Centre Beckons: A Prediction for Election 2009

by GVL Narasimha Rao

The Third Front will be a non-starter, BJP the front-runner with the Congress being a far second. GVL Narasimha Rao makes a prediction for Election 2009

As the nation is headed for elections to elect the 15th Lok Sabha, there is an emerging consensus among political pundits that national issues will not matter in the ensuing polls and that the local, regional issues and caste considerations will hold sway in the ensuing Lok Sabha polls.

As a result, they seem to believe that a motley combination of unattached regional parties (loosely called the Third Front) will come to power after the polls with or without the participation of either the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) or the Congress. Thanks to this perception of a ramshackle coalition coming to power at the Centre after Lok Sabha polls, there is a sudden buzz of activity in the Third Front camp.

This perception has grown so strong that it has spawned an army of prime ministerial hopefuls ranging from Sharad Pawar of the Nationalist Congress Party (NCP) to Deve Gowda of the Janata Dal (Secular) and Lalu Prasad Yadav of the Rashtriya Janata Dal (RJD); not to leave behind Naveen Patnaik of the Biju Janata Dal (BJD), who broke away from an 11-year-old partnership unilaterally with the BJP in Orissa recently.

Will the 15th Lok Sabha mandate be so fractured that all and sundry can join the race for prime ministership? After all, that is the sense that one gets looking at the brazen manner in which regional parties have bullied national parties like the BJP and the Congress in seat sharing negotiations over the past few weeks.

National issues galore

In my assessment, it is a huge myth that there are no national issues in this election and that the electorate will vote entirely on local issues and local preferences. The evidence from the ground is completely contrary.

This is one election in many decades in which national issues like economy — specifically price rise, unemployment and recession — and internal security (read terrorism) are high on people’s agenda all across the country. Quite significantly, even the rural and the less educated among the electorate believes that issues like price rise, employment and terrorism are largely within the ambit of the Central Government and are not in the domain of the State governments.

BJP better for handling economy, terrorism

Which party does the electorate think can handle better the twin voter concerns of management of economy and terrorism? Interestingly, in States where the BJP is a strong force, it is the preferred party for governance at the Centre, primarily because the Congress-led UPA Government is perceived to have failed in these areas. Ironically, in States where the BJP has no strong presence and the Congress has, the Congress is the favoured party.

In other words, the electorate seems to be favouring the big national parties at a time when national economy and security are the major concerns. Perhaps, the electorate reckons that a strong government at the Centre led by a major national party can handle this situation better than a weak government captained by regional parties.

BJP sweep in strongholds

Thanks to the electorate’s preference for the BJP in comparison to the ruling Congress at the Centre, in all its strongholds, the BJP is likely to sweep polls. In States where the BJP and the Congress are principal adversaries — as in the States of Madhya Pradesh, Karnataka, Gujarat, Chhattisgarh and even Rajasthan and Delhi which the BJP lost recently in Assembly polls — and in States where the BJP-led National Democratic Alliance (NDA) is the principal adversary of the Congress-led United Progressive Alliance (UPA) (like Bihar, Maharastra etc), the BJP and the NDA are likely to sweep the polls.

Congress sweep in non-BJP territories

While the Congress is likely to lose heavily to the BJP in all the latter’s strongholds, the Congress is likely to make major gains in States where it is pitted against the Left and regional parties (as in Andhra Pradesh, Kerala, Tamil Nadu, West Bengal etc). The Congress party is expected to do well in all these states by cannibalising the Third Front. As a result, the unattached regional parties are likely to get squeezed in this election rather than expand their base.

Third Front eclipse

The Third Front with parties such as the Telugu Desam Party (TDP), Telangana Rastra Samiti (TRS), Janata Dal (Secular), All India Anna Dravida Munnetra Kazhagam (AIADMK), MDMK etc is a loose grouping of parties which cannot join either the Congress or the BJP for purely tactical reasons.

The Third Front can broadly be described as a rag tag coalition of parties that come together for the sake of gaining some publicity, disproportionate to their actual strength and use it as a parking place when there are no hot political deals happening. At the slightest opportunity, they strike private deals with the Congress and the BJP and not even offer themselves for a wholesale bargain rather than making retail, individual offers.

Look at the composition of the Third Front as it exists today compared to about a year ago. The Samajwadi Party (SP) left the Third Front to support the UPA Government at the Centre leaving the Left parties fuming. Indian National Lok Dal (INLD) and Assam Gana Parishad (AGP) jumped onto the NDA bandwagon to fight Lok Sabha polls together with the BJP.

AIADMK keeps entering and quitting the Third Front at the will of its mercurial leader, Dr J Jayalalithaa. As regards Mayawati, one is not even sure whether Mayawati’s Bahujan Samaj Party (BSP) is a part of the Third Front or not. Biju Janata Dal (BJD) has recently parted ways with the BJP to join the illustrious company of this coveted club, although the party makes protestations of its independent standing.

With the electorate seemingly in favour of the bipolar polity with the BJP and the Congress as the two poles, the new Third Front with a number of regional and bit players is getting squeezed from both sides and may just end up with the same tally of seats as the Left Front in the last Lok Sabha.

BJP is the front-runner

Although the Congress camp is exuding supreme confidence and the BJP leaders seem to be plagued by self-doubt about the party’s electoral prospects, the BJP is clearly the front-runner in the polls and is likely to emerge as the single largest party at the national level.

At the National Executive meeting of the BJP last month in Nagpur, of which I became a member recently, I told the party’s top leaders that it was besieged with over-confidence in the 2004 polls — when the party made tall claims of winning 300 seats on its own — while in 2009, when the party is doing pretty well, it is exhibiting signs of gloom and is bereft of buoyancy associated with a winner.

Two-party majority

Given the damages that the BJP is expected to inflict on the Congress in saffron strongholds, the BJP is likely to emerge as the single largest party, leaving the Congress quite far behind. But, between them, the parties, that is, the BJP and the Congress together will have a parliamentary majority. That will force the regional parties to gravitate towards one of the two alliances, the BJP-led NDA or the Congress-led UPA.

In my assessment, the BJP-led NDA is likely to lead the next Government as regional parties may prefer joining the NDA bandwagon in the post-poll scenario. For many allies, the BJP does not suit them in the pre-poll scenario given their local, electoral considerations. However, in a post- poll scenario, the BJP-led NDA may hold a lot of promise. After all, no one has the stature and credentials of LK Advani, the NDA’s prime ministerial candidate, or his determination to move to 7 Race Course Road.

