About
Aiming to counter voter apathy in the ensuing general elections, a national endeavour called “Friends of BJP” has been floated by a group of youth, professionals, entrepreneurs and concerned citizens.
“Friends of BJP” is a subset of the educated civil society that is BJP-leaning, and willing to be vocal about it. We are not part of the BJP. We also do not agree with everything the BJP says or does. It is our belief that at this point of time the BJP is the better alternative.
“Friends of BJP” intends to support BJP in 3 ways:
- OUTREACH: Helping grow support virally for the BJP via the use of social media (mobile and online) and drawing room meetings

Doing the same thing over and over again and expecting improvement is the definition of insanity.
In order to counter or eliminate terrorism from Af-Pak region, America flushed it with more military and economic aid. That assistance went
directly to the terrorists. Instead of that, Obama should come out with a different programme. It should flood Af-Pak region with massive educational upliftment of the people. The moment people are educated, they will themselves counter the terrorism. This education is more important for the girls in that region, who are kept under bondage.
Even the government of India and all political parties should wake up and start the programme for educating the poor, particularly the minorities. The political parties should aim at 100% education of the girls in the minority community. That will uplift the minority, both intellectually as well as from the point of view of their economic status. This education has to be modern education and not madrasa education.

Hi,
I’ve become a member of this group. I’ve many techie friends who support BJP. I would require to market this group. For that I need some posters or some other marketing materials to create awareness. If I get the soft copies, I will make arrangements for taking prints. Also, I would appreciate if you send me a high resolution logo to my email ID.
Thanks & regards,

Dear Arun Jee
This is Sandeep a PG in HR and presently leading the HR vertical for a leading Business group belongs from Uttar Pradesh. Sir, therefore its high time to do FMEA
(Failure mode effect analysis) for the mistakes which occurred in last elections.
Here I want to bring your kind attention that its mandatory to do some extensive hard work in Uttar Pradesh to achieve the targets in U.P. Followings are few suggestions to make this possible from my side…
1- In place of putting our efforts on all 80 seats of UP Lets do ABC analysis of all parliamentary seats and identify minimum 50 places as low hanging fruits which we may be converted as Won seats,
2- Develop a core team (24*7) under your personal observation & guidance for these entire 50 places.
3- Strategic utilization of all mass puller ( Yogi Aditya nath,Varun Gandhi,Uma Bahrti) , here I request you personally to speak to Uma Bharti to take her help in Bundelkhand and Purvanchal.
Regards
Sandeep

I hope the BJP is supported by everyone and everyone who supports the BJP DOES GO OUT and VOTE this time and the complacency of 2004 in which, only 52% people voted, which ultimately cost NDA power doesnt happen this time. Most Hindu’s are with the BJP (i hope) and its the silent majority who doesnt vote that becomes an issue, due to which minority appeasing pays dividends for congress, sp, bsp and the works. We should aim to destroy congress, which doesnt have any roots left within India and its high time we get out of the complacent white self serving dynasty driven politics in India. Jai Hind.
I hope the minority appeasing so-called Hindu’s like Kapil Sibal and the remainder of the congress and Laloo, Mian Mulayam and Paswan are sent to a Pakistan like state along with the minority community they keep appeasing — in 1 year i dont think they will exist after that. They will then know how they will be treated by the people they defend openly against Hindu’s in “SECULAR” India. They will come to know what 500,000 Kashmiri Hindu’s feel and have come to know the muslim majority kashmiri’s
Nishi razdan should change her name to mohd. nidhi khan as she shamelessly attacks BJP on national tv. I have a piece of advise for the BJP brass — boycott ndtv, and cnn ibn (congress news networks in bechara india). We shouldnt sent anyone from BJP for debates with them and then their TRP’s will disappear and they will feel the jolt financially of hindu bashing which they achieve at the moment very easily on tv.
Can someone seriously take this up as a strategy point with the BJP?
I am Engineer currently working in Kuwait. I have been a active supporter of BJP and the RSS from time remembered. My choice was made strong after the Babri Masjid Demolition during which I was studying in Saudi Arabia. The isolation and hatred put to me during that time by my teachers and classmates gave me more strength to support BJP and RSS.
I am a person from Kerala. But I would like to say that the BJP s work in Kerala is poor. I have instances even after being a supporter of BJP was tortured mentally by the party and its workers who are new since I left. There has been active selling of vote on local basis which I strongly condemn . There needs to be a clean up. My dream of BJP say in Kerala will remain a dream if this continues.
Hoping to see that day.
i am sachin patil, from mumbai.i am support to NDA and BJP.

What can one say when enlightened minds suddenly discover darkness. It is unfortunate that even educated and people with supposedly broader outlook take pride in aligning themselves with an outfit whise only achievement is division of society.
You pick up the ropes of history and will realize that there is a direct corelation between the rise of extremism and the rise of BJP.
Please dont misconstruce my dislike for BJP as an unconditional love for either the Congress or any other non-NDA player. Lastly, I request all of you to view my comments without recalling my name (a practice we have sadly abandoned since BJP’s ascension).

1000% RIGHT
What can be done to counter the anti-BJP propaganda of these news channels like CNN IBN and NDTV? This is becoming a serious issue because people are largely influenced by what they are shown on TV and form their opinion based on that. If these channels isolate one or two incidents like Varun Gandhi’s and play the clip 24×7, voters sentiments will definitely swing away from BJP. Modi’s name always comes in connection with Godhra and never do they highlight the significant development in Gujrat that he has done. Blasts in Malegaon are termed as Hindu terror while Mumbai blasts are subjected to root-cause analysis of terrorism and all that crap. These channels are passing off Anti-Hinduism as secularism. Why is BJP not taking serious notice of this biased journalism ?
Also, I dont think people are aware of BJP’s Election Manifesto. It should be delivered door to door in a concise form highlighting only relevant segments so that people read it.
Dear Arunji/All Leaders,
First of all I would like to wish u all the best for the upcoming elections we would like to see our Advaniji as our Prime Minister.
My suggestion:
Now in Karnataka, as BJP having a very good name many big leaders r joining BJP, its a positive thing but some leaders in the BJP itself have struggled and have contributed their lives for BJP and dont ignore thest people for the sake of new joinees.
So please give the importance for the people who have the tatvas of Hindutva, RSS & BJP in their bloods.
Regards,
Srikanth .K
Bharath Mata ki Jai
Shoe thrown at Mr. Home Minister shows the situation of law in this country that people have to use such ways to highlight issues…on top of that media bias of not highlighting the issues which will project a negative image of Congress before this Lok sabha election….if it is Gujrat(ghodra) than media is ever ready to publicise anything and everything…I request BJP to raise this issue as much as possible so that people get justice for which they r waiting since last 25 yrs…
Shri Piyush Goel
I will be glade to friend of BJP. BJP is only national party which is thinking about the growth of country. I will give full support & well-wishing to wining the election.

I think this website is lacking a section on “guiding principals of the BJP”
This would help citizens understand what it means to be “BJP-leaning”
I think i have an idea but need clarification on the following if i am wrong:
1) India is a hindu majority nation and so non-hindu’s must be given a clear status of second-grade citizens
2) We all admire what Narendra Modi achieved both in terms of development and in terms of Muslim bashing
3)Varun Gandhi is our next glimmer or hope
4) Unlike the masthead of this wesite, we prefer only safron. All out ministers rightly sport an ‘all-safron’ shawl
5) Westernization of society is evil.
Valentines day and women drinking at pubs should be eliminated. FDI in any sector should be disallowed. Mc Donalds is an evil. Consuption of beef should be made ilegal.
6) In India, people belonging to various states should ideally stick to their respective states instead of flocking to the metros
7) Pakistan should be attacked at the soonest
9) ALL madrasas should be closed down
10) Muslims who prefer stydying in madrasas should leave the country
11) Those who want to convert to christianity must also leave the country
12) Consumption of beef must be made illegal
13) FDI in any industry should be dissallowed
14) Priorotize construction of temples
Jagdish Tytler was accused in 1984.
Many governments came and went since then including the BJP.
Neither party was able to find evidence against him.
Anyway, he may have got a clean chit but his political career was pretty much brought to a stand-still.
Why the BJP is not highlighting the HATE speech of Congress President of Andra Pradesh in which he had said that “those who will say anything against minority(Muslims), he will cut hands of those people”…he also added “I am read to sacrifice my life for minority as because of them I am at this post(Congress state President) and if the minority vote for me again I will get a better one now”…Is this not communal politics??? Now why the NDTV & other so called SECULAR channels are not highlighting this issue? becoz it is against Congress…it is clear that the media is not neutral… they r promoting congress…

