Dear Advanaji/Rajnath Singh Ji,
i belongs to Gautam Budh Nagar parlimentary seal and am a blind supporter of BJP since first “CAR SEVA” and try to connect the people with BJP. But this time i am feeling very difficulties to Convince the people of my community “Thakur” as this parlimentary seat is Thakur dominated and people is asking me, why BJP has not given ticket to a candidate belongs from Thakur community. As you know, the castism is play a importent role in election specially in Uttar Pradesh and each party keep in view this fact during distribution of ticket.
Now i feel that the victory of BJP candidate is very difficult in my area and you will be responsible for loss of this sitting seat.
Please advice me, how can i Convince the people so that they can vote to BJP.
Thanks & regards,
R. K. Singh
I can’t believe this. The man who aspires to be the prime minister of this country is speaking in such nasty language. While there is no defence for what Varun has said, but he is a young guy. What about a seasoned politician who remained the chief minister of a state for such a long period and eulogised by the world for turning Railways into a profit-making department. If such an experienced politician can speak so mean to woo voters of a particulalr community in Kisanganj, then why blame Varun? Shame on you greedy politicans! Lalu is worse than Varun
Look at the media , it is not a subject in any television debate, Why? Lalu Yadav is secular, because he said he will crush Varun who raise voice for hindus. It is great if you want to become seucalr, you kill or do whatever you want to do hidus because they are not united- you will not be questioned by media or any body. Spineless Hindus wake up, act if you are united nobody will raise a voice against you. What BJP is doing? You don’t want to complaint to the EC? May be you all forgot , how Lalu become messaih of one particular community by arresting Advani during Rathyathra. He is trying play the same card again? Poor BJP you will never get any support from media because that they all are controlled by antinationalist. Why can’t Nitish kumar to raise an FIR against him? My dear secular media you look through all parties and politicians in one prisom, otherwise we neutral people will shut your channel for ever
Hi This is great nation. This is a nation where you can bash up the majority as much as you wish and the majority will keep it tolerating like a spineless creature. The Media is toatlly biased as they are from Jamia Milia or JNU the so called secular people of India.Hindus please wake up before they make it sure that you are wiped off this soil.Fight for rights and space in the national resources before Congress passes on the entire national wealth to minorities and Italians. Please wake up, get up , walk and take this nation forward.

Chandrayaan Mission – grabbing credit.
Advertising on the net is an inexpensive and effective way of carrying your message to a large number of people and political parties have discovered this fact only during this election. The BJP has had a start here since its Prime Ministerial candidate has been off the block earlier. For the last few days one can come across advertisements of the Congress party when one surfs the net. One of the achievements touted by it is the Chandrayaan mission to the moon the launch of which took place during the UPA regime.
India launched the spacecraft by a modified version of the PSLV C11 on 22 October 2008 from Satish Dhawan Space Centre, Sriharikota, Nellore District, Andhra Pradesh about 80 km north of Chennai at 06:22 IST. The mission was a major boost to India’s space program, as India competes with Asian nations China and Japan in exploring the Moon. The vehicle was successfully inserted into lunar orbit on 8 November 2008.
I wonder under whose advice the Congress party has projected this mission as one of its achievements.
The Chandrayaan mission was Atal Bihari Vajpayee’s vision. It was on August 15th the nation’s 56th Independence Day celebration in 2003 that Vajpayee had announced from the historic Red Fort: “Our country is now ready to fly high in the field of science. I am pleased to announce that India will send her own spacecraft to Moon by 2008. It is being named Chandrayaan-1”. In Sanskrit, “Chandrayaan” means “Moon Craft”. The announcement meant that the government had cleared the proposal made by a committee comprising some of the top scientific brains for India’s moon foray. At that particular point of time the ISRO said, “Today, India is confident of undertaking a complex space mission because of its indigenously developed launch vehicle and spacecraft capabilities. This mission will provide a unique opportunity for frontier scientific research.” “Chandrayaan-1 is expected to be the forerunner of more ambitious planetary missions in the years to come, including landing robots on the moon and visits by Indian spacecraft to other planets in the solar system.” It further added that “the spacecraft will initially be launched into a geo-synchronous transfer orbit, and subsequently manoeuvred into its final lunar orbit using its own propulsion system. The spacecraft is expected to be ready for launch by 2008”.