We sincerely hope that the country will not have to rely on the Third Front which will never be able to come to any consensus, and even if it does, will not be able to stay with it for long, to form a Government.
While the chances of BJP emerging as a serious contender to forming a government is a very likely prospect, BJP should not stay complacent and assume this will happen effortlessly. Congress too has a fairly high chance of emerging as a single largest party, and they are known for their aptness in securing support to get the numbers. BJP has to increase its campaign and reach and also have a very compelling, even if a smaller, manifesto that attracts investments, increases job opportunities and raises the living standards of the masses. BJP cannot stay content with assuming that anti Congress votes would land into their account. It is more likely these will end up into the Third Front (categorised as ‘others’) and BJP has to have some concerted efforts to woo these voters.

I completely agree with Mr.Rao, when there is a
natiional wave for a change this time somehow BJP
lacks the enthusiasim of a prospective winner. Instead of party alerting the people and goading
them to the victory post its the other way round.
But judging by the mood of the people if BJP can play its card right there is still hope of winning. But there must be fast action and more campaigning in non BJP states, more posters banner and placards should flood the key cities.
Name of the cadidates should be announced very quickly so they can start door to door campaigning.

    Good tips by Nandini

  4. Varan on March 21st, 2009 1:25 pm

I fully agree with Nandini. There is no enthusiasm and Zeel among BJP Cadre as it is evident in so many states especially in Andhra and other states. Though the mood of people swing in favour of BJP , Party is not gearing up. So many regional parties and congress is ahead in their compaign . BJP if not now and never in the years to come.Stop infighting , start real fighting . The punch line must be save children of India from Terrorism.

Here in Tokyo, we agree completely with the author Mr Rao and the comments by Ms Nandini. It could not have been phrased better.

i sincerely hope that Mr. Narshima Rao’s prediction come true.Narendra Modi has given a tremendous boost to public image of BJP.Today people believe in progress and performance. Gujarat’s progress is on world map. That there is tremendous international interest was evident in Vibrant Gujarat summit.Release of Narmada water has gone to make Gujarat prosperous ,no water shaortage and additional power generation.
Please do not underestimate aam adami . He is no fool.No matter what Mayawati claims,he knows what kind of Govt.she can provide.More than anything, people want stability, progress, good infrastructure.Golden triangle road project is remembered as development associated with BJP.
I firmly believe that people have realised that coalition can not provide stable govt. This election will be fought more on merit than cast and religion.I feel BJP instead of wasting time on sorting out issue with coalition parteners like ShivSena, should focus on conveying progress, economic development.
People might be surprised that Gujarat muslims prefer Modi, not withstanding comments by Muslim political parties.
So Advaniji please go all out and assure people that you mean business- Good goverenence, economic development, upliftman of common man. JAI HO

Friends,I dont really understand what on earth is wrong with you folks. If am not wrong you all gentle are supposed to be educated and responsible.I wonder what made you think that the BJP whose only agenda is to divide people which it has done in the past and continues to do so be good for India. How on earth can you talk about a party whose basic ideology is one religion one nation. How can you guys talk about being associated with a party which has literally torn apart the social, secular fabric of India because of its divisive ideology, how can you glorify a person responsible for mass pogrom not very long ago.It disgusts me to see that you gentlemen fail to realise of maybe ignore to realise the damage the BJP and its associate partners have done to the country and still continue to do so.Have you heard about Varun Gandhis speech targetting the minorities, have you heard Uddhav Thackeray and Nitin Gadkaris speech on the Honourable Prime Minister.Does it not disgust you.It is these kind of ppl you are associated you are friends with and want others to join you so that we can be partners in crime.Am sorry you folks have let us down..

If you stop watching NDTV and stop getting all your information/news analysis from CNN IBN and instead put your ears to the ground , get out of your pseudo life in the city you will know exactly why people prefer BJP.Until then peace out!

  9. Media Professional from New York on March 22nd, 2009 3:37 am

TO THE BJP’S TOP MANAGEMENT….DEVELOP YOUR OWN MEDIA POWER SOON OR THE BJP HAS NO FUTURE….SERIOUSLY!!!!

I am a sincere sympathizer of the BJP, hence this negative tone in my comments. And I am sorry but there is no other way to digest this bitter pill.

BJP’s media management team should either be fired or revamped immediately. In all these years, the party has yet to start or develop a high-reach and influential pro-BJP television channel or newspaper (except the tiny Daily Pioneer) among other media vehicles, whether it’s in India or outside.

I myself have tried to get in touch with BJP’s media cell a few times on my various trips to India within the past three years, but with no success. The few individuals that I did manage to speak to came across as typical Indian government employees; IGNORANT, UNCONCERNED and UNRESPONSIVE.

The party management obviously doesn’t seem to understand the importance of media, communications and networking for political and national success.

Are the folks running the media cell friends of the BJP? I believe that this is a very serious issue that has cost the BJP many national and state elections so far. It’s image within India and outside has taken a beating time and again inspite of it’s good intentions.

TO THE BJP….Firstly, please develop or redevelop a proper think-tank before it’s too late. And when I say THINK-TANK, I mean a PROPER THINK-TANK, not an apology for a think-tank.

Secondly, please CHANNELIZE all this pro-BJP energy coming in from various quarters systematically and sensibly; else, this ENTIRE “Friends of BJP” exercise will be in vain and become the butt of jokes in the media like “India Shining” did. I personally believe in the sincerity and potential of “Friends of BJP”, and hence would not want this to happen. Also because failure is not an option.

THE BOTTOMLINE SUGGESTION WITH RESPECT TO DEVELOPING CLOUT WITHIN THE MEDIA — “KARO YA MARO”. AND IT’S NOW OR NEVER.

    Jai Hind. Jai Bharat.

Richa while your heart may be in the right place, your mind does not seem to be and that’s dangerous for you more than for others. Please be rational and not emotional when analyzing what you see and hear. You seem to have fallen prey to false perceptions which in turn has diminished your already limited ability to rationalize. BTW I guess everyone must already be knowing this but nevertheless wanted to make this observation. GVL Narasimha Rao is one of the best psesophologist in the country and has predicted all elections in the last 10-15 years very well with a high degree of accuracy. In fact he is the only one to have this kind of a track record. Everyone else has gone wrong on more than 50% of the occassions and gone wrong by big margins.