we indians feel more secure and can have better growth prospects under our minister shri Narendra Modi. A man with great vision and a perfectionist. The kind of developement we have seen under his rule cannot go unnotice.I want the BJP to bring the people who have played blood bath in all the terrosinm act to justice which in our country takes decades. I want all my country people to vote for BJP for a better INIDA.
I am pasting copy of my comment given to
Congress (I) web site
I am dedicated supporter of BJP & for the first time I voted for Shri Rajeev Gandhi. But the way he handled Shahbano,Sending military to Srilanka & hosts of other decision then came Bofors which dashed my all hope of an able and clean leader, this made me even more commited supporter of BJP.Even now at every opportunity Your party remembers Godhara but conviniently forgets Shikh Riots.Once you blamed DMK for the Assesination of Shri Rajivji but shamlessly took his support to run your Govt. What about Ram jethmalani who got elected to Rajyasabha & that too with whose Support?CAn one forget Shri Sharad Pawar who raised people of foreign origin can’t take higher posts & took his support too.Narayan Rane & sanjay Nirupam are another two exemple of your party’s greed for Power. Can your party tell me how many elected representetive in USA/UK or Egypt/Iran stand & take up issue of Hindu in their country? The answer is NON.So why your party dubs us as communal when we speak about majority comunity?During comunal clashes people from both comunity gets killed but your heart burns only for Muslims this double standerd makes us worried and autometically we lean towerds BJP
[...] good’ is justifiable. Taking inspiration from the anonymous, and despite being a ‘Friend of BJP‘, I have cited 3 reasons why the country needs UPA Government for one more [...]
Dear all,
At the outset, let me extend my hearty wishes and pray for respected L.K. Advani ji for the coming Loksabha election in the Country, as I want to see him as a PM of India.
India needs Advani ji as a PrimeMinister in order to over come all the problems and challenges, be it terrorism or be it curreption, be it powerty or law in order or all other issues confronted by Indian citizons.
I am also perturbed by these fals statements of Congress and other parties of India that BJP is a communal party but here I want to prove that BJP is not but it is Congress who is the biggest communal party in the Country. I wish to ask some simple questions to these so called Secularist party like Congress, where was your Sacularism during the crices of 1984 in India? It is very well known to everyone that some so called great leaders of Congress were involved in this crual insidence witch unfortunately took place against our Sikh brothers and sisters.
I would also ask Congress that what did you do in the matter of ShahBano? and why are you just sitting in lull in the matter of Afsal Guru?
It is our great Congress who doesn’t follow the order of our Court. The example of Shahbano case and Afsal Guru clearly shows that how Honest is our Congress and UPA.
They don’t have any respect for our law and Court.
So, how can we expect equal law for the Citizons of our Country.
It is nun other than Congress who divided the people of this Country on the bases of reservations and minority.
So in my conclusion, Congress is the biggest communal and non Sacularist party in India.
We need to safe India by casting our vote in favor of the Bhartiya Janata Party.
Friends, I would just shortyly like to tell about myself that I am a young boy of Delhi. Though I have eye sight problem but I can do and doing each and everything like other people in spite of having blindness.
Well I have a strong lust to meet Shri Advani ji in my life. I shall be grately obliged if anyone of you can help me meeting Advani ji once in my life very soon.
Jai Hind!

IF YOU WANT MORE SUPPORT CONGRESS
Why BJP/NDA ?
I’m a independent voter and not biased. But I do think that BJP is more better option in today’s scenerio as compared to family driven party CONGRESS. The very first diffrence between congress and BJP is its there organizational structure. The way BJP elect there president is very democratic process and will always elect the person who has truly devoted his life for our country for the party and based on his seniority, whereas congress president is superimposed on party where you will not have the space to promote your ideas and views but they will be imposed on you by one family. This is the major diffrence between CONGRESS and BJP. and this also decides after winnig the elections what kind of PM you will get.
shri LK Advani is no doubt the best most eficient candidate to become our PM in today’s scenerio. There is no comparison between Manmohan singh and Shri LK advani. Manmohan singh is very elite economist but he is not suitable for PM as PM requires to be self motivated and must have decision making powers, where he is lacking because he is not democratically elected PM but got this position because of grace of mrs sonia gandhi.
Nobody can expect that either mrs sonia gandhi nor Rahul and priyanka will really understand our country internal issues and problems. Because the way they have grown up was not having any connection with this country realities and real problems and just to visit or do rally’s will not help them to understand the things in its realities.
I just not only want to target the top line leadership but here i also want to highlight the second line of leadership in BJP and CONGRESS.
CONGRESS is party where you will find majority of leaders either come from Raja families or you will find leaders with criminal background.
Where as in BJP you will find that majority of second line of leadership is comprising of those who have really struggled and have seen this country problems very closely as they came from normal families.
This is something that I know as far as kind of leadership is concerned in both the partiies.
And I will surely give waitage to BJP as its far better in shape than CONGRESS.
There are other things as well which I want to write but because of time constraint I may not continue further but yes I will keep posting here.
Is desh ko jagana hai
Aur BJP ko lana hai

Samajwadi Party’s manifesto launched!!!! Things doesn’t get worse than this….ban of computers, no technological improvement in agriculture, NO ENGLISH in schools etc etc…and its is the allies of Congress in current UPA government…It will also support the Congress in these Lok Sabha election….Now we should ask the Congress that do they support the manifesto of SP???
Why the BJP is not calling any person and relative of the person who was there in that hijacked plane in Kandahar…Congress always opposes the decision of BJP on the hijack episode that they let off 3 terrorist… why the BJP is not asking the Congress that what would they have done at that particular moment…what the Congress would have let those 180 passengers to die for those 3 terrorist….and if the BJP would have not let off those terrorist and such disaster would have happened of 180 passenger killed…this same Congress would have argued on the same Kandhar hijack incident of not handling the crisis properly….In such hijack case no government would have done anything becoz of the situation and the no. of lives at stake.

The way incidences are unfolding Democracy is being taken for a big ride..Media,considered to be un-biased is losing it’s ground thoroughly,an erosion we least expect.Regional Parties especially to name of like’s RJD,SP,LKP&NCP have opened their pandora’s box full of filth and in-decency,do we need people like this to represent India in any of the activities…this beautiful nation had been slave from foreign invasion because of such mean mentalities.Charles Darwin theory “Survival Of Fittest” was for Animal Kingdom but is turning out to be true in it’s extremities in Human Kingdom too…no example needed.Respect towards experience and age has been conveniently replaced by Congress as “Youth”.. “Youth” is an energy which needs proper direction and intent and that comes with experience. Just misleading this energy can be chaotic…enough of chaos in my Nation…History of India had seen enough of traitors who bought slavery and sorrow,it was history and past we couldn’t do anything..but now its time to use our votes as swords to cut off the link of mean minded people from India’s Governance. I hope for BJP majority and wish they stand to the right expectation as we all want it to.
Rajdeep Sardesai, Sagarika Ghose, Barkha Dutt, N Ram, Prannoy Roy, Karan Thapar, Vir Singhvi etc are some of the dangerous traitors living and writing in India. They are dangerous for America, Europe and the rest of the world too in the long run.
Indians need to expose and discredit these media terrorists.
I fully agree with Piyush’s views on Kandahar and also the ABCs posted earlier.
I still cannot forget the proactive role played by all the major media houses during the kandahar episode. If I remember right all these media stalwarts were answering the call of a single boss maybe STAR NEWS. I still remember them asking the Government rather demanding a sort of urgent settlementof the issue. They had brought all the kith and kin of most of the hijacked passengers under one roof and were seen provoking them and instigating them to get the matter resolved at all costs. The electronic media is as shameless as are their secular political bosses. One more glaring example of double standards of the media is when Mr. Arnab Gowsami of Times Now was interviewing Pramod Mutahlik. He asked Muthalik what he had to say about the acts of his goons, goondas adding melodrama into the question. The same journalist after a few weeks was interviewing a gentleman from the otherside of our border, obviuosly a Pakistani. His question went like this ” What do you feel when you see young men walking with Kalishnikovs (pardon me for the wrong spelling)” . He is so scared of the AK 47s. Not that i support Muthalik’s view point but at the same time i don’t support Mr. Arnab’s reporting too. He is biased. People who were victims of Kandahar hijack should speak up for the BJP, while all those who lost their kith and kin in Mumbai blasts and elsewhere can still light a candle in front of Taj and continue to vote for the secular congress which has been thriving year after year on the sacrifices of who ” THE AAM AADMI HIMSELF “.
I profoundly influenced by this innovative approach by a group of professionals who are not the pseudo nationalists. Instead of banking on dynasty idols and their sycophants, BJP is telling the Indians that our country not belongs to a political family and their shrewd, crooked divided and rule politics. Dirty appeasement politics is at its peak. We hope for much needed change. We need self respect and cultural identity that is being lost because of well calculated strategy and its actions by certain western oriented politically biased immature India media and its political mentors in Delhi, bunch of shadowy NGOs headed by double speaking dubious intellectuals and their fund managers in western world.
I firmly believe, by supporting a nationalist political party I am not against any of my fellow citizens who belong to any other religion, caste, creed and my aim is not to demolish any mosque or cultural identity of any other religion as always being painted by family run media outfits and pseudo secularists in our country. As a nationalist, I am bound to treat all my fellow citizens equal with due respect, courtesy and love.
We need progress oriented, honest and disciplined leaders like Shri LK Advani, Mr.Narendra Modi, Mr.Arun Jaitley, Mr.Arun Shourie etc to take forward India to the path of development, prosperity and to self dependence.
We need to educate the illiterate section of educated Indians that India is fast loosing its cultural identity, our morality, self respect, self dependence and our national security. As a professional I would very much like to be part of this initiative. Vande Mataram!.