During the UPA regime the actual launch took place. At that time the BJP patriarch noted with great pleasure the successful launch of India’s first unmanned mission to the Moon. “I offer my hearty congratulations to Madhavan Nair, chairman of ISRO, and other scientists and engineers working on this mission on this historic success. They have worked relentlessly and with commendable fortitude to place an Indian spacecraft, carrying the Tricolour, on the trajectory of Moon,” Vajpayee said on that occasion.
The former PM said he was especially pleased that this project, which was planned by the NDA Government, had been brought to a successful fruition. “I had the honour of announcing it in my Independence Day address to the nation in 2003,” he recalled.
In his words, the mission to Moon was a stupendous achievement by India in the frontier area of space research. Moreover, he outlined, what was especially creditable is that “our achievement is the fruit of self-reliant efforts”. “I am sure that, other than the scientific knowledge that Chandrayaan-1 will garner, it will serve as a beacon of inspiration to the younger generation and as a stepping stone to other great feats by India in science and technology,” he said.
His announcement on the 15th of August 2003 was on the lines of President J.F.Kennedy’s vision for the American space program. Kennedy first announced the goal for landing a man on the Moon in speaking to a Joint Session of Congress on May 25, 1961, saying “First, I believe that this nation should commit itself to achieving the goal, before this decade is out, of landing a man on the Moon and returning him back safely to the earth. No single space project in this period will be more impressive to mankind, or more important for the long-range exploration of space; and none will be so difficult or expensive to accomplish.’
Kennedy later made a speech at Rice University on September 12, 1962, in which he said “No nation which expects to be the leader of other nations can expect to stay behind in this race for space.” “We choose to go to the Moon in this decade and do the other things, not because they are easy, but because they are hard.’ On July 20, 1969, almost six years after JFK’s death, Project Apollo’s goal was finally realized when men landed on the Moon. The President of the day did not try to take credit and say that it was his or his regime’s achievement.
The NREGS is a program of the UPA Government and nobody will grudge it for taking credit for the same. It is a good program and the UPA government deserves credit for launching it. However, it would have received greater encomiums if it had strengthened, the delivery mechanism for the scheme.
While the moon mission is not an achievement of any particular government or party, but of the whole nation, one should not forget the vision of Atal Behari Vajpayee and give due credit where it is due. It is so absurd that the UPA is taking credit for the same, that it
might as well take credit for the National Highways program of the NDA and claim it as its own. It is another matter that the National Highways program has been shoddily implemented ever since the UPA came to power.

Can India ever hold a mega sporting event?
The Indian Premier League as a concept has been a grand success. It has caught the imagination of the country and comes at a time when people were groaning from an overdose of politics from the news channels. It was with a tinge of sadness and a sense of loss that one received the news that it was being shifted to South Africa. It is really odd to watch Chennai, Delhi, Bangalore, Rajasthan, Punjab, Calcutta, competing from far away South Africa.
All of us know the sequence of events and the causes as to why the IPL was shifted out of the country. This decision to shift abroad has “almost clubbed” India with Pakistan (where the Sri Lankan cricket team was attacked) as an unsafe sporting venue. The Home Ministry’s refusal to assure security for the high-profile Twenty-20 league has given the country a bad name. Mr.Arun Jaitley was reflecting the views of most sports lovers when he said that “The Impression which has gone is that India is not a safe destination for sporting events. Country’s activities don’t come to a standstill merely because elections are being held”. In fact, Mr.Narendra Modi the Chief Minister of Gujarat went even further. He said “The reputation of India as a safe country in the world has been shattered today by the attitude adopted by the Central Government on the security issues of IPL. It has sent a direct signal that the Indian Government is bogged down by the terrorists’ threats. It will also send the message that India is an unsafe country. The decision of the UPA government lacks farsightedness,” adding that “now the hosting of Commonwealth Games in 2010 will also come under cloud”.
The Home Minister went on to comment that the IPL is a shrewd combination of Sports and Business and there was no need to add politics to it. However, there was a selective leak of a letter by the Gujarat State police chief S S Khandawala, to discredit Mr.Narendra Modi. Immediately the Congress spokesperson said, “If not Modi, at least his police officials are concerned about the security of the people”. Of course it is another matter that the letter was one of the earlier letters written to Gujarat Cricket Association President Narhari Amin seeking clarification of dates and not the final letter by the DGP.