  15. KD Khazanchi on March 24th, 2009 1:14 pm

The comments of many friends are logical and heart warming. The basic problem is the hostile media. We must find ways and means to combat this hostility in abefitting manner. Unfortunately, the principal anchors of IBN7, Times Now are the by-products of NDTV, and carry the same legacy of anti-BJP. Our spokespersons have to meet the hostility effectively, with strong counter points. Spokespersons like Chandan Mitra and Swpan Das Gupta are a class in themselves and have been in journalism for quite a while and then can easily demolish the arguments. But they are pitted against a systematic onslaught launched by the anchors. It was surprising to finda the other day that one anchor had Pappu Yadav, the person sentenced for murder, to brand Mr. Varun Gandhi as a criminal. What do these media personalities want to think that the people are so naive. We must have, if not a pliable media, but at least a neutral umpire in the fourth estate- not a completely biased.

  16. rohan on March 24th, 2009 4:07 pm

I am not sure how many of you are aware of this latest example of our abusive media. The way Barkha Dutt and NDTV used its corporate might to silent a critic is a shame on our democratic right of freedom to speech. a blogger chetan kunte cricized her. A blogger - Chetan Kunte - was issued a legal notice by NDTV for a post criticizing the channel’s coverage of the 26/22 Mumbai attacks. The blogger eventually had to unconditionally withdrew his post, replacing it with legal undertaking and an admission that his post had been “defamatory and untrue”. I think this is a real shame for everyone.

NDTV’ Prannoy Roy’s wife is radhika roy who is the sister of brinda karat.

We should keep posting pro-bjp anti congress comments in all their channels and website and keep pointing out to them about their biased coverage. Hopefully, out of shame they will start getting relatively unbiased.

Some ideas for the media and organizational policy for BJP’s march ahead.

I am an ardent BJP supporter and wish with all my heart that the party come to power in May 2009. Having wished that, I also want to highlight some issues which the party leadership appears to have neglected. There is a great deal of self introspection necessary regarding the party’s preparedness regarding the polls.
1st. What was the party doing during the last 5 years particularly in states like Andhra, West Bengal, Tamil Nadu, Kerala, North Eastern states? Had it built its cadres with a lot of enthusiasm probably the party could have gone on its own without alliances.
    2. Has the BJP’s media cell got paralyzed? The English media has gone hammer and tongs on the BJP in the last 5 years and the party appears to be on defensive. Atal Behari Vajpayee, the greatest PM India ever had, ran a hugely successful and development oriented government. But the party does not appear to coherently project those achievements and also successfully expose these “pseudo-secularists” on vital issues of national security and foreign policy.
    3. The party appears to be on a back foot on highlighting UPA’s terrible pro-terrorism policies. English media equated the failure of UPA in Mumbai to the parliament attack and appeared successful. Not a single BJP spokesman said that while it was true that there were incidences of terrorism during NDA regime, POTA was devised to contain them. During UPA, those rules were revised. Simple argument but everybody seems to have bought into the English media.
    4. Utilizing resources: There are so many of us who want the party to win who are well qualified to generate new ideas. The BJP appears to lack the will and get this support.
    5. Media: Cant the BJP have a media of its own? Is it that difficult? The BJP has the backing of so many industrialists. Can the party not ask a few to contribute towards a media fund and start a nation wide channel? Let professionals such as Swapan Das Gupta and A K Mitra run the organization. Let them hire/ fire such people and lead the organizational effort. If a politically uninitiated person like me can come up with such ideas, is it that difficult for party insiders to think on these lines?
    6. Peer review. In the field of research and development, peer review is an important concept to advance knowledge. This concept can be honed to make BJP better. Get a think tank and populate it with totally new people who are BJP supporters/sympathizers but are not directly related to BJP. Such people can review and suggest new ideas. This strategy could have been very useful in countering the false propaganda of the English media.
I hope the party sincerely considers my views and benefits from them, if possible in this short time.

I dont support any party, but wish to tell all the Hindus around here. Dont ever confine hinduism in India itself. Its a religion which will be followed by many in & around the world. By only love we can spread hinduism and not by hatred. Mr. Modi said in 2002 assembly elections that those who wont vote for BJP, will be voting for pakistan, I felt bad about BJP then, I was a huge fan of Mr. Vajpayi, but after Gujarat riots my whole mindset changed. I am an Hindu and I dont want people around me to preach whats hinduism is and dont want people to protect me. As far as hinduism is concerned, I feel that a person from Sindh who came to Indian hindi heartland, dont know much about hinduism, because he has great influence of Jinnah in him. He spreaded hate in the minds of hindus and demolished Babri mosque for no reason as he was not able to even make a wall for ram mandir during his tenure of 6 years as a Home Minister/Deputy PM. These people dont come out and fight for hindus, they Mindwash youths of India to fight with friends. They will not die in riots, they will die natural deaths. To all hindus around here, Spread Love, Spread Hinduism. Dont follow such creatures, they are very few, and they all are dieing now. Take care Indians:).

BJP must go with the ideology that attack is the best defence and use Narendra Modi, Varun Gandhi,Sushma Swaraj and Arun jaitley as their star campaigners.

I am one of the many Indians who are disappointed with the biased nature of the Indian media in general and TV news media in particular. Their bias and partisanship is brazen and they seem to think that their audience consists of dumb creatures who will lap us whatever they dish out. They had targeted Narendra Modi with such pathological bias and they have not learnt the lesson that people taught them by electing Narendra Bhai not once but many times over. So Friends, do not despair over the rantings of these ‘Famous (?) Anchors’ and their over rated specialists. The people of India are wiser than what they think.

Somtimes we dont like some novels or Movies only after reading/watching it. These days you will see people around you talking about parties other than BJP or its alies. Thats the reason you are not happy. But truth is truth, you cant runaway from truth. You have to accept that majority of the nation thinks the same. The only thing which you can do is to vote during this general elections. Hope you find your chosen government at the center, other wise you wil feel that whole of India has lost their Mind. When Sri Vajpayee was in power and in any BJP ruled states development is at its peak. They are spreading prosperity to everyone. The congress is on a losing ground. So they are spreading canard abt BJP. In realirt, while there was gujrat riots, u should remember that it was a reaction to burning 60 hindus in a train. Both this event and the after event were shameful. However we need to understand that the media over exposed this to target the BJP. As an NRI, even I had the same problem for sometime, but talking to various people I have realized what is true. Also if u watch any of these channels CNN IBN, NDTV etc continuously, all their programmes are devised to blindly target the BJP. I am now scared that their plan is succeeding as I realize that many people blindly believe the media without realizing their conspiracy. Most of them are funded by christian organizations, who want rapid conversion of the indian population in India. Therefore they want to discredit BJP, so that their conversion activities go unchecked. Many foreign governments are probably involved. Our Super PM of congress is probably facilitating this too. So be wise and dont believe everything u hear. Pls do not vote for UPA as it will spell doom to our country.