‘Muslims must have first claim on resources’
Press Trust of India, December 09, 2006
Prime Minister Manmohan Singh said plans for minorities, particularly Muslims, must have the ‘first claim’ on resources so that benefits of development reach them equitably.

These must have the first claim on resources,” he said in his address at the 52nd meeting of the National Development Council (NDC) in New Delhi.

Congress although announced Shri Man Mohan singh ji as a PM candidate but they have still doubt in his capability I suspect. This seems only a reason that why Priyanka and some other leaders are taking the name of Rahul Gandhi again and again.
Congress says that we have strong leaders but can they answer the simple queries of mine?
Why they take so long in announcing any candidate for any election in the Country?
They even announced the name of Man Mohan singh so late in this election too. Whereas BJP had declared Shri L.K. Adwani long back ago. Congress was also not able to decide any Applicant against Adwani ji in Gandhi Nagar and took so much of time in declaring shri Suresh Patel against Adwani ji.
Congress also want to contest in the name of fals Seculerism, otherwise they know that they don’t have any issue for the ellection.
All such examples show that how strong is Congress in their dicission and how BJP is good in their dicission.
Sonia ji and Man Mohan ji is even not ready and prepared for having an open discussion and debate called by Adwani ji which is all necessary in good Democracy in my opinion.
On the other hand, Party like Samaj Vadi and other have already lost this election because of their “Chano ghoshna patr”
There are lot more things to say in my mind.
Friends, as I have already indicated in one of my messages that I want to take part in rallies and all and want to speak from the mouth as we are writing here.
I would request the members and Management of this forum that we should time to time essamble near by our areas and campain for BJP.

