeans on open roads and the home minister blames it on ‘pub culture’ of the youth. maybe you should also think that we are on the wrong path when cosmopolitan towns like Bangalore and Mangalore become increasingly intolerant and churches are torched and nuns are beaten & of course the state home minister is silent… If you never thought you were on the wrong track, I am sorry to say that your idea of the right track is sadly mistaken… And I am happy that the poorest people of India have better sense than the ‘young professional crowd’cooling their heels in some other country!

No point in explaining how honestly Gujrat Government crushed the riots and how is Ram Sene not related to BJP. Anyhow BJP is defeated so it doesn’t matter. Now onus is on Secularists to prove that Modi was guilty or Ram Sene was related to BJP.

Its time for BJP to sit and relax for 5 years.

Congress Party’s love for minortism had caused Millions of Deths in past, separatist movements in Punjab,Kashmir and North East and will cause the same in future.

The same Congressi broad minded leaders have done one Partition, got millions killed, and then moved on to Hindu India to again carry out their flirtattion with Secularism and Appeasement. Then they again disturbed Punjab, got the Kashmiri Pandits evacuated and in near future they will cause one more Partition. This time by Partition they will cause one more Islamic and one Christian country and both again sworn enemies of Hindus. Right now we have 60 Nuclear War Heads targetted against us.You can multiply it by 3.

What is funny is why does Hindu Congressi Leaders like Sunil Dutt who have too much belief in Secularism ultimately end up settling in Hindu India and don’t remain and preach their secularism in Pakistan.

BJP and Hinduism is sole of India

I have resently read many articles where many leaders where pointing finger towards disaster performance of a Hindu Nationalist Party because BJP ignored their core fundamental constitutes. Today I want raise something very serious for Hindus and India as a whole. I would urge every Indian to understant this threat.

    Communist China’s growing economic power:

Hindu philosophy where Laxmi Maa plays a significant role in any business/economic activity to make a society prosperous and happy is under and threat of growing economic power of atheist nation. Today this Communist nation’s economic power has emerged so much that even United States(Current super power) economy is also dependent on this giant atheist state, this nation is learning from whole world and implementing those ideas in her land to make it a next economic super power of world which is a direct threat to a Hindu state. Today people’s talks about India China relation where India and China is coming closer and closer through growing business activity which is no doubt true but the real question in front of India is more than that, the share of our trade is weak in comparison to Communist China. More than that, if we go by commerce ministries report than we will come to know that 80% of our export to China is about raw materials which is not a good signal for our over all economic development( it mean this giant Hindu state will not grow economically in a true sense). Today our market is flooded with cheap Chinese product.
We have to switch over this growing and dangerous thereat; it means Maa Saraswati has to give her blessing to our Hindu Society by converting this 1 billion people into knowledge base society. Ancient India gave direction to whole world to became a prosperous society, so, today has come to reinvent our self, because world is again moving towards hell. So we need to increase the academic power to superior level in whole world by increasing number of IITs, IIMs, IISc, Agriculture research centers, great Hinduism Philosophy which only talks Humanity and many other academic research centers, So that we can efficiently and effectually utilize our Human and Natural resources to make this nation a giant economic power of the world. We have to produce world class engineers, managers, scientist, doctor, and many other professionals to give a real shape of our nation.
We have to keep it in our mind; if we’ll not succeed in converting this nation from poor nation to powerful economic power by keeping Maa Saraswati in our mind then this emerging giant Communist China will eat our economy by increasing their economic influence by different way. And that would be threat for mankind that is why we have to give a counter strike to Communist (real threat to India, this region and the whole world) by making our economy very strong and we need to encourage our economy and push it to cross McMahon line.
And this all is not possible without a Hindu Nationalist Party’s focus on this emerging principal threat.