Well first of all I believe that our parliamentary system is on its last legs. This is no way to run a country. We are on the threshold of a generation like no other in history where we will have 55% of our population under 40 for the next 30-40 years. We need strong leadership and BJP needs to come to power under LK Advani with a thumping majority. We need the numbers to start the process of changing our system to a presidential system with a strong executive and a stronger legislative body comprising of educated and immpecciable leaders from various strata of society. I see Obama waking up everyday and working hard for the Americans who trust him. We need leadership like that. Make decisions..move forward…not keep debating. We need to limit mindless debates in our parliament and enforce discipline worthy of a ambitious superpower. There is only one chance we have to become all we can..by utilizing the collective energy of the young generation ahead and only once we attain the wealth and power we should rest. Time to take leadership of the world does mean the country starts having capable leaders at the top. Its time to lead and its time to develop leaders. It strats with 2009…our time is now! Go BJP…YES WE CAN!

  34. Babu Sethi on April 1st, 2009 3:35 pm

The question is whether you support Gujarat riots or not? In my knowledge the Muslim never support the terrorist and they openly against it. But see all the Hindu Organisation, they dont blame Gujrat riots showing they have silent support for it. As a Hindu I couldnt understand this equation… This is the land of nonevilance, but these people justifying the evil things using psuedo philosophy. I cant support it

The UPA will not come to power for sure, as far a communalism is concern. was it wrong to have a Tample contruct at the site which 80 % Belive in should there not be one rule for all the people of india, why a state is given a special status because it is a Muslim Mejority State where Hindus can’t go back to there homes. they are living a life of hell in the camps made by the congress in Jammu, did any one of you saw them. i am secularist myself but i donot belive that appesment can help any community. look at the situation of Muslim in today india 80% of them do not have a proper Job, They live in povery Did you ask congress why this is happening, they made the gettos in each city where muslims live they donot want them to prosper they want them to use as a vote bank to come to power. congress never and never will help muslims to reach the place they deserve, Muslims have been made to think this by Congress and people like them the mulyam, the mayawaiti, they don’t want any muslim to go to school and get educated as they know if they get educated they will leave them. Open your eyes my Fellow country men we are not against muslims we are against making them feel that they can’t do anything in life. Go out see yourself there misry, i employ 80% of our work force from muslims and i know what there Problem are and congress will never change this so vote for BJP even if you think that muslims be given a chance to prosper and become indians.

    Hey folk,

We should make sure that we are convincing as many as people we can to vote for BJP, generate mileage for BJP… I chose BJP because of its strong, decisive, and clear ideioloy. Nation comes first for every indian. Congress has been playing a appeasement politics to gain power. Becasue of congress’s appeasement policy indian does not have feasome terrol law like POTA.. WE need to have such kind of law again to fight agains terror. Other thing i dont like about congress is that they dont having grass root young leader.. all young MP are getting benefit of being from son/daughter of politician. We should a lader which has gained position through continuous and true effort. BJP has such kind of leader like. Narendra modi.. Arun jaitley..MM. joshi,, Sushma Swaraj..and our PM candidate Advani jee… THese all leaders have spent so much time among common people.. pary worker..they have vision for future……Congress has not done any thing concreet to fight against terro, to bring the economy on track (except giving some stimulation pacakage becoz of election)……BJP deserve fair chance to be in power in strong, visionnary leadership of L.K. Advani jee.. Jai Hind..

See, Now BJP also feels that this is their last chance of getting into the center.
I dont support INC or BJP…or UPA or NDA. But what can be learnt from the past is that in UPA’s Government, we, the people of India was disturbed during the 26/11 Mumbai attacks, we were more disturbed because this time our very own government has missed the internal security. Hence we all have raised our voices and asked for accountability. The CM, State home minister, Home minister were sacked by people’s demand. It was our government.
    Now talk about NDA’s rule…
1)Under the then Home minister, Mr LK Advani, Kargil infiltration has happened, India has to go for small scuffle with pakistan, which later on called as Kargil war. Our troops wanted to enter pakistani soil to teach them a lesson, but PM ordered not to escalate the war. We lost 1000’s of brave soldiers because of poor intelligence that time too.
    2) IC - 814 was hijacked, Maulana Masood azhar, and two more terrorist were released. Later on one of them killed Daniel pearl.
    3) Indian Parliament was attacked.
    4) Jagganath temple and Amarnath shrine was attacked by terrorists.
    5) Sabarmati Express coach was attacked and 56 Indians were burnt alive.
    6) Riots broke out in and around godhra, which later on became famous as Godhra Riots.
    7) In the name of retaliation, terrorist have attacked Akshardham temple, just in front of the House of CM of Gujarat.
    8) Bomb Blasts in many cities of India.

The point is, after all this havoc and Mayhem in the country, Mr Lal Krishna Advani never gave up Home MInistry, instead he got one more Ministry of Deputy Prime MInister. Remember India, this time if they are being elected due to sheer emotions, there will be no Vajpayee to tell them to restrain.
Spread Love, Spread Hinduism/Way of life.

    Dear Mr. Pandey,

I can list 40 incidence under UPA RULE in the past 5 years NOT ONLY that i can list instances of miss rule and undermining of the law by upa,,,BUT i guess u already know that….what do u have to say about the high cast brahimin voting as a vote bank to BSP in UP.

  43. Ashutosh Pandey on April 5th, 2009 5:58 pm

    Dear RIS,

Who started the blame game you all know. But why on earth nobody asked for resignation from Mr Advani after all these incidences during his regime???
Just because this man Wanted to become PM of India for no reason. He also knew that if he could have resigned then, he could never become PM of India. Anyways he wont be. But I feel sad about BJP, it could have been India’s Alternative party, but because of Advani and people like him has maligned the party of Atal Bihari Vajpayee.
All indians hate Mr Jinnahh for he was the only reason we lost Pakistan, and Mr Advani is happy that we lost our Land. Jan Sangh (Now BJP) is the party which always talked about Akhand Bharat, but this Man is happy that we lost Pakistan. After drawing lines in the name of Religion, he will no doubt raise the regional issues too.
Talking about Shri Ram Mandir, do Indians want to confine Shri Ram’s Presence to only one place. We can Make a Huge Shri Ram Mandir at any place near Ayodhya, but this man wants this dispute to remain alive till he is alive. Sad that we need such a person to be even running for he highest post. Vote for change, but dont vote for Advani.