Dear Sir,
As a voter, I really feel disgusted when I hear all talk about Ram Mandir and Hindutva from both Mr. Advani and Mr. Narendra Modi. I have following questions for both of them which I am sure no one is going to reply to me.
1) You talk about building Ram Mandir . Do you know that Lord Yogeshwar’s Idol is in Jalgaon (Maharashtara) Prison? Do you know why? Because Mrs. Dhanshree Talwalkar a.k.a Didi’s supporters of Swadhyay Parivar had filed a lawsuit for patent imfrigement on Lord Yogeshwar’s idol. Can God’s idol be patated? What are both of you going to do about it? When are you going to free Lord Yogeshwar from prison?
2) Two innocent little kids, Abhishek and Dipesh were brutally murdered in ASHARAM Ashram in hmedabad and after almost six months, not a single person is charge sheeted for their murder. May I ask why? Is this Mr. Modi’s model of “GOOD GOVERNENCE” and “RAM RAJYA”?
3) Mr. Pankaj Trivedi, a long time swadhyayee and opponent of Swadhyay Parivar leader Mrs. Dhanshree Talwalkar a.k.a Didi, was also brutally murdered at the hands of Swadhyayi goons. He had asked for police protection from Gujarat governement. In his letter to Mr. Modi, he had expressed fear for his life and mentioned name of Mrs. Dhanshree Talwalkar a.k.a Didi in the venet of his unnatural death. Why Mr. Modi’s police had not yet called for interrogation?
4) Crores of rupees continue to accumulate as a result of hard work and devotion of Gujarati Swadhyayis every year which is deposited in various Swadhyay Parivar trusts in Mahrashtra. Why Mr. Modi is not doing anything to stop this loot in the name of GOD?
5) Crores of rupees were collected from India and overseas by Swadhyay Parivar for Kutchchh-Bhuj earthquake victims in the year 2001 but Swadhyay Parivar did NOT built a single house for earthquake victims and Mrs. Dhanshree Talwalkar a.k.a Didi STOLE ALL the money. What Mr. Modi doing? Why he has not yet investigate the matter and bring that money to Gujarat?
6) Gujarat Government had allotted very expensive piece of land ( market value of 700 crore rupees) in Ahmedabad for Swadhyay Parivar’s BhavNirzar temple but Mrs. Dhanshree Talwalkar a.k.a Didi had closed the door of this tenple to public for last few years. This is clearly in violation of the terms of lease which was expired five years ago. Why Mr. Modi is not taking back the land?
FORGET about building RAM MANDIR if you can not open the closed doors of Bhav Nirzar temple in your state of Gujarat and that too on government’s land.
You can FOOL some people few ties but NOT all the times. We are really sick and tired of vote bank politics. Mr. Advani, the days of fooling Hindus in the name of Hindutav is over. You are not an Iron man Mr. Advani; you are an “opportunist politicians” desperately trying to become Prime Minister.
We need a CHANGE this time.
I know no one will reply to my emails. I will wait for a few days and then publish this open letter in all leading Gujarati newspapers exposing psudeo-Hindutav of Mr. Modi and Advani who praised Zeenah and called him secular.
Jai Hind,
Meena
Subject: *Arun Shourie Special on Getting India’s money back*
Getting India’s money back from Tax Havens
Congress caught in its own web
Arun Shourie
Stupefied by the strong endorsement all across the country of the demand that the money looted from India must be brought back, the Congress has tied itself in knots.
Its spokesmen – led, as will be clear from the arguments they have advanced, by four lawyers – have given five reactions:
· Why is Mr. Advani taking up this matter now, on the eve of elections?
· The GE-20 meeting was not the proper forum for taking up the issue.
· There is doubt about the figures.
· Why did the BJP government to replace FERA by FEMA, and thereby make the offences compoundable?
· Is Mr. Advani not unwittingly alerting those with illegal money abroad to spirit it away from Switzerland to other tax havens?
· What was the NDA doing when it was in office? In any case there is doubt about the figures.
The reactions betray panic as even the littlest reflection would have shown the “arguments” to be indefensible. Let us consider them one by one.
Why is Mr. Advani taking up this matter now, on the eve of elections?
The fact, of course, is that Mr. Advani took up the matter with the Prime Minister in April last year. He wrote to Dr. Manmohan Singh soon after it became known that the Government of Germany had succeeded in obtaining names of persons who had stashed money in the LGT Bank in Lichtenstein. The reply that P. Chidambram, the then Finance Minister, sent him showed that the Government intended to do little except keep going through the pretence of taking some steps. Soon thereafter, we were alarmed to learn that a senior official of the Finance Ministry had written to the then Indian Ambassador in Germany not to press the Germans for release of the names of Indians in the list that they had obtained from Lichtenstein — lest the Germans take offence and conclude that they were being pressurized and their bona fides were being questioned! [This information was later confirmed by report filed by Amitabh Ranjan in The Indian Express of 31 March 2009.] Subsequently, we took up the matter in Parliament also. And yet the evasion, “Why now?”
The GE-20 meeting was not the proper forum for taking up the issue.
This customarily self-serving rationalization was put out by one of the Congress party’s lawyers and spokesmen. At this very time the party was trying to insinuate that, actually speaking, the Prime Minister had taken up the matter at the G-20 Summit. As its spokesmen could not point to any statement he made either at the Summit itself or even at the press meet the PM had held after the Summit, they drew solace from a passing reference to the matter in the speech he had made at the dinner hosted by Gordon Brown.
In any case, if the G-20 Summit was not the right forum for taking up this matter, how is it that in the communiqué that the G-20 leaders issued on 2 April 2009, in paragraph 15, entitled, “Strengthening the Financial System,” they pledged themselves “to take action against non-cooperative jurisdictions, including tax havens. We stand ready to deploy sanctions to protect our public finances and financial systems. The era of banking secrecy is over. We note that the OECD has today published a list of countries assessed by the Global Forum against the international standard for exchange of tax information”?
Were they also, in the view of the Congress party, acting inappropriately when they made such a strong commitment in their communiqué at the Summit?
And recall that no sooner had they issued the threat of imposing sanctions that countries which had been black-listed by the OECD that very day began declaring that they would indeed sign up on the agreement to exchange tax information, and that includes evasion.
In any case, there is doubt about the figures.
As is its custom, the Congress is trying to cover up the basic question of the money which has been looted from India and is lying in tax havens, by raising questions about the precision of figures and estimates. This is exactly the kind of legalisms with which persons like Mr P. Chidambaram and other legitimizers were fielded to cover up the loot from Bofors. In its paper, “Overview of the OECD’s Work on International Tax Evasion,” the OECD itself lists studies that state that there are $1.7 trillion to $11.5 trillion which are today parked in tax havens. This paper of the OECD has been widely reported in the Indian press. The basic point is: even if the amounts are just a few scores of billion dollars and not one and a half trillion dollars, why should they not be brought back to India? And the fact is that other countries, much smaller countries with none of the pretensions of being a “super power, have succeeded in getting their money back. Even as of October last year, when the OECD released its paper, little Ireland had succeeded in recovering almost a billion Euros through an investigation into offshore banks.
Given that even small countries like Ireland have got money back, is it not a shame, is it not an outrage that, as of yesterday, 18 April, 2009, The Times of India, should be quoting the Swiss Ambassador to India as stating on record that till now, the Swiss Government has received no request – not even a request – from the Indian Government?
The real question is different: can the money looted from India be brought back to the country when the attitude of the government continues to be as determinedly inactive as that of the present Government?
Can the Government which allowed Ottavio Quattrochi to take his money out of banks – where it was lying frozen on court orders – be trusted to bring back the loot that is lying in Swiss banks and other tax havens? Can the Government which prostituted the CBI so that he may get away from Argentina be trusted to bring the loot back?
Why did the BJP government to replace FERA by FEMA, and thereby make the offences compoundable?
Again, the Congress is relying on the short memory of its audience. The fact of the matter is that no one had been pressing more for the replacement of the harsh provisions of FERA than the Congress itself. The changes were being contemplated since 1996. The demand for doing away with the harsh provisions came to a crescendo during the Government of Mr. VP Singh when FERA came to be used for interrogating captains of industry – like Mr. S.L. Kirloskar – under harsh circumstances. As news reports of that period themselves indicate, FEMA which was approved by the Government in July 1998, was on the lines of a draft which had been prepared under the leadership of the preceding finance minister, Mr P. Chidambaram. Even today, you can go to the website of Rediff-on-the-net, go to their dispatch of 25 July, 1998, on “FEMA, Money Bills: Cabinet nods, Parliament’s turn next,” and you will read, “The Bills were broadly on the lines of a draft prepared under the leadership of then Finance Minister Palaniappan Chidambram.”
In any event, there is no mystery about the reasons on account of which the law was changed. They are well set out in the following passage:
“Until recently, we had a law known as the Foreign Exchange (Regulation) Act. Its object was to conserve and augment the forex reserves of the country. The way to hell, it is said, is paved with good intentions. Like many well-intentioned laws, FERA paved the way to disaster. FERA created a flourishing black market in foreign exchange. It brought into the economic lexicon the word ‘Hawala’. Illegal forex transactions became the fuel for the growth of crime syndicates with trans-border connections.
“FERA also became a tool of oppression. Successive governments persisted with FERA and added COFFEPOSA and SAFEMA. International markets do not respect draconian laws that run counter to common sense. India’s reserves, far from being augmented, dwindled at an alarming rate… Mercifully, FERA was buried finally on May 31, 2000.”
When and where was this written? In an article that appeared The Indian Express on 25 August 2002. Who wrote the article? None other than P. Chidambaram!
Is Mr Advani not unwittingly alerting those with illegal money abroad to spirit it away from Switzerland to other tax havens?
Another clever little statement by yet another clever lawyer of the Congress party! Would the looters who have stashed away money in tax havens from India still need to be alerted after Germany got the names from Lichtenstein as long ago as last year? Would they still need to be alerted after Germany offered to furnish the names to governments that asked for the names? Would they still need to be alerted after the United States got the names from the leading bank of Switzerland, UBS in February this year, and got it to submit to paying a fine of $ 800 million to boot? Would they still need to be alerted after the G-20 leaders, including Dr. Man Mohan Singh as the Congress would like to remind us, declared their determination to get the tax havens to disgorge the names? But such is the confusion in the Congress party and such the brilliance of its lawyers that all it can do is to seek to deflect the nation-wide demand for getting the loot back from tax havens by such witticisms!
What was the NDA doing when it was in office? In any case there is doubt about the figures.
Leaders of the Congress party would be better advised to ask, “During that very period, what was the Congress party doing, what were its lawyers and leaders doing, to thwart the efforts of the NDA Government to uncover the names of persons who had looted the country even on defence deals like Bofors?” But even if the NDA had done nothing – whether on terrorism or money abroad – is that any reason for not hurrying to avail of the unique opportunity that has arisen now?
Even while replacing FERA by FEMA, the NDA Government made sure that it would have an additional two years to file prosecutions under FERA. And it filed as many as 2000 cases against those who were under investigation before FERA lapsed. The reason for doing so, a reason that is well known to lawyers in the Congress party, was that, when a prosecution is filed it is adjudicated according to the law which prevailed at the time at which the case was filed. These are the very cases which the Congress later on did not pursue.
The fact of the matter is that it is now that the unique opportunity has arisen to get the loot back: Germany has succeeded in getting the names; the US has succeeded in getting the names; the G-20 leaders have pledged themselves to ensure the end of bank secrecy; countries that had hitherto refused to share the requisite information are pledging to do so – within a week of their names being published by OECD in the list of countries that were dragging their feet on the question, Costa Rica, Malaysia, Philippines and Uruguay pledged to enter into the relevant agreements.
Conclusion
There is a real fight ahead: a fight in the national interest, a fight that will have to be waged doggedly to get the names from the tax havens and to get the amounts back to India – as tax havens will not easily part with their route to lucre. And not all countries will be eager to wage the fight – so many rulers in Africa, in Latin America, to say nothing of the princelings of China – will be loath to see the fight succeed. So, determination and leadership will be required of India, and persistence, and forging alliances with civil society in Europe and elsewhere.
Nor are bilateral agreements any substitute to multilateral pressure. With close to seventy tax havens, decades will pass before agreements are concluded with each haven, even as money is spirited from the haven that has signed up to the one that is holding out.
As has been correctly emphasized, a consensus is already emerging across the country. Leaders outside the political realm, parties such as the CPI(M), SP, BSP, JD(U), AIADMK have all demanded that the Government act energetically to get the names from the tax havens and to get back the amounts. Instead of quibbling, the Congress would be well-advised to endorse the consensus, and act on it. Not joining secular forces on even so secular an issue?!
Btw, beautifully put together website. I am not saying this to flatter you guys- I have been following the online efforts for the election campaigns (professionally, as well as a concerned citizen) and really, yours is I think the best put together effort. I think the effort being put together by concerned citizens and the politicians themselves, clearly shows
I wanted to actually encourage you all to download the AKConnect on to your phones and start using it. I think some time today or tomorrow, depending on his schedule (today being the last day for active on the ground campaign) Sri Ananth Kumarwill start responding questions and comments sent in by the supporters. This would be something that will strengthen the network and would be a great tool to use during the house meetings- where Internet/electricity are always doubtful. (These activities, I hope do not stop at election)
Ananth wants this to be used for all of BJP and to leave the lines of communication open, giving the common man an easy way to get his voice heard.
As always, my first interest is help facilitate a a much required change. And more importantly- to get the youth to take active interest in politics and what goes on around them. To have the citizen stay connected and exchang views without the need of a computer. As stats show- people using the internet on phones is much higher than on computers in India.
Keeping the channels of communication open and avaiable to the general public is a big step. A leader/s who is ready to listen to people, is half way there already. And one who envisions keeping the channels open even post election- is clearly a winner! Plus an open channel makes it easy to find new leaders. After all we do need to be able to spot and groom potential leaders

Y dont v have a right-wing media?
I think a lot of credit for the success of republican party in US goes to right-wing media (read FOX). The psyche of US is right-leaning. How every president is a god fearing christian, how obama had to clarify that he is a life long christian and not muslim, etc. etc.
May be starting and popularizing ‘right wing’ news channel and media is the silver bullet which will help us shape the thinking of our beretherns in ‘right’ direction.