    Communist China’s growing Military power:

Since1962, when we lost a very important war with China, their military power has grown and it is on a verge to become a present and clear danger for India, South East Asia and for a whole world. In last 40-50yrs PLAAF (People’ Liberation Army Air Force) which was one of the weakest air power in those days is converted into one of strongest mechanized air power in world. PLAAF is today equipped with fighter, bombers, SAM and great range of radar squadrons and their strength is increasing day-by-day, every year their expenditure in defense modernization is increasing, today this Communist nation is next to USA, Britain and France in terms to allocation of defense expenditure.
PLA (People’ Liberation Army) power is immensely increased in last 40-50 yrs, in compare to our 3500 MBT (Main Battle Tanks) they have somewhere between 6000-7000 MBT, same is the story of artillery, fully equipped infantry and many other braches of PLA.
PLAN (People Liberation Army Navy) is another growing threat for our India Ocean, recently they had a one-and-one with US Navy’s stealth warship which is just glimpse of growing power of Communist China, If we go by recent statement made by one of US Naval commander who said that, China is trying to divide the ocean dominance between them and USA, where they directly wants to play big and dangerous role in India Ocean. This is alarming signal for Hindu and India as a whole, today in compare to our 16 submarine they’ve large group of at least 50-60 submarines which scattered in many regions of Pacific Ocean, Malacca straight, India Ocean and much other international water. This is one of the biggest threats for southern part of our nation. So we need pan-India Hindu Nationalist party in counter to Congress, who is not taking seriously to this growing threat for Hindus. Hindus have to develop their Armed forces in a serious way where our Ground and Air power has to be increased to neck to neck level with a hi-tech mechanized system; we need strong naval power from Malacca straight to Gulf of Aden, so that we can give safe guard to our maritime border and maritime diplomacy. To make all this possible we need strong BJP in opposition and in power. We need strong India Armed Forces to fight against growing Communist China.
As per many educated Hindus in India this is the biggest threat for our nation, So BJP and other nationalist Hindu groups has to make these important issues as a part of “Greater Hinduism”. I very strongly believe that Communist China is a present and clear danger for Hindus and India as a whole in 21st century. We also have a great problem of CPI (Maoist) in our 11 states of our country. These are the larger problem in front of our nation and Congress has failed in last 50 yrs to solve these problems.
I would here say, “Communism is the biggest threat for India by any way, whether it grows within nation or it comes from border through trade, military or any means. We have to counter them by increasing our economic and military power. There should no place for Communist in this nation and in world of “Brahma-Vishnu-Mahesh”.
Hindus and India where never poor in any terms whether it is academic or business, our great society where ruined by invaders and they made us poor or all sectors of life. We need to spread the blessing of Maa Saraswati in every single house hold of this nation, which will bring the blessing of Maa Laxmi in our great nation and that is a real “Ramraj” for this great nation, and for all this we need BJP which believe in inclusive Hinduism. Only BJP (a Nationalist Hindu party) can bring Ramraj.

If any philosophy which can change the fortune of this nation from poor to prosperous nation than it is only inclusive Hinduism / greater Hinduism which can change it.

I strongly believe if Jews can control the US and Western world than in parallel to that only Hindu can control the eastern and south eastern part of earth, only thing we have to popularize is “Greater Hinduism”.

    Dear friend,
    Greetings.
We muslims believe that God sent Prophets and messengers to all parts of the world. So Ram and and Krishna may be the prophets sent for India. We dont have any proof on this. What we believe is and can prove is that the scripts sent before Quran such as Bible, vedas etc are corrupted. How to prove this? By verifying the contents of it. All these scriptures except Quran are not identifying the Creator clearly. We dont need any figure for God. We cant consider any object which is going to be destroyed (even sun has got its life) as God.
Even if you dont want to believe that Islam is a new religion, fine. But compare the religions of the world and select the best. what is the criteria to judge. Find out which says truth about the God. Muslims accept Vishnu as God. But we cant imagine how Vishnu will be. Like how Hindus imagine a human figure with hands and legs as Vishnu. We cant accept this and it is against modern science to imagine such a human figure as God.
    rgds

    Dear Friend,
you avoid my question That your religion wants to inform us that only Mohammed is the last prophet and messenger of God and your relegion has also stated that the islam is the oldest religion in this world, though your religion has stated that Even if Ram and Krishna were prophets, today we have to follow the last Prophet of God i.e. Muhammad (pbuh). As per your religion’s statement this is the clear that Your Muhammad is the last prophet of God and the religion Islam is the oldest religion, which was made by Muhammad. Why do your religion has stated that the Ram and Krishna may be the prophet of God before Mohammad? Then the religion of Sanatan may be older than your religion. as this question this should be known by you that the Harappa Mahenjodaro Society was before more than a million years and there was the proofment of God with statue.

now, there is a question about the character of God. as per your statement, Our Hon’ble God Sri Bishnu has legs, hands etc. of course, Sri Brishnu has legs etc. we see his legs, eyes etc. because we can’t think any unknown thing. So we have to need a statue to worship, in reason of we cannot worship in air. But our Holy God not only a man, he has a eternal universal form as per Chapter XI of our Holy Bhagawat Gita. Past was the Bhagawan Srikrishna, Present is the Bhagawan Srikrishna and Future will be the Bhagawan Srikrishna. You may read the same with our Bhagawat Gita weblink. You should read Holy Bhagawat Gita clearly and should clarify the relegion “Sanatana”, not Hindu, because hindu is not any relegion, hindu is our nation.