I sincerely hope and pray that the prediction of Mr Rao comes out to be true.

We need BJP in power. BJP will certainly do well in its strong holds and will emerge as the single largest party (My guess is around 180 for BJP alone). It has to think sincerely in all of the coast line states from West Bengal to Kerala, where it is weak. Orissa could be an exception where it may gain lots of sympathy vote (just like in Karnatka).

Also, certainly BJP needs a media channel. All of the channel are compeltely biased towards pseudo-secular, corrupt and use less Congress.

Lets hope that BJP wins this time.

    Dear All,

    Dear All,

I have gone through above discussion…feeling information coming from same old mind. Mind with old conflicts and have u seen again and again we are saying the same things .Not able to conceive the beyond…if the distance between object and viewer is zero then , what will happen ?.viewer will not able to see the object clearly…Two things required to my country. one is COURAGE and another in COMPASSION….
    Courage to face facts..
    Courage to speak truths…
    Courage to take action….

    Compassion with nature
    Compassion with India’s Heritage…
    Compassion with human value….

On the contrary.. we speak weak( Terrorist are victim..)….We make weak decisions( removing POTA any more )….Demonstrate weak action( not able to hang Afjal Guru)….we talk about reservations. we promises free this free that….We fear to take action against the terrorists…what’s going on this man…just now when I am writing my feelings…blast happend in Assam….is it joke ?…..what message we r giving to socity and coming generations?…….believe me… Subhas Chandra Bose…Bhagat Sing…Arjun…around us…if those who are in power cannot demonstrate Courage and and Compassion.. they shall been thrown out through the system from the system…

Just Focus on : SCIENCE , which provokes “Satya” ,which makes us powerful and perfect.

ART which provokes “Sundaram” (any kind of creativity), which makes our surrounding beautiful and alive.

SPRITUALITY(not religion) provokes “Shivam”(consciousness ) to explore the higher dimension of human being. Which makes us loveable and indivisible to mankind and existence.

So I does not mean I supporting any kind of riots or vandalism with women, child and old people…..Just my courageous leader walks in sharp edge..like Narendra Modi….takls and demonstrate Developments and Law and order of Gujrat…Salute you Modiji…Salute Advaniji..,Salute Atalji…Jai HInd

The BJP pary must bring the Development Agenda instead of religious. They can be get mejority only by getting support from all part of people. India is not a Pakistan. I wish the old folks of BJP Party realize this things. Let young faces come to the party.

  52. Dr Ramachandra on April 17th, 2009 4:25 pm

Its is for people like Ashutosh and other so called sceulars.
The concept of so called multi religious country was destroyed in 1947 itself.
The country was partitioned based on religion and Congress leaders were responsible for what happend at that time. They compromised the interest of the country and by letting leftist and so called secular media they want to cover their sins. Here ar some instances.
    1) At the time of partition Khan Abdul Gafar Khan - Frontier Gandhi - who was then loyal Congressman - said clearly that Congress leadership threw them (NWFP) to wolves. NWFP did not want to merge with Pakistan - but they were forced.
    2) The merge option was given to Kashmir but Baluchistan was forcefully merged with Pakistan at that time.
Actually the partition drama was played by Congress and Jinah as bothe of them were power hungry and wanted to grab power. They continued to serve the interest of their masters British. Then Kashmir issue was taken to UNO and rest of the history is known. The country continues to pay heavy price for these mistakes. The leftist/liberal media /JNU wallas help Congress to cover up all these and blame everything on BJP.

They want to believ us that Mumbai attacks were carried out without local support. (If that is indeed tru then only god can save our country).
However they are not touching locals for the fear of vote bank.
One can understand that, if one sees what has happened in UP and Bihar ? There Congress is reduced to bit players after Muslims deserted them. This clearly shows the vote bank politics pursued by Congress. It is encoraging inflitration frm Bangala Desh. There are slipper cells in country.
The record of UPA is much worse - more than 70 blasts and nothing happening about attackers in Mumbai.

It is only talking about Kandhar as it has nothing else to say. Even here the released terrorist were arrested in Narsimha Rao rgime but were not punished. Congress as also prticipating in the demonstrations of relatives. Nowit is doing all double speak.
Earlier in case Hazatralbal, it release terrorist caught be security forces.
It is high time that this Congress is defeated and nationalist forces brought to the power.Jai Bharat

Its because of people like Dr Ramachandra, India is still living in the past. BJP was a good alternative to Indian National Congress, but Mr Advani has gone to past history of India and Demolished Babri Masjid, instead of creating a Beautiful Shri Ram Temple they have created a huge issue out of it.

I dont wanted to use your name Mr Ramachandra, but people like you and Many in BJP…Like mr Narendra Modi, they all target people by their name. Remember Assembly elections of 2002, when modi was using the then election commisioners name…James Michael Lyngdoh. Stop pinpointing people, anyways if results go in our favour, will see you on 16th May @ 9 PM here itself. Till then Jai Hind!!!

  54. Bharat on April 19th, 2009 4:31 am

Most Bharatiya, esp Hindus, have low self-esteem and self-respect. They busy in self-hate, self-denigration and self-destruction.

Result, majority Hindu community remain divided, and non-hindus control the nation by their unity.

Its result of poor education system of Hindu community. Other religious communties grow-up their children with firm faith in their religion and culture. So, they are proud of their faith.

But Nehruvian education system put Hindus into a situation, where Hindu children grow up with self-hate, self-denigration and self-destructive approarch. Also faults lies with parents, who thinks teaching Bhagavad Gita is waste of time and its better to read at the dying age.

Its sad to see, one hindu fight another hindu and they can’t think of what harm they doing to the hindu samaj and nation.

Spiritual education is the core of building good characters. Without good characters, a person can’t have self-respect and self-esteem.

My appeal to Hindu sisters and brothers, learn from Swami Vivekananda teachings and emulate in you. Read and pratice Bhagavad Gita. BG is a practical guide for day to day life.

first plz learn to spell the words correctly!! secondly plz get hold of some history books to correct your NRI knowledge abt India which sheltered all the religions unlike the christian west or islamic middle east!! What happened in gujarat was a revenge –against burning innocent women & children in a rail compartment by a mob lead by a muslim comgressman –which is a very natural way to react to such a heinous crime, the supporters of the mob got what they deserved. Had Indians reacted like that through out history we wouldn’t had seen 600 years of slavery. Mr. Ramkumar its only natural that you are talking the way you are– you are a slave who has second hand information fed by cnn-ibn/ndtv & lazy enough to believe whtever is fed!!Shame on you & ur ilk!!