YOU ARE RIGHT KRISHNA .BJP MUST THINK OVER IT .
I am Viraj Kalkur from Shimoga
I am just 18 years old But the BJP’s Hindutva and other Ideologies have made me to think like a matured citizen
What i Hereby want to say is I am not that a great orator to comment on great leaders but I have my greatest part by influencing about about 3100 voters in my area
I have convinced them by their need to vote for the BJP/NDA to make India a great HINDU country
My main theory is
1.To bring 2500000cr rupees of Indian Money to India
2.To make India a terror free country
3.To make the common man lead a happy and secured life
4.To avoid India becoming a49th Muslim or 44th Christian country
To keep prices of necessary commodities under the reach of the common man
6.To help people look forward to a Brighter INDIA

SUBJECT: INDIA’S DEVELOPMENT THROUGH DEVELOPMENT OF 635,000 VILLAGES
“About 800 million people (out of 1,150 million) live in 635,000 villages, almost 90% of those are dilapidated and bereft of even rudimentary needs of decent living standards. The sixty years of various Government schemes and themes have not made much impact. Paradoxically, almost all villages do have various Renewable Resources in the form of vegetation, sunlight and even rainfall. Manpower and animal population too are resources. We NEED to USE these available resources to solve Local Needs through Local wisdom.”
India has over 635,000 villages where about 800 million people live, whereas hundreds of lakhs of crores of Rupees are stashed away in Black Money by about a few thousands of individuals. . We talk big about our Fifty Billionaires and the tens of thousands of NRI/ Indian diaspora, who have made “millions/ billions” in riches. Our nation is now an independent and reverberating/ vibrant democracy for over sixty years. Yet the current state of affairs is pathetic at the ground level. 800 million people in our total population of 1, 150 million do not earn even Rs.20 ($0.50) per day; 350 million people do not have water to drink; 350 million people do not have even one square meal a day, and at least 200 million in these are children below the age of five. Incidentally all these poorest amongst us live in the 635, 000 dilapidated villages that are spread across the length and breadth of India
The questions are:
1. How could we vaingloriously talk from hill-tops that we are a developed nation, when the ground level situation is as presented above?
2. What do we NEED to plan/ organize and execute so that the present 800 million poorest amongst us earn at least Rs.100, 000 ($2000) per annum?
3. Are we not to be ashamed that our Government prescribes a measly sum of Rs.6, 000 per annum (about $120) as the compensation for the poorest workers?
4. Do we not have the moral obligation to discuss and come out with practical solution plans to overcome these NATIONAL SHAME?
In order that we arrive at an appropriate development Model to alleviate Village level poverty in India, we need to DEFINE … DECENT LIVING STANDARD.
What constitutes an average decent Village Level living standard? Although it may be a bit hypothetical, we may observe that the yardstick for “decent” level would have to be based on costs of living, taking into account the following:
1.FOOD
2.ENERGY
3.HOME/ HOUSING
4.MOBILITY
5.EDUCATION
6.MEDICINES/ HEALTH
7.LEISURE/ ENTERTAINMENT
8.FAMILY
9.OLD AGE SECURITY/ PROVIDENCE/ INSURANCE
This could be approximately estimated @ the lowest level of Rs.3, 500/ per month per individual, under the present Indian living index (cost of living). Anything less than this value would be pathetically low, when viewed from the context that even Rs.3, 500 per month is an extremely low earning power (not one amongst us could ever think of such wretched existence levels!) There are about 800 million people (both old and young) in India [Center page Article by P. Sainath, THE HINDU of March 18, 2009], who DO NOT earn even Rs.20 per day (@ about Rs.6, 000 per annum, which is lesser than 15% of our “minimum” decent living standard!). Further, we may consider this NEED for “Purchasing Power” to the available labor force in our country, as the prime NEED for POVERTY ALLEVIATION. The estimated total labor force in India is 520, 000, 000; at least 320, 000, 000 amongst these are unorganized agricultural labor, without any continual work/ wages. Thus, if we were to initially (as a First Stage Proposal) restrict the NEED for decent living standard income to just these 320 million agricultural labor force, the annual outgo would be a whopping Rs.13.44 trillion (roughly about 268 billion US $). The current annual earnings of this 320 million village level labor force is about 10% of this value, which is their purchasing power through eking out in wretched conditions, at average per capita Rs.4200!
What could we do to change this pathetic situation? What are the ground-level operational needs? Could we be satisfied with the economists’ “trickle effect”, whereby the huge earning power increases in the minuscule minority top echelons’ income levels would offer “something” to the “poor” so that they might eke out? Could we expect education to change this scenario, when JOBS are NOT available even to the existing educated youth? Is it not a fact that any so-called “poverty alleviation” program has to be a Self Sustainable Economic activity? If that be the case, is it not mandatory that ALL OUR NATIONAL PRIORITY Techno-Economic schemes/ themes would have to ANSWER these problem situations, through Science, Engineering, Economics, Business and Commerce? Going a step further, we may estimate that, if the labor earnings of 320 million village/ agricultural labor force is @ 7% of the total business volumes, the annual NEW BUSINESSES that are to be generated in the villages would have to be worth not less than Rs.192 trillion (let us say Rs.200 Trillion = US $4 trillion). Do we have any school, university, engineering institution … and any poverty alleviation programs of government working on these?
Thus, the FIRST STEP in poverty alleviation in villages would have to be Village Development (there are 635, 000 villages in India). And these development themes would have to consider all of the Local resources and Local Needs, in tune with long term Environmental and Economic Sustainability.
How do we do this? Do we have the Resources for these?
The answer is YES! WE CAN! And we have enough resources and technology (all locally available) to achieve the required results in just TEN Years.
This writer volunteers to Pilot the Schemes and themes needed toward activating such development programs, and would APPEAL to the Honorable BJP Prime Minister Candidate (sri LK Advani Ji) to initiate a serious level discussion program, immediately
Thank you

Jaihind!
Yes you are right Krishna, as we are approaching the crucial stage of electios the BJP ads are taken out of the NoI channel like colours which have the greatest amount of viewership, and congress ads are frequent.Even channel like Mubai9 which was initially in favour of BJP has changed its course.I think congress people are systematically doing this by giving some incentives to the channels. Why cant BJP do the same.

Congress deserves to lose India’s elections
By Razeen Sally
Today Indians begin heading to the polls in a month-long election for a new government. The Congress party is standing on the record of the government it has led since 2004. But polls are taking place when the Indian economy has taken a sharp turn for the worse, in a climate of global economic crisis. This exposes the do-nothing, zero-reform record of Manmohan Singh, prime minister, and his government. More generally, it lays bare India’s huge reform gaps and its brittle, decaying institutions. Finally, it deflates the “India hype” peddled by smooth-talking upper-caste politicians, ambassadors, businessmen, management consultants and some academics.
A word about India hype. It highlights high-end services, and now manufacturing sectors, with their globalising, world-beating companies. But it overlooks reform deficits in agriculture, services and manufacturing. It talks of “Chindia”, the notion that India plays in the same league as China as an emerging superpower - which is pure myth. Not least, it glosses over the record of the present Congress-led government.
There have been practically no market reforms since 2004, save for the opening of domestic civil aviation. Nothing has moved on privatisation, the reduction of government equity in banks and insurance companies, pensions, competition regulation or the administration of subsidies. Industrial tariffs have come down, but otherwise external protection has not been reduced. India remains the most protectionist large emerging market.
Worse, there has been reform backsliding and reversal. Fiscal restraint, written into law in 2003, has been thrown to the winds. Now, with an economic downturn, the consolidated government deficit is projected to rise above 10 per cent of gross domestic product. Funding for much-needed infrastructure projects will suffer. Controlled pricing of petroleum products was reintroduced in 2008. Off-budget expenditure has increased significantly, especially through populist measures to support rural employment and the energy sector.
The government’s response to the present global economic crisis was to introduce further market-distorting restrictions, including higher tariffs, anti-dumping duties and assorted non-tariff import barriers.
Finally, the Congress party entered the general election campaign with pledges to expand its hugely wasteful rural employment guarantee programme and increase food subsidies.
The government has squandered the boom years, left the country more vulnerable to malign global economic conditions and compromised prospects for a healthy recovery. But Manmohan Singh and his “dream team” have been given an easy ride: they have escaped blame, especially outside India. The conventional excuse is that their hands are tied by Sonia Gandhi and her Congress coterie, and by coalition politics.
This explanation just does not wash. Mr Singh has impeccable academic credentials and is by all accounts incorruptible. He deserves credit for his performance as finance minister in the 1990s - although credit should also go to Narasimha Rao, then prime minister, who took the tough decisions.
But Mr Singh has proved a hopeless decision-maker as prime minister. Sadly, he proves the rule that academics should generally be “on tap” but not “on top”.
The whole reform programme relies on the prime minister himself. Mr Rao and A.B. Vajpayee proved their mettle, despite heavy political constraints. Mr Singh has failed; he should bear much of the blame. The Congress party does not deserve to be re-elected and the dream team does not deserve to continue in office. An alternative BJP-led government may do better if it has a decisive leader with a core of able reformers. It will not if its leader follows the dictates of short-term opportunism and messy coalition politics.
Nevertheless, the failures of the Congress-led government should be put into a larger institutional context. The Indian state, led by a venal political-bureaucratic elite, remains unreformed. State institutions - the political class, political parties, parliaments, the bureaucracy, the judiciary - have got worse at both national and state levels. Since the late 1980s, “stealth” reforms have taken place outside the state. But India cannot be expected to grow fast with such shaky foundations. The upshot is that much-needed market reforms cannot continue to skirt round the reform of the state itself. Politically, that is the hardest nut to crack.