But as per my knowlege of Quaran,
As per Islam’s “Quaran” , who does not believe, support Islam Religion, they are “KAFER” i.e. anti Islam and every Islam have to given power to fight, i.e. “JEHAD” with them and in this battle every Islam may attacks, kills, rapes, outrages etc. against them i.e. anti Islam. If he is defeated and killed with this fight, he will be “SAHID” and he will go to paradise, i.e. “JANNAT”, Do you agree with the same? Then who starts the fight?
    Mahammed ya Bhagwan Srikrishna

As per your statement you make your quaran just a book quaran not holy quaran, but as per my statement our Holy Bhagat Gita is holy too. We are white, but you are black, We worship in temple towards East side, from where the Sun rises, but you read your quaran towards West, on where the Sun sets. From being 500 years in Mughal Raj, your Islam might not be give any surprise, but our relegion was on, is on and will be won. so, don’t fight with us, when we will rise, then your Mahammed’s son Amir Kasab, Afjal etc. will not be able to fight with us, they only may kills general women and childrens. Thats OK

Please don’t mind and don’t be fighting with us and also do not give advice about your Islam. You belief in Islam, thats OK, But our belief in ‘Sanatana’ , thats should be OK. When Each and every peoples believe in their own relegion, please don’t advise to change them. Our Bhagawan Srikrishna has advised us to believe in any religion, not a specific relegion.

    Thank you, all the best

Dear Friend, Greetings. First of all, Islam is different from all other religion in only one aspect. It clearly differentiates between the creations and the Creator. Allah is just an arabic word which means the God who cant be defined from our limited knowledge. Where as Hindus (not all) say everything is God. We say everything is God’s. I clearly have stated the proof for this in my first file, “ToFriend.DOC”. Very easy to prove this if we understand the secondary school physics and maths. In Maths we have a term “Infinity”. Means which is not finite. We say Limit tends to Infinity and solve so many problems. Today all our satellites, space crafts are designed with this assumption. Assumption means Faith. Another thing in Physics, we assume is Photon. This is again a faith, an imaginary object with zero mass and high velocity. Like wise when we have the creations itself beyond human imagination, how can we give a figure for the Creator. He should above all these infinity and photon and other things. Read my file again and start from there.
Forget Modi, forget the fight going on in India. Now I have sent you an email, you are replying. First of all, both of us should agree on “WHO IS THE TRUE GOD?”.
Then comes next. Kafir means ” One who dont believe” Muslim means one who believes” Believes in what? Quran. Bcos Quran says that. You can also call muslims as kafirs in your Gita or Vedas or Bibles. It is not a term to degrade the disbelievers. We can call our God as Vishnu but we cant accept that Vishnu has legs, hands like us. I have written a concept about the latest technology called Thermal Imaging which will prove that god cant have eyes like us.

yes we want india to do better. but also i like many other cannot waste our time for promoting dynastism and corruption. many of us here in friends of bjp don’t need power or any other benefits associated with power. we simply support bjp because of its ideology. with talk of diluting the ideals and promoting dynastism among the current leaders many of us like me have no interest in helping many of the leaders’ and their heirlooms future. after election debacle i was myself thinking about joining bjp /rss and to contribute more. but the way things moved i don’t think bjp has any use for our services.unless modiji or some other leaders of his calibre(i don’t know who) is at helm there is little hope for me (and i am sure thousands of like minded supporters) of doing anything more than occasionally writing in forums .