    Ashutoshji,

The problem is you (and others like Congress and other leftists) want to selectively altogether foregt what happend in the past but unfortunately it never happend that way. There is saying that those who foregt the history, history never forgives them. There is also saying that past will always continue to haunt you no matter what you do in the present.
Since the people in the power want to forget past, but it continues to haunt them like what happend in 26th November 2008. In any case Bharatiyas are never known learnt known from the past mistakes. In case you want to levae peacefully in present, you must understand the past mistake and correct them.
One such mistake is the concept of secularism. It has come to knwo be ashmed of everything Hindu. Such concept needs to be buried and faith restored.
Mr. Ashutioshji, you need to understand that you can never become a great country by leaving your faith, be ashemd of everything Hindu. You can only be clone of some western country. You can only become great by rectifying earlier mistakes and not comprmising with your faith.
In case you want Ram Temple to be constructed, take back all court cases and handover to site to Ram Mandir Nyas. A mganificient temple will be constructed in 5 years and will become another Tirupati

Parties like Congress have managed to keep muslim votes together by threatning them about BJP.
Hindus should atleast now come together and throw away the thorn called congress. We are the only religion in this world who are so tolerant towards others. We need to have a government which respects hindu sentiments and not play vote bank politics like how congress has done for years. We should understand that congress is ruled by italians.
The channels like CNN IBN and Times Now are puppets of Congress and they are trying to fool people everyday and tilt them towards congress. Shame on the media as their job is to show reality and not support any particular party.
BJP will be the party of the future for sure. We need people like Narendra Modi to govern India as he has shown in Gujarat that villages can get 24 hrs power and water.

  70. Ravi Pandey on May 7th, 2009 12:45 am

    Dear All

THIS TIME THE VOTE RESULTS WILL BE MOST FRACTURED AND NO PARTY OR COALITION WILL GET NEAR 272 SEATS AND IN THAT CASE THE HORSE TRADING WILL BE DONE LIKE NEVER BEFORE. PERMUTATION AND COMBINATION WILL BE SUCH THAT ONLY BJP LED FRONT WILL BE ABLE TO FORM A GOVT AT CENTRE.THERE R TWO OTHER POSSIBILITY LIKE CONGRESS LED UPA GOVT OR COMMUNIST LED A KHICHDI GOVT SUPPORTED BY CONGRESS,WHICH MAY NOT LAST EVEN 5-6 MONTHS,. BUT WHY I THINK THAT ONLY BJP LED NDA WILL COME TO POWER…? FIRST I THINK BJP WILL EMERGE AS A SINGLE LARGEST PARTY IN THIS ELECTION.LAST TIME IN 2004 CONGRESS WAS SINGLE LARGEST BY GETTING 7-8 SEATS MORE THAN BJP.CONGRESS GOT ABOUT 147.

THIS TIME LOOK AT THE CONGRESS POSITION.IN TN AND ANDHRA CONGRESS GOT 43 SETS LAST TIME OUT OF 82.THEY FOUGHT 10 SEATS IN TN WID ALLIANCE OF DMK AND WON ALL AND IN ANDHRA THEY GOT 33 OUT OF 42. THIS TIME IN TN IT SEEMS JAYA WILL SWEEP AND WID HER MDMK/PMK/CPI/CPM WILL GAIN WHILE CONGRESS AND DMK WILL B LOOSERS. IN ANDHRA YSR, THE CM, BECOME UNPOPULAR, SATYAM CASE MAKES IT WORSE AND POPULAR CHIRANJIVI IS GOING TO EAT THEIR VOTE BANK.SO CONGRESS WILL LOOSE ATLEAST 25-30 SEATS FROM THESE TWO STATES.A BIG LOSE/BIG SETBACK.

NOW IN BENGAL LAST TIME CONGRESS WON 6 SEATS ALONE.THIS TIME THEY R IN ALLIANCE WID MAMTA BUT ALL BENEFITS OF ALLIANCE WILL GO TO MAMTA.TC OF MAMTA MAY WIN 10-14 SEATS FROM ONE SEAT LAST TIME BUT CONGRESS WILL STRUGGLE TO WIN EVEN 6.THEY WILL LOOSE DARJEELING SEAT BECAUSE OF GORKHA SUPPORT NOW GORKHA SUPPORTING BJP.THEY WON MURSHIDABAD SEAT NOW DUE TO INFIGHTING THEY R GOING TO LOOSE THAT ALSO.SO IN BENGAL CONGRESS CANT GAIN ONLY LOOSE.

IN ASSAM AND NORTHEAST.. BJP AND AGP ALLIANCE TAKEN PLACE THIS TIME. CONGRESS CM BECOME UNPOPULAR AND HIS ACCEPTENCE OF TAKING DONATION ALSO BECOME AN ISSUE. IMPOSING PRESIDENT RULE IN MEGHALAYA,SANGMA IS WID BJP.UNABILITY OF UPA GOVT TO SOLVE A SINGLE NE ISSUE.OVERALL IT SHOWS CONGRESS IS GOING TO LOOSE 10 SEATS IN WHOLE NE.

NOW IN NORTH INDIA, J & K, UTTARAKHAND,HARYANA,HIMACHAL,PUNJAB AND DELHI.CONGRESS PERFORMED ITS BEST LAST TIME HERE IN THIS REASON OF ALL SMALL STATES.NOW THIS TIME THEY WILL LOOSE ATLEAST 5 SEATS IN THIS REASON.

NOW LOOK AT STATES WHERE A DIRECT FIGHT WID BJP.IN KARNATAKA,GUJRAT,MP,CHHATISGARH, CONGRESS WILL REMAIN SAME AS LAST TIME BECOZ IN ALL 4 STATES BJP GOVT IS THERE AND CONGRESS LOST BADLY.SO NO CHANCE OF GAINING MUCH.NOW IN RAJASHTHAN CONGRESS IS GOING TO WIN 5 SEATS MORE THAN LAST TIME,THEY WON STATE ELECTION RECENTLY BUT THIS 5 SEAT GAIN WILL BE NEGATED BY MAHARASHTRA.THERE IS A PROBLEM WID NCP.MUTUAL DISBELIEF,LACK OF CO ORDINATION,UNPOPULAR STATE GOVT,CM CHANGED AFTER 26/11
NCP WANTS CONGRESS TO LOOSE SO SHARAD PAWAR CAN BE IN RACE OF PM, CONGRESS WANT NCP TO LOOSE SO PAWAR CANT CLAIM PM’S CHAIR….