BJP is indeed a very progressive party & with difference. It anticipates the problem before hand. I suggest the following things to be incorporated on all India basis.
Be it Railway station or Bus station all of them are made in a haphazard way.
All existing as well as proposed must be categorized on the basis of five important parameters.(a)Population in & around the station(b)No of trains/Bus Starting, halting terminating at station at a given point of time(c)Economic strength of the area(d)The expected volume of population growth in and around the station.(e)Can it be a link between two or more satelite town near by.And based on all such factors the following redevlopement must be carried out on BOT basis
1.Station in & around metro city must have Both rail & bus terminal within the same compound with standard lay out for No of platforms to be made, standard amenities in all such station like no of reservation counter, enquiry booth,Waiting rooms, ladies & gents toilets at each platform all having standard lay out standard facility.systematic standard parking for specific number of taxis, auto rikshaw/private cars/ambulences/facility for physical handicapped/canteen,All buildings looking similar in colour on the basis of the zones in which they run i.e.E.RLY/W.RLY/S.RLY etc
2.There must be approximate 20% of the total space kept vacant for future expansion
3.All the station must be categorized in the following category & accordingly it must be provided the above facility
i.Metro Station.
ii Major important suburbun station
iii.Station falling under following population category, having more than 15-20 lakhs.having more then 10-14 lakh, having more than 5-9 lakhs and less then 4 lakh
iv.All the station to have sub way rather than footover bridge to cross plateforms
v.Fixed no of food stalls as per standerd lay out list.
vi. All the interstate and private buses to be made GPRS compliant & having facility at the bus station to display the arrival & departure of the specified registration number bus from a particular state on a given platform. And, facility for interstate computerised booking systems. All the buses to have similar appearance and standard seating facility with standard in and out door.
The above will ensure unity in diversity as people will get attached with the system. Will facilitate the passenger great amount of convinience as all the facility will be as per all India standard lay out list.
Will ensure minimum confusion in minds of pessengers
Mr. Aamir Khurshid,
What I believe is that, the rise of BJP is more because of appeasement of minority by congress. You asked us to review your comments without recalling your name but please you also analyse the history without recalling your religion. You will find that Hindus are secular by nature and that is why we are not a Hindu nation whereas there are n number of Islamic countries. India is only nation having Haj subsidy, whereas during muslim rule we use to have thirth (hindu pilgrimage) tax. Read some history and you will know that what all wrongs have been done against hindus because of their non-aggresive nature.
Regards
Deepak dkalra123@gmail
Aggrassive nature of muslims - If you want know read all history books and brouse inter net. Gazani demolished Somanath temple for 14 times, killed so many hindus trekking with elephants who laid across the way leading to temple, kashi vishwanath temeple was damaged and a majid was constructed , Jizia tax was imposed by Aurangazeb, Shivaji was killed by back stabbing ….I do not know fully the history, but India especially Hindus are always victims in the hands of muslim rulers . This is the aggrassive nature of muslims . Not only Indian History , read Iran , Pakistan , Bangladesh, Iraq histories. How they killed each other for the sake of dominance and superiority. Humanity will never forgive the aggrassive nature of muslims. Muslims must change their mind set according to times and more liberal and democratic with the people.