Now comes the news that Australia will not send its Davis Cup team to India for the next month’s tie because of security concerns. Tennis Australia has taken this decision despite knowing, the country could now face a year-long ban and a substantial fine. The Davis Cup tie was to take place in Chennai’s Nungambakkam Stadium in May. This is the same venue where the ‘Chennai Open’ has been taking place for the last several years. Mr.Chidambaram’s colossal goof up and the direct consequence of his actions is the reason for this. The Australian Davis Cup captain John Fitzgerald’s words corroborate the charge that grave injustice has been done to the image of India as a sporting nation. “We cannot send the team. It would be irresponsible of us to send our players into an area of such high risk. Davis Cup is very important to us but some things are more important than tennis,” he said. The Australian press had this to say - security in the sub-continent has been called into question following the ambush of the Sri Lanka cricket team’s bus in Lahore, Pakistan, in March. The incident triggered concerns that sports could become a target for more attacks in South Asia.
The Board of Control for Cricket in India moved the Indian Premier League ‘Twenty-20’ to South Africa after the government said “providing security would be a problem due to clash of dates with the general election”! John Fitzgerald said he was angry with the International Tennis Federation’s decision that Chennai was a safe venue and pointed to events surrounding the election that suggested security forces were being stretched.
Fitzgerald added “It is just irresponsible. Surely some thought must be given to the players’ safety. I believe they say the elections are not a cause for concern, the IPL moving is not relevant and that an ATP tournament held in January shows it is safe to play in Chennai. So what about the fact that dozens of people are being killed along the campaign trail of the election? A train was hijacked this week, but that does not alter their thoughts? Did the IPL move for no reason?”
On Saturday, April 25th, All India Tennis Association lashed out at Australia for pulling out of next month’s Davis Cup tie against India, saying they have acted in an “arrogant” and “irresponsible” manner “by creating a situation solely out of their mind and not based on facts”. The Home Minister said on Television that the Australians have decided not to come because they are scared to lose. One may have opinions about the sportsman spirit of the Australians, but any sport enthusiast will not accuse the Australians for not having competitive spirit, and therefore, the Home Minister’s observation deserve to be rubbished. In a letter sent to AITA, Tennis Australia President Geoff Pollard said that it would be irresponsible of us to send our players into an area of such high risk.
The Home Minister by not being able to provide security to the IPL, allegedly because of the General Elections in India, has sent out a message to the world that India is incapable of holding international sporting events. The repercussions of this move will be felt for a long time to come. It will take even longer to remove the perception of India being a weak state. This is probably the first instance in the world where a domestic tournament is being shifted out somewhere else.
The biggest irony of it all is that the IPL has been moved to South Africa when that country, too, is going through its General elections.

Face the facts
Fact ONE
Kashmir, as now called, was a Shaivite worship dominated region of Hindu pantheon even much more before the advent of Islam in that geographical region, now it is dominated by converted Islamic followers(so was the case of all the northern geopgraphical region of the great Bharat varsha extending to Iran, where “hinduism” or vedantism was the only religion in the world at that time ) but how come that such a dynamically vibrant religion as Vedanta was wiped out by the advent of Islam and Christianity and got itself confined to the areas of now ,India and Nepal? Hindus ,now miniscule ,in Pakistan and bangladesh, are vanishing Why this strong religion is not able to confront the onslaught of Islam in that region even now after the formationn of Pakistan and Bangaladesh ,Why those countries are not adopting the Hidutva way of life where as all the world is imitating the western style of Life and western systemsw<
This is to be answered in all honesty and truthfull ness first before any talk of the Hiduvtva becomes valid?
Why hidus were defeated by Islamic adventurers
where is the Racial(?) pinch? The very same people in this region got converted to Islam why?
Why it has not been possible to get the Sikh branch of Hinduism in this Hindutve domain nt been able to get the people willingly or willingly converted to Islam inspite of the coercion and tyranny of Muslim rulers in this region?
I want an honest answeer and debate
I am and rdent Hindu but I find hinduism a highly “racial”concept geared towards division between the masses and not towards oneness of equality, It is the onslught of the western thought of equality and the sorts in action that has brought out a change in the life of the people in this geographical region ,TRUTHS of vedanta not with standing and it is all inclusive the militancy of the Sikhism that have sustained and grown them Hiduism or Hindutva is a soft elastic religion full of divisiveness and exclusiviyt and not inclusiviness .The basics are such. Now with their outmoded approach would or could the RSS move with the times and put up new inspired leadership infusing vigorous youthful fresh air sturdy oneness forgetting Modis and Advanis and Kalyans? Can the BJP come out of its Muslim fixation and put up an modern face and can RSS grasp the times and do good to the Hindu Samaj?
It is too devided in itself and shirt of new ides to solve the new problems which requires new approaches
Amen!