IN JHARKHAND CONGRESS WILL LOOSE FEW SEATS BECAUSE OF THE SOREN DRAMA/ KODA DRAMA/PRESIDENT RULE OR SUSPENDED ASSEMBLY/UNPOPULAR GOVTS BUT THE LOSE OF JHARKHAND WILL BE AGAIN GAINED FROM ORISSA.IN ORISSA BJP/BJD ALLIANCE BROKEN AND CONGRESS WILL WIN 5-7 MORE THAN LAST TIME.SO IT WILL EQUALS THE LOSS OF JHARKHAND….

NOW IN UP AND BIHAR.CONGRESS WON 12 LAST TIME AND IF THEY CAN WON 12 AGAIN THEY WILL BE LUCKY.I DONT SEE ANY CHANGE THERE….

NOW THE ONE STATE WHERE CONGRESS IS GOING TO GAIN HUGE IN PERCENTAGE BUT TOO SMALL A STATE SO IT CAN GIVE MAXIMUM GAIN OF 7-8 SEATS.STATE IS KERALA.COMMUNIST GOVT IS UNPOPULAR AND CONGRESS WILL GET BENEFIT…

NOW IF U SEE FROM TOP TO BOTTAM AND MAKE A ALL INDIA PICTURE OF CONGRESS PARTY U WILL FIND THAT CONGRESS IS GOING TO LOOSE MORE THAN 25 SEATS…

SO I THINK THIS TIME CONGRESS WILL BE DOWN FROM 147 TO 120…. TO BE MORE ACCURATE I WILL SAY ANYTHING BETWEEN 110 TO 130. AND WITH THIS RESULT U CANT EXPECT CONGRESS TO FORM THE GOVT. THERES A FACT OF INDIAN POLL RESULTS THAT SINCE 1989 IF U ADD THE SEATS OF CONGRESS AND BJP ITS ALWAYS OVER 272. LAST TIME IT WAS 147 + 138 = 285, BUT THIS TIME IF CONGRESS GET ABROUND 120 AND BJP 150 ( I WILL CALCULATE BJP CALCULATION LATER) THAN IT WILL BE FIRST TIME THAT CONGRESS/BJP WILL BE LESS THAN 272,MAGIC FIGURE,. WHEN BOTH OF THESE JOINTLY GET OVER 272 THAN IT WAS CLEAR THAT A GOVT CAN NOT BE FORM WITHOUT ONE OF THEM.BUT IF U LOOK AT THE REGIONAL POSITIONS THAN U WILL UNDERSTAND THAT EVEN IF CONGRESS/BJP JOINTLY GET ANYTHING BETWEEN 260-270 IN THAT CASE A GOVT CAN NOT BE FORMED WITHOUT ONE OF THEM. NOW ONE CAN ASK WHY …?

SUPPOSE ALL THE POLITICAL PARTYS OF INDIA GET 280 + SEATS EXCEPT CONGRESS AND BJP BUT CAN THEY FORM A GOVT..? ANSWER IS SIMPLE NO.WHY..?

REASON IS IT INCLUDES SP AND BSP BOTH CANT COME TOGETHER. COMMUNIST AND MAMTA(TC) BOTH CANT COME TOGETHER, DMK AND AIADMK BOTH CANT COME TOGETHER, COMMUNIST AND SHIV SENA CANT BE TOGETHER, AKALI AND CONGRESS CANT BE, JD(U) OF NITISH AND RJD OF LALU CANT BE TOGETHER AND SO ON..

ITS CLEAR THAT WITHOUT BJP OR CONGRESS NO GOVT AT CENTRE CAN NOT BE FORMED. NOW LOOK AT THE POSSIBILITY OF A CONGRESS LED GOVT OR A KHICDI GOVT LED BY 3RD FRONT/4RTH FRONT WITH THE CONGRESS SUPPORT.

IF SUCH AN ARRANGEMENT TAKES PLACE WHO WILL NOT PARTICIPATE…. BJP.. SHIV SENA…MNS OF RAJ THACKRAY…. AKALI… AGP OF ASSAM… BJD OF ORISSA…. JD(U) OF NITISH.. BSP OF MAYAWATI….. RLD OF AJIT SINGH …… INLD OF CHAUTALA…. DMK..(I M TAKING AIADMK IN KHICHDI GOVT )TC OF MAMTA.. PRAJARAJYAM OF CHIRANJIVI…. PDP(MUFTI) OF J& K…. SANGMA OF NCP FROM NORTH EAST… AND FEW SINGLE MP PARTY OR INDEPENDENTS….

NOW IF U COUNT THE TOTAL SEATS OF ALL THESE PARTYS,WHICH CANT GO WITH OTHERS FOR THEIR REASONAL FACTORS, U WILL SEE THE NUMBER OF THESE PARTYS ARE ABOUT 280… ALSO IN OTHER SIDE THE COMMUNIST LED KHICHDI MAY TRY TO INCLUDE MAYAWATIS BSP AND CAN EXCLUDE SP OF MULAYAM AND IN THAT CASE NUMBERS CAN BE CHANGED BUT MAYAWATI WILL GO AND JOIN ONLY IF SHE WILL BE PM AND IN THAT CASE NCP/ AIADMK/TDP/ JD(S) OF DEVEGODA WILL COME OUT WITH SP FROM THAT KHICHDI…… SO IF U LOOK THE WHOLE PICTURE U WILL UNDERSTAND THAT ONLY A BJP LED NDA CAN FORM THE GOVT….

REASON 1 BJP WILL BE SINGLE LARGEST PARTY.. REASON 2 JAYALALITHA/CHANDRA BABU/MAMTA WERE WITH NDA BEFORE AND BJP IS NOT A THREAT FOR THEM IN THEIR STATE SO THEY WILL COME EVEN NAVEEN PATNAIK MAY COME AGAIN BECAUSE HE MAY NEED BJP SUPPORT IN THE STATE ASSEMBLY….

NOW THE SEATS BJP CAN WIN.. AS I SAID ABOUT 150.. HOW..?