SEE WHAT YOU CAN DO THIS ELECTIONS
SEE WHAT YOU CAN DO
I am Naren from Indias feet(Kanyakumari) ,i am strong supporter of BJP since my Childhood ,we are campaigning for BJP for the last one decade .When i met the voter in my district they feel our party is for the richer people and for higher cast people . In our state the Dravidan movement was exist so people against the higher cast people . our politicians were confused the Nationalism and the communilasim .we need to focus on the poor people to make them faith on us. this wil bring us more votes .and also we should focus on the farmers they are 75% of the population of the country. we need to redefine the ploicy of economy and to lift the life of the farmer. as a farmers son i know the dificulty of farmers family .so i request the friends of BJP to woo the poor people and formers to change their mind towards the BJP
I was very much annoyed to hear from senior editor of India Today That the village voters are honest & The city Voters Are “Dogala” an unparliamentary word in hindi language.I think it is out of his sheer frustration that since he fails to get accurate information from the voters as to which party they have voted. So he vents his anger & tries to justify the mistake in giving accurate prediction by using such loose words.I constantly see him favouring the Congress by asking some pre determined & one sided questions during the discussion. He always tries to drag MR Narendra Modi from any corner of the discussion. With a clear & well thought out strategy to defame the personality of BJP Leader under the influence of a political party they came out with one programme “BAADAL GAYE SARKAR” & the very first target was no other person then Mr Modi.I wonder why BJP is sending their media managers to such one sided minds. He talks about corruption in political party & then invariably takes potshot at BJP by saying bhai aapki to party is with difference na?I want to tell Prabhu Chavla in no uncertain terms that it is likely that an average Indian might not be aware what kind of corruption is their in the news channels/news Papers & news reporters etc, but I am well aware of the same. He many times also says You were with xyz party yesterday & today you are with abc party only for personal gain.My question to him is what he has to say about his colleauges who left AAJ TAK and now are with other channels? He tries to blunt BJP’s campaign by asking a silly question every time Aap ko Videshon main pade kale dhan ki yaad election ke time aayi hai.WHY CANT HE APPRECIATE A GOOD STEP TAKEN BY BJP EVEN IF IT IS AT ELECTION TIME( WHICH EVERY BODY KNOWS IS NOT THE CASE)GIVE HIM A BEFITTING REPLY.AND BJP MUST TAKE CARE THAT NO BIG LEADERS GRANT ANY INTERVIEW TO SUCH PEOPLE LIKE PRABHU CHAWLA & RAJDEEP SARDESAI(I really enjoyed the snub MR Modi gave to Rajdeep when he tried to act smart during the interview. These kind of over smart journalist needs a kick in the back.
It is proved beyond doubt that Varun V/s Rahul Gandhi who is a clear winner? On one side we see a BOLD & DASHING Varun & on the other side a weak & meek Rahul gandhi who struggles to find right words. One who has made his own identity & one who got made in identity. One who knows what he speaks one who doesn’t.one full of vigour & enthusiasm and one full of richness. One who knows poverty & one who knows comfort.Varun doesn’t need to go & do nakharas by staying at some juggi jopari or lift Some load over his head to make news.one can see the spontanious response varun gets in his meetings & compare with that of Rahul which is in stark contrast.
Election has now reached in the last stage & all of the BJP worker must put maximum efforts for final assult & put last nail in the coffin of congress misrule. The corrupt media reporters will put rosy picture before the general public to show that the congress is ahead of BJP & the later is losing ground rapidly etc etc.It is the time for every right thinking Indian that it is a proven fact that the inflation has hit high durung the congress misrule only & the appesement of minority (only Muslim in their dictinary)has harmed the country more than the benifits. We as individual leave no stone unterned in ensuring the victory of BJP else UP WEST BENGAL BIHAR & ASSAM WILL BE THE ANOTHER PLACES WHERE THE CONGRESS MIGHT BRING ARTICLE LIKE 37O TO APPEASE MINORITY COMMUNITY.
The impact of instability in politics affects all in every measure of his/her life, we are habitual to adept to change as fast as possible hence we undermine the situation forced on to us by the political infrastructure fabric known as governance. The constitution of India in line with parliament has focused on quantity of electorates than quality. The quantity factor give rise to various regional parties which +suffix themselves to a so called major party and manifest themselves as an assorted alliance.
I have enjoyed assorted sweets but never assorted alliance in governance, alliance is of people with various skill set(if present), ego’s and aspiration leading to mix and match of ideologies and later on resulting in political divorce.
Who is affected? the people of this country.
We all take pride in being very elastic and bouncing back to normalcy after any dire situation or circumstances, especially mumbaikars…I don’t want to repeat what had happened in mumbai in terms of atrocities, but mumbaikars bounced back and life is normal yet again. I ask myself a question is life really back to normal or is it just a pretense. After these traumatic incidences knowingly or unknowingly fear as a programme is installed in all..we are not aware but it is.Is this we really mean about bouncing back to normalcy with the fear of it is just a happy face mask.
Security is on a toss a big time, security agencies tilt scale towards people in power, what have we manifested from our freedom struggle, well known and appreciated all over world and democracy. We have managed not to build strong individuals but rightly got bundled of sycophants all over governance agencies.
Today at the helm of change we are unable to get the change from where it should percolate efficiently and that is from Top Governance I would term Government. What have we done?? Vote?? Have we??.. The percentage vote in mumbai itself had been less..With all issues on mind..With burning fire to change within..With anger within…No proper use of VOTE..
Vote for a bipolar structure in government the protocol would be easy for governing agencies to take action’s on issues rather than issues being grilled and re-grilled in an oven of multitude ego’s and aspirations.
My humble request to my friends reading this note, please remove the mask and retrospect, instability around exist because there is instability within. Try to rise, I am trying to do the same,it’s a task but still worth trying cause when all of us try to do the same we would experience a change within and around us.
I hope and wish for a progressive INDIA.
I am surpirsed at the statement made by Mr Rahul Gandhi, which clearly indicates that he has accepted the defeat even before the result. How ridiculous his statements are, one can understand from the speeches he is making, not only this, his greed for power gets exposed; which is the tradition of the congress (I mean Me for them). They simply cant see any other political party getting into power so he has started the work without delay. Now lets see his statement which he made at West Bengal “The left rule has put the state backwards in last twenty five years”Now if this was the case then why had he taken the support of those people to run the goverment for last five years? Simply for greed of power! Now this statement has another meaning for general public: the congress is ready to do business with those people & put the country back only to give them power. How much matured he is one can gauge from his statement. On one hand he is criticising the very people who stood behind the goverment like a rock & after spoiling the relation too far he hopes to do business with their support.Even a class three student will understand such simple logic & will continue to have friendship if he feels he will be needed.
Secondly his attack on left is a calculated strategy so that left insists to remove Mr Manmohan Singh & the the coterie around him can project him as next P.M.
Thirdly knowing fully well that his magic has not yielded any result in favour of congress he has trained his eye on Jaylalitha ( ready to dump Karunanidhi after using him for five years and similar is the case with others like Lalu Prasad & Paswan etc( if he wants to have Nitish kumar as his supporter. After such principle-less action he thinks public is a fool to think that congress wants to serve the country.
I want to ask the following questions from Rahul Gandhi & expect the reply from him.
1.When Indian army was fighting decisively in J & K during Pak war in 1947 Why did Mr Nehru decided to refer the matter to U.N.?(At Which foreign lady’s insistance he went to U.N.)Was it not a mistake? If yes then why Congress is not offering an apology for that mistake to the Nation ?
2.Was Nehru’s immaturity was not responsible for the over confidence in relation with China which lead to 1962 war with China?
3.Why did Indira Gandhi returned the vast area of the Land won by our Brave Solders during Indo-Pak war to Pakistan without taking any concession in return ?
4.Why Indira Gandhi didn’t take advantage of 100000 POW during 1972 Indo - Pak war & was not able to take significant milage out of it ?
5.What the Congree did for the upliftment of the Minority Community (Not only Muslim)In Last fifty years of misrule.
6.When Ministers like Arjun Singh Insisted for reservation ( Just to harass Mr Manmohan Singh)In Higher deucation for SC/ST what they thought about the deserving candidates from other community? Who are poor & can’t afford the education/ (Such people will take OATH that in case of medical emergency they will go to such doctors who has passed without proper knowledge & get treated ?
7.Who created the ghost of Bhinderawla to settle political score with the Akali’s (we paid heavy price for that)
8.Will they modify the constitution to benefit the minority community again like Mr Rajiv did in case of Shahbano?
9. What significant contribution you as Mr Rahul Gandhi has made during last 5-7 Years ?
10.Was it not a mistake to send our Army to Srilanka tofight the LTTE for which Mr Rajiv lost his life ?
11.Your pary is harping on the Godhra riots but what you have done to do justice to the people of Punjab who were allegdly masseccerd by your party worker in broad day light ? Are they not human beings ?Do not they deserve justice ?
I Think all the answer for above question are not there with the either with you or with the Congress I.
Dear Educated Friends,
We are entering in to the last phase of voting which is due tommorow.Going by the reports in section of the electronic media as well as print media it seems that Congress I which till yesterday was confident of forming the goverment have suddenly realised that they are going to miss the Bus.But the most important thing starts from here “Since they realised the distance they need to cover to form the goverment non other than Mr Rahul Gandhi have started wooing the people from NDA.In other words he has kepr aside his philosophy of No Power by unethical means to POWER BY ONLY UNETHICAL MEANS.ELSE HOW SUDDENLY HE FEELS Mr Nitish Kumar & Chandrababu are doing good work.If this was the case then why did he continue to keep the company of Lalu & Paswan?Just to keep BIHAR backward ?.If Chandrababu is a good person then why So Called Satyam Tainted Reddy as CM of Andhra Pradesh? Now looking in to the desperate bid by congress to form the government by hook or by crook all right minded Indians should get up and defeat the neferious design of Congress I By voting for the BJP / NDA candidate in remaining seats to ensure that the disasterous path taken by Rahul gets defeated at the nascent stage.VOTE IN MASS VOTE FOR THE PARTY THAT IS GOING TO FORM THE NEXT GOVERNMENT. VOTE FOR BJP/NDA on 13.5.09
until you have a TV channel in all languages and not just in hindi and english you have no scope to counter the incessant media blitz esp paid english channels against this party with a difference.Think fast. your time is running out for the party.
DEAR FRIENDS,
I AM AGREE WITH THE COMENTS OF THE ABOVE MENTIONED PEOPLE, THAT OUR GOVERNMENT WAS UNABLE TO HANDLE THE BLACK MARKETING AND IN GREAT IMPRESSEN WITH UN BUT THE REASON BEHIND IS THIS THAT WE PEOPLE ARE NOT HAVING GUTS TO REMOVE THE GOVERMENT AND NOT THINKING ABOUT TO EDUCATE THE PEOPLE IN RULLER AREA. ONCE THE PEOPLE IN RULER AREA BECOME EDUCATED THEN YOU SEE THE POLITICIAL NOT MADE THEM FOOL AT ALL.SECDONDLY OUR ELECTION SYSTEM IS WRONG, THERE ARE SO MANY POLITICAL PARTIES WHICH ARE BASED ON RELIGION, LANGUAGE, CAST, AND OTHER WISE, BUT SAY THEM SELF SECULAR PARTIES, WHY WE PEOPLE CAST THE VOTE ON BASE OF LANGUAGE,CAST,RELIGION, WE MUST HAVE THE MOTO, ONE INDIA, ONE FLAG, ONE RELIGION, INDIAN. BESIDE OUR PRAYER METHED TO GOD MAY BE DIFFERENT FIRST OF ALL WE ARE HUMAN, WE INDIAN, I AM IT SELF SAY MY SELF THAT I AM HINDU BUT FIRST OF ALL I AM INDIAN NATIONAL AND DO ANY THING FOR MY COUNTRY,I DO NOT POCK MY NOSE IN TO-DAYS DURTY POLITICS, YES I AM FIGHTING WITH POLITICIAN NOT FOR MY OWN BUT FOR OTHER PEOPLE, THEIR WORK, ONE SIDE WE SAY WE ARE SOCIAL BUT OTHER SIDE WE THINK ABOUT OUR SELF. IN REGARDS TO THE BJP YES IT IS GOOD PARTY BUT NOW THEY ARE ALSO OFF THE TRACK, AND VERY MUCH INTERESTED TO GET THE POWER, AND EVERY MAN OF BJP SEEMS TO BE A NETA NOW A DAYS. PREFVIOUS BEFORE EMERGNCY WHEN THE JANSANG WAS THERE THE PEOPLE, WORKER OF JANSANG ARE HONEST AND LOYEL TO THE PARTY BUT NOW A DAYS NO LOYELTY IS SEEN IN THE NEW COMMERS, THE GRASS ROUT WORKER ARE IGNORE AND ONLY FINCIAL SOUND, OR GUNDAS ARE ENTERED IN THE PARTY. WHAT IS ? CAN ANY LEADER EXPLAIN? THE RSS IS FORMED BY HON’BL DR.HADGEWAR JI TO PROTECT INDIA AND INDIAN, UP TO THE TIME GURU GOLWARKER JI IT GOES SOMOTH AND UP TO THE MARK, WE PEOPLE ARE TAKING INTEREST,BUT THERE AFTER RSS BECOME THE POLITICAL AND THE OLD SWYAMSEVAK OF RSS KEEP MUM AND NOT TAKING MUCH INTEREST. I HOPE THESE THINGS PINCH TO BJP PEOPLE BUT IF THEY THINK ABOUT IT AND JOINT THE OLD WORKER WITH THEM I ASSURE THAT IN NEAR FUTURE THE BJP BECOME SO POWERFULL THAT THEY DONOT HAVE TO SEE THE FACE OF OTHER POLITICAL PARTIES TO FORM THE GOVERNMENT. MY ALL THE WISHES WITH THE BJP AND RSS BEING AS A OLD WORKER AND BEING AS A TRUE INDIAN JAI HIND JAI BHARAT.
ELECTION RESULTS….Its like this is one of the disastrous things ever happened…so many issues were against the CONGRESS but still this result….wow i think the people of INDIA who voted deserves to suffer like this…even BJP couldn’t capitalized on many issues…one of major reason of congress victory is our great bias MEDIA….each n every channel is celebrating it like an festival as if they have accomplished the mission…ya actually they have….but still this is not the end BJP should learn from its mistakes and concentrate on state elections coming soon…there will only be one regret that after giving 50 years of life to INDIA we will not see Mr. L K ADVANI as the Prime Minister.
Dear Friends,
We have seen the election results, no need to be depressed it is a good sign now voters are looking for a single party majority, this is the ripe time to work towards the goal.BJP has to remove the major perception of being a communal party in urban India. Focus on issues more than any other talks, maintain a proper decorum and conducts during election speeches. These softer points are immensely important for BJP to regain high esteem. BJP as a party has excellent skillset and people this has to advertised and communicated well to the voters.
Dear sir
I would request to please forward the contacts numbers or Mail Id of the BJP friends to communicate and get collative. However, we have the very big list of BJP friends but no contacts and communication with each other which enables to work in group.
We are very disappointed with the result of Lok Sabha of 2009, though the effort we made was good but not enough to win,
We have to over come and look forward to Rajya Sabha election to win by the good margin so as to make are root strong which will defiantly help to come back strongly to form a government.
BJP friends are most of them are will qualified and working class which enables them to work for BJP though they want to. I would suggest that we should make a committee of BJP friends in every city which will work under the BJP father comnitee of that respective city but as a different vertical with comman objective.
The objective of the BJP friends committee ( More ideas can come out during the formation.)
1. To attract the new generation and make them BJP friends.
2. To help the new friends.to grow and to develop the goodwill of BJP in their local area which will definitely increase the strength of BJP.
3. To help the father BJP during the election for good functioning so as to get good results.
Please guide for the same. I will be happy if initiated.