WHERE IS OUR BIG LEADERS AND WHAT THEY ARE DOING??
    Hi All,
I Strongly believe that we(BJP family), are not able to communicate & spread our thought to the people of India and thats why we are defeated in election. The congress & Manmohan singh Govt., who has done nothing in last 5 yrs. won the election by just fooling the people of India. We at the same time need to understand that our big leaders not making their best effort in election.
Who are our leader in large states like U.P/Maharastra/Punjab/Haryana/Rajashan/Orrisa etc., and did they personally intracted with the people?? Are we doing enough in spreading the party all over in India (Specially in South and East). We need to understand that people of India emotionally attached to Gandhi Family for nothing region. I request all our big leaders to be unite and visit each and every village in India so that people in India can understand How we are far far better than Leaderless Congress.
I am a hard Core BJP supporter and seeking for better effort from our galaxy of great leaders.
Plz understand that Instead of making wrong noise, Kindly connect with each and every person in India, Personally.

    Dear Friends
I strongly believe that a nation can make progress only when it is peaceful.Lets spread peace not violence.Lets spread universal brotherhood not hatred.
Its an open truth that salvation lies not in seeking refuge in any political party but in spreading awareness among the people.
At the same time we should not differertiate people on the basis of religion.Such a behavior is unbecoming of an educated person or a nation.
    Be Kind and Love All

Jaswanth sings sacking was unfortunate and harsh. The power struggle is taking a heavy toll on BJP and this is not the BJP we want.I sincierly hope for the sake of the Nation BJP gets its act together. When BJP is being branded as a party living in the past why so much fuss about a book on history?. The line they took when the book was released was sufficient. It is the indicipline and dessidence which needs to be tackled.Hope better sense prevails on them.

    BJP–A LOST CAUSE

BJP is a lost cause. What are you all waiting for? 2014 elections? There is no way BJP can ever achieve a majority of its own. NDA will be just a bunch of bickering politicians. So let us pay respect to the party for the last time.

I think I would like to make one point and it is that BJP´s credential as a Nationlist Right Wing party has been establisehd by its all time big leaders Atal, Advani, Murali and its strong and dedicated cadre who work selflessely.

With respect to Jaswant, I would say that people like Jaswant and others intellectuals leaders, they have reaped the benefit of BJP and has not thoughe even once what would be party´s position of their action.

Can anybody name a single Govt. department which is free from corruption today. Corruption is biggest woe our nation has to face today. This is the gift that Congress has given to the nation in its half century rule.
More than often, you can hear somebody saying-”arey yaar Congress ke raaj mein paise de kar hi sahi, kaam ho to jaata hai.”
Why a trader who has supplied goods to a Govt. dept. has to bribe the store dept. to get his bills cleared?
Why a retired school teacher has to bribe a clerk to get increment added to his pension?
Why shopkeepers face power cuts daily while all hi profile personalities and Govt. officials are sitting in A.C. rooms doing nothing?
Why we are bound to get our kids’ books from the school every year?
Why we do require to bribe a TC to get a vacant seat in a train?
Why we have to pay extra money to get our plot/house registered with municipal authorities?
Why do we have to bribe the mediators to get loans from Govt. run Institutions?
We all have become immune to the system of corruption today. Should not we fight for our rights? Getting a driving license made is our right, why should we pay ‘SUVIDHA SHULK’ for that? Let us resolve to fight for our rights. I invite all the like minded people to fight against the alltime evil- the corruption.
I suggest the seniormost leaders of the BJP to get rid of thier internal fights and start to think of the problems a common man is facing in his daily life.
I ask the able leadership of the party that should a common man expect for the support of the party if it has overcome its infightings?

  261. PF on August 26th, 2009 4:14 pm

is there one non congress ruled state where there is no corruption? What evidence exists that this will go away if BJP rules? This is only an excuse to point fingers at someone else.

Jaswant Singh calls BJP the Ku Klux Klan (KKK) of India.KKK is white supremacist organization that killed and burnt blacks to “protect” the interests of whites.America has come a long way since the days of KKK. Blacks are now part of the mainstream. Sports like Basketball and Baseball have helped in unifying the nation. In India, the only hope is Cricket. If people can root for a Zaheer Khan or a Yusuf Pathan, maybe they will also consider them first as humans like them and then as Muslims. After all, there is nothing in a religion that by itself can make a man better than others.

    Why did Advani lie?

Today I saw the news telecast on NDTV and they replayed the tape in which Advani said categorically that he didn’t know the terrorists were being released during the Kandahar episode. Why did he have to lie? Is it because he wanted to project himself as the next Sardar Patel? One thing I never understand is why BJP has to hijack a Congress leader like Patel (who, by the way, banned RSS)? Even Narendra Modi wants to be known as “Chote Sardar”.