LAST TIME BJP GOT ABOUT 138-140 SO ITS A QUESTION OF MAINTAINING THAT AND INCREASING 10-15 SEATS ONLY… BJP IS VERY STRONG IN ITS TERITORY AS USUAL AND WILL PERFORM ON EXPECTED LINES. IN NORTHEAST WITH SANGMA AND AGP BJP WILL GET 5 SEATS BENEFIT. IN BENGAL BJP WILL WIN ATLEAST 1 SEAT 1ST TIME WITHOUT THE HELP OF MAMTA.. IN ORISSA BJP WILL LOOSE BUT WILL MAKE-UP IN JHARKHAND. BJP WAS 0 IN TN AND ANDHRA AND WILL REMAIN SO NO PROBLEM. IN KARNATAKA, GUJRAT, MP, RAJASHTHAN, MAHARASHTRA,IT WILL MAINTAIN THE FEW LOSES WITH FEW GAINS.BJP PERFORMED VERY BADLY IN BIHAR AND UP LAST TIME BUT THIS 2 STATES WILL GIVE THEM 15 SEATS BENEFIT.IN UP LALU SWEEPED LAST TIME BUT THIS TIME HE WILL GIVE BACK FEW TO BJP AND IN UP AJIT SINGH’S HELP AND VARUN FACTOR WILL GIVE BJP 10 SEATS MORE THAN LAST TIME.AND REST OF NORTH INDIA INCLUDING DELHI BJP WILL GAIN ATLEAST 5 SEATS..

SO TOTAL I CAN SEE A GAIN OF 25 SEATS BUT I KEEP IT AT MINIMUM 150 WITH THE TAG OF SINGLE LARGEST PARTY…
I HOPE AFTER READING ALL THIS ALL OF U WHO DISCUSS POLITICS OR WATCH RUBBISH DEBATES OF TV U WILL GET A PROPER PICTURE.

I REQUEST ALL THE CITIZENS OF INDIA TO PLEASE VOTE THE FAIR AND GOOD CANDIDATES ONLY WITHOUT ANY PARTY BIAS AND BEWARE OF CRIMINALS.USE UR VOTES AS A POWER AND TRY TO AVOID REASONAL PARTYS IN LOK SABHA ELECTIONS.

BJP is doomed, May Shri Raam Help Us in demolishing this Party. Jai shri Ram. Mr Arun Jaitley get out of this Party, this party is not for people like U. Jinnah was the reason behind partition of India, and was praised by only one leader in India since partition….Mr Advani. God Bless Him!!! Will come again on 16th May if all goes well, Till then “Jai Shri Raam”.

  72. skg on May 8th, 2009 12:09 am

Advani is not greater than his party BJP. BJP is an organization which has its values and deep commitment to protecting the Majority Hindus who are taken for ride Under Congress. Ashutosh Pandey we don’t need your comments on BJP.Infact congress should be demolished for failing to protect the Hindus in kashmir, in Sri Lanka.

  73. skg on May 8th, 2009 12:14 am

Ashutosh, please read the Book published by Mr.Advani to know more about his comments on Jinnah. I don’t know why he made these comments and only his book will reveal all the details about his comments. Infact you people who support congress blindly are more dangerous to India than Jinnah himself. If Jinnah is responsible for the partition, equally Nehru/Gandhi are responisble for it. Nehru, infact misled the country on Aksai Chin issue in the parliament and misled the nation with Hindi-Chini Bhai Bhai slogan.

  74. Ashutosh Pandey on May 9th, 2009 10:09 pm

    Mr SKG,
I am not disguised here, U are not even disclosing your name too. Anyways I was a huge supporter of Mr Vajpayee and even voted for Him. So I m not following anyone blindly, I am not against BJP, but BJP will be doomed because of People like Advani. BJP is maligned by Varun Gandhi, it can be a conspiracy, but poor BJP leaders dont even have brains to stop making him hero. Only Mr Narendra Modi understood this and hence he never spoke about him in Media. BJP has some good leaders but This Advani is making fool of everyone. Vote against Advani. And Mr SKG please do write your name, I wont use ur name here as u have used mine.

  75. skg on May 10th, 2009 12:27 am

I am not revealing my full name as I have pledged myselves that I will work for protecting Hindus from the attack of SIMI, Pseudo-secular parties headed by Paswan, Lalu, CPI-M, NDTV, CNN-IBN. How long should we wait for the justice of Hindus in their own country. I Have pledged myselves to protect Hinduism in whatever way I can in my capacity. Do to this my identity needs to be kept secret. For 700 hundreds Hinduism had been attacked starting from Ghazanavi to modern day Sonia,Rahul Khan family. Atleast have faith in the single majority party that atleast support Hindus. What did congress to do rehabilitate Kashmiri Pandits back to valley ?. What did Congress do to stop illegal immigration from Bangladeshis ?. What did congress do to solve Kashmir problem or the Arunachal pradesh problem ?. Congress is simply interested in project Rahul Maino to become future PM. We are not interested in seeing dynatic rule, but we want overall development of India. Please don’t support congress.

  76. skg on May 10th, 2009 12:33 am

Ashutosh , Varun’s comments are taken out of context and we shouldn’t be blinded by how the media and pseudo-secular party leaders interpret them. I don’t think he is foolish to support forced sterlization. Also, he never used the M-Word in his comments. He simply said those who reaise the finger against Hindus their hands will be cut. Media is claiming that he made his comments against M-Community . There is no proof of their claims. Tolerance is both ways . Minority should repsect Majority and Majority inturn will respect minority. It can’t be a one way road.

  77. Ashutosh Pandey on May 15th, 2009 1:51 am

    Mr SKG,
Dekho yaar, I dont know what Mr Advaani was protecting till now, but I am sure that U will put India first before any religion, dont U??? If someone asks U who r u in USA, what will be ur answer??? a Hindu or a Indian??
Join congress, and if U want to change something U can come within the system and change it. If u think all the muslims in India were once hindus and were forced to change their religion, go ahead, show them the path, give them love, they will change. Advaani & Mr Manmohan Singh were forced to flew from Pakistan after partition, but one choosen hatred and the other chose peace. Spread Love, Spread Hinduism!!!

  78. skg on May 15th, 2009 3:59 am

    Ashustosh,
Please go and preach this love message to Kashmiri Hurriyat or preach this love message to Dawood Ibrahim or preach this love message to communists and congress who wants to Islamize India at any cost by 2050. I don’t need to love Congress for how they have destroyed Hindu religion in India and how it treats Hindus in the name of Secularism.

  79. Ashutosh Pandey on May 16th, 2009 1:52 pm

Thank U all for Voting INC/UPA back into power!!!