bjp must stick to it’s main agenda i.e. hinduism properly still you can find a lot’s of member in hindu community on orkut …..speak fearlessly….. the main reason of increasing seats from 2 to 87 in the past was due to hinduism only…. so now stick to it you will definitly win
Is the BJP central leadership going through this website and taking good advices ?. Media has demonized BJP to a great extent in 2009 elections and BJP failed to defend itself . When Sonia said that L.K.Advani is a slave of R.S.S , BJP didn’t reply back in a similar token. When Rahul , MMS attacked Advani on Kandahar issue, Advani went into silence. When people like Sachin Pilot, Junior Scindia, Kapil Sibal, Abhishek Singh Manu, Jayanthi Natarajan were saying that Congress wants to deliver a secure and a stable government no body from BJP ever mentioned any thing about what kind of government they are going to offer. BJP needs to grow in key important states like A.P, Kerala, Orrissa, Tamil Nadu and W.B.
The current issue of BJP……………………
who want to take the resposibilities of loss.
IS THIS A ISSUE. I DON’T THINK SO
i think so it is not a personal fault but you all the guys make ita personal issue in the party and media as well and media also take an intrest so you are at the front page as well as headlines of electronic media and affecting the glories of the party and the election of Vidhan Sabha will be very soon so you must go to electroial field and making good relations with public as well as your party leaders and members.you also makes a good relation with RSS and SHIVSANA because you are not secure in all the states so keep quarrelling and go for the next poll with your agenda including some NEW TOPICS.
BJP and political setback.
BJP has suffered political setback during rhe 2009 elections. It is the nothing but infighting, dillema and lack of direction in the electoral strategy. when we sitback and reveiw the election period it can be understood that BJP has been suffering from lack of cohessiveness among party leadership, which has percolated down to the grass root level workers.
Dilema about its core principal is another reason for the setback. A confused picture has gone to the masses.which has snached the uniquness of the party. Now people thinks that party is not different from the other party so why to vote for it. Nationlism has not lost its value but party has failed to present its position on this front. hard core Hindus feels cheated by the behviour of its leadership and general public is not attracted towards it. It is very much clear that all its allies has taken high price from the party without paying it anything or very little. The party has insulted its members and tried to please its allies at any cost ,as a result party has lost its support base and allies has gained at the cost of the party.
As on date Nationlist forces feels cheated by the behaviour of BJP and all the dalals and seperatist are enjoying at cost of humilation of the nationlist forces. Indian forces, Hindu saints and common man is suffering while terrorist like Kasab, Seperatist like Huriat are enjoying at the cost of public money
What are the programs of Friends of BJP in bangalore and i what way people can contribute to the same.
Dear Friends Group,
I follow BJP since my childhood, but now in recent past i observe lot of infighting.
Please let me know how this group helps for betterment of party.

An emerging pattern is abviously coming out. On one hand Hindus feel that they have been cheated by BJP on the other hand other political parties are painting BJP as communal and shameless as they are following Hindutva ideology. This is the core issue. Resolving this core issue is little challenging.

Skumar, I fully support your efforts in supporting BJP.
Media is unnecessarily high lighting the issues in BJP and blowing them out of proportions.Every party has these issues. For some reasons media’s love for congress is causing them to write only negatively about BJP.

In order for us to better undrstand the current crisis in BJP, one needs to look at the motivation behind making certain comments about Jinnah.
Why you think Mr. Advani praised Jinnah while he was in Pakistan? It is simple, to woo Muslims votebank. The result? BJP lost the elction.
Even BJP in Gujarat had allotted tickets to congressis who switched the party right before election. One BJP candidate Mr. Patil from Navasari was behind copoerative bank failure where depositors lost their hard earned money. Is this Mr. Narendra Modi’s “Ram-Rajya” in Gujarat?
Two innocent kids, Dipesh and Abhishek were murdered in Asharam Ashram and no one is booked for these murders yet. Why?
Mr. Asharam Bapu had illegally occupied land and has not yet vacated it. Why?
Mr. Pankaj Trivedi, a long time Swadhyayi was brutally murdered at the hands of Swadhyayi Goons but the brain behind this murder is still at large. Why?
Gujarat Government had alloted expesnive land in Ahmedabad to Swadhyay Privar to build Bhav Nirzar Temple but later made an affidavit in court that it is not a temple. The lease had been expired six years ago but Mr. Narendra modi has not taken back the land. Why?
Swadhyay Parivar had stole millions of dollars people donated for Bhuj Eargtquake victims and did not build a single house for earthquake victims. Many people had complained to Mr. Narendra Modi about it, media had published this issue many times. The result? Mr. Modi did NOT take back that land.
I call this as ” Plot for Vote” politics.
Make no mistake, certain top BJP leaders including Mr. Advani want power by hook or crook, even by back-stabbing Hindus.
BJP certainly needs new leadership at the top. Mr. Advani who is 80 years old, Mr. Rajnathsinh, and many other senior leaders should resign and retire gracefully. They can play a role of “advisors” to the young leaders, but nothing more than that.
Dear
Friends
I am really upset to see these kind of commnets on this particular website.
Like this we are spoilig the glory of this web and moving away from our main goal to strengthen the BJP.
My request to Admin :
Please Please maintain the Decency and avoid absurd language on this web.

Dear Skumar,
I do not know how long you are with BJP but I have spent my precious 15 years of my youth seving the party.
Keep in mind we can NOT strengthen BJP, by refusing to accept the FACTS andadopt SHAHMRUGI vruti, meaning hiding our head in the sand when storm is brewing over our head.
Please prove that I have not maintained decency and by used absurd language.
I guess you had no problem Mr. Advani praising Jinnah. Why you did not speak up against him for distorting the history?
I challange you to investigate on your own, all the things aI have said about Narendra Modi. Yes, he had alloted precious land worth crores of rupees to Swadhyay Parivar for temple ( hoping that they will vote for him), which later Swadhyay Parivar treated as their “personal asset” by closing the doors of BhavNirzar temple.
Yes, Swadhyay Parivar had collected Millions of dollars for Bhuj Earthquake victims but they did not build a single house for earthquake victims. Why he has not filed a criminal case against Swadhyay Parivar leaders?
Yes, Late Mr. Pankaj Trivedi, who was brutally murdered at the hands of fanatic swadhyayis, had asked for a police protection and wrote letters to Mr. Narendar Modi, Inspector General of Gujarat Police, Prime Minister of INDIA and President of India, expressing fear on his life from Swadhyay Parivar members and asked for police protection. His worst fear turned out to be true but three years after his murder, the brain behind this murder is still untouched and was not chargesheeted for this murder, why?
My request to Admin :
You can not REFORM the party by turning a blind eye on the reality. If you are not honest to yourself, you are wasting your time.
Respected
Meena Ji
This not for you.
kindly read the other columns like maharshtra election i wrote in that regard and requested Founding team to keep an eye on Language bloggers are using on this web.
This Has nothing to do with your comments.
Skumar
Meena, your comments on Advani are correct. Some how he had no honesty to the party he is serving . He is greedy to become PM and in the process compromised on what BJP fought for all these ears. His act of praising Jinnah was like adding a poison to a glass of Milk. It is for this reason, several people disliked him and some body threw shoes at him M.P. Leaders who forget what their party stands for and what their cadres are fighting should simply be booted from the party.
